It was actually on Gaia that I found out about Hetalia! I was browsing the anime/manga forums when I saw people talking about countries and personalities, and I was extremely interested, being the huge history buff that I am. I got an A for my 0-levels for History, and that was even before I found out about Hetalia. I don't know, I just really love hearing about the interactions between countries, whether peacetime or war.
So anyway, it was only recently that I could actually read Hetalia, since at that point in time it was impossible to find English scans for it, so I admit I forgot about it for a few months. However, my interest got re-rejuvenated thanks to Gaia, and so I went to search, and the rest was History.

So, I was buying a shirt from some chicks dressed all revolutionary war style and I remember going, "....what."
And then I saw the cupcakes. With the sign that said, "Free to Hetalia cosplayers."

When I got home my friend looked it up.
Figured out they were Alfred and Arthur.
We watched a few episodes.
And we loved it.
And someday,
we will attain them free cupcakes.
Or muffins.
They may have been muffins.

Ok, first off I like your avi. 3nodding
I first found out about it through Deviantart. Basically, someone I was watching got into it, and posted something with pins for all these different countries. I thought the idea of countries represented as people was neat, and the character designs were so cute.
Then a friend of mine showed me the anime, and I've been hooked since.

from my best friend who was in a collage anime club and she told me about it it kinda souded stupid at first but i checked it out and now i love hetalia

Well I found out around Gaia. I would browse through the anime fourms and I would notice a few people having some sort of Hetalia siggy, but I didn't actually searched it up until a couples months later. I wanted to see a new anime so I was all like, why not check what this hetalia thing is about? I knew in a way it was about countries, but didn't know people actually represented each country. So I searched for some episodes online and noticed the video only said 5 minutes. It's funny because I thought that it was only one small part of an episode and that the full 30 minute episode would be release sooner or later, but once I saw the entire episode I was like, Wow this is interesting and funny so I kept watching and fell totally in love with it~ <3

well one of my youtube friends absolutely LOVES Hetalia and she made several cosplay videos and i decided scince she seems to think its so awesome id try watching it too. i immeditaley err fell in love...? with the series. XD

Do you have a joint a aspirin? Number two of the world ~Holland~ I saw pics all around gaia but i watched it after my friend magic nurse Komugi1 had Feliciano in her sig saying : Pasta~!. So yeah that's how i got into the series and i absolutely love it!!!!!! I already have a joint a aspirin...

My brother got me into it x: He kept pestering me and sending me the English dub clips from Funimation's YouTube till I finally started watching the episodes. Omg I have never laughed so hard for an anime, I freaking love Hetalia biggrin Germany is my favorite!!! biggrin

I was actually doing a school project on my culture which I did German so I was searching pictures of Germany and saw a picture of Germany. I thought -Oh cool!~ I never seen or heard about this anime- then I researched the named, watched it on Youtube and now is inloved with it <3 I am still a die hard Fullmetal Fan e_e
