I myself am not one to bandwagon and when people do they generally get accused. So I feel like Amber is trying to show that she is not just going to bandwagon her vote, that she is leading.
That being said, I am never one to no lynch on first day. I feel like it sometimes works out but sometimes doesn't. Also, I guess playing devil's advocate, I don't see why the seer role has that great an impact, I mean yeah it gives certain people more idea of who to vote for but by lynching tonight we run the same risk we do every game, we might kill a townie. I don't really understand what makes this game so different from every other.

Owwin Plus I am terrified of voting in a game with no seers. Well yeah, but not voting tonight is not going to give us a seer. We have to vote without guidance eventually. Why not start tonight?

I agree that we should vote, but on what guidance? Inactivity? What?

Seers are the cornerstone of a successful out-of-thread town alliance. That alone is why they are such a powerful role. Trust is invaluable in Mafia.
We'll have to gauge roles by tells in behavior. For example it's 2 and a half hours from end of day now. Anyone who shows up within the next 2 1/2 hours that has not been around within the day is more likely to be mafia than someone who has been watching the thread.

Yeah...I dunno either....that is why I am not casting a vote...but I have to leave in like ten minutes. But I don't see anything conclusive happening in that time.

What to we do? Attack cerokelvin because he is new and nobody knows him so we could scare him out of the mafia guild forever? That is a terrible idea LPS the kid seems pretty legit. Why would you even suggest that. I mean we are in a membership drive. Damn you are heartless.

We then compare their last logins and determine who is lurking.

Reading back over the thread: >Dessy claimed Wylr and herself inactive after 7pm tonight >Wylr posts once at 6pm without voting
Why, if he knew he wouldn't be on again?

Yeah, and I am actually posting after 7 pm. Because we pushed back leaving. I want to leave now but Wylr is looking for something.
He probably didn't vote because he is seldom that active and didn't have any reason to cast a vote yet.

We are leaving for the night now. It would be cool if ya'll didn't lynch one of us in our absence, but of course I can't ask that of you.
I am actually going to bring the laptop with us but I am never able to grab a connection there so here's to hoping I can.
