Yuffie rocks!!! She's good useing yellow materias.. Like throw and Morph.. She hits 9999 pretty easily if you train her to the max useing morph.. and won't miss as much. I tihnk she has the most dexterity but i'm not sure

psycho_idiot42 i would've posted sephiroth but since he's not playable, i'm voting for cloud. YOu DO play as sephiroth and you can also play as sephiroth while fighting sephiroth((hehe gameshark.))
