 Kira Kira didn't mind the rain, he was caught in the rain a lot in his travels, but he was startled when a lighting bolt his a nearby tree.

 Tsubasa ran up to the town gates. You could tell that the walls around the town had been built in a hurry, but the were sturdy. She banged on the gates. "It's Tsubasa let me in! she shouted over the pouring rain. Thunder boomed loudly leaving her ears ringing. The gates opened part way and she went in pulling Kira in with her.

Kira Kira could tell the walls had been built in a hurry but he didn't mind, he looked around, the storm was getting worse, it felt like the storm might last through the rest of the day and possibly until morning.

The gates opened and Tsubasa ran in dragging Kira with her. The guard looked a little surprised but not really upset after seeing Kira. She waved to the guard and ran down a side street and up to a small house. She quickly went in, closing the door behind Kira as more thunder boomed. Tsubasa squeezed her long hair out. She was soaked and dripping water all over the floor. "I'm home!" she called out.

Kira Kira stayed near the door not wanting to track water through Tsubasa's house, he looked around the house, it felt cozy. Kira herd another boom of thunder outside.

"Where have yoiu been, Tsubasa! You should have been back hours ago. I've been worried sick!" A woman walking into the room. She was shorter than Tsubasa, but her face looked very similar to her, but older and there were a few gray streeks in her hair. "I'm sorry." Tsubasa said. "but I ran in to someone." She gestered to Kira. "This is Kira." The woman studied him. "Oh, I see." she said not really excepting Tsubasa's excuse. "Hello, Kira. My name is Hama. Welcome to our home." she smiled kindly to him.

Kira Kira looked at Hama and bowed, "It's a pleasure to meet you Hama" he gently said.

Tsubasa shifted from foot to foot ackwardly. Hama looked at both of them. "What are you doing standing there. Tsubasa go change into some dry clothes. Kira come with me. I'll see if I can find you some clean clothes. I don't want either of you catching a cold." she said. Tsubasa nodded and ran up stair to her room. Hama gestered for Kira to follow her.

Kira As Kira follows Hama he slightly flinches and looks down at his arm, he'd forgotten about the would from earlier with the rain and all, blood had started to soak through the cloth.

Hama him into the guest room and glance back at him. She gasped when she saw the blood. "Oh my--! Go sit down, we need to get that taken care of quickly." She left for a moment then returned with clothes, bandages, and medicenes. "Take off you skirt so I can clean that." she said sternly.
Tsubasa finished dressing and went to find Kira and her mother.

Kira Kira did what Hama told him, he took off his shirt and sat down, he hadn't noticed the pain before while they were running through the rain but it wasn't so easy to ignore now, "I'm sorry about troubling you like this" he said.

Hama laughed. "Nonsense. Keep someone from suffering is no trouble." She finished cleaning it and pulled out bandages when Tsubasa peeked in. Hama glanced at her. "Tsubasa, come finished bandaging this. I'm going to make sure our supper doesn't burn." She handed the stuff to Tubasa and left. Tsubasa knelt down to wrappe the arm.

Kira Kira's cheeks turned slightly pink as Tsubasa came into the room, he looked back to Hama, "Thank you" he said as she left the room, he closed his eyes while Tsubasa was wrapping his arm, he was feeling a little light headed from the blood he'd lost but didn't say anything not wanting to worry Tsubasa or Hama, "your mom's really nice" he complemented.

Tubasa smiled. "Thanks." She finished wrapping his arm when she noticed several sar on his chest and other arm. She reach out to touch one, but quickly pulled her hand away. "Do you fight them often." She said it more like a statement than a question.
