battle isnt the only thing you need for a legend you must also must be one in tuned with nature....the soft air wirling in this alter is the best place to train spiritual powers

Yes, being bonded with nature is also a key but for only a few. You, Yukkuri, are some what diffrent. Deoxys are somewhat diffrent, Deoxys dosnt really tie itself to nature like how Regigigas, Groudon, Kyogre, and Entei would. Rayquaza said looking at Yukkuri. "Yes also me and Rayquaza are the same we dont really tie ourselves to nature. It depends of what the character is of the Pokemon, such as Entai=Fire, Groudon=Ground, Kyogre=Water, these are the basic needs of the world. In which Deoxys and Rayquaza are just to balance the universe not tieing to nature for the worlds sake." Shadow said pulling out an old book. It was tathered like an old book would be, Uknown titled the surface. "I knew if you guys had questions that this book would be handy." Shadow said while rubbing the old violet leather of the book then the gold letters the Uknown made.

I looked at the three of them as they talked. "So the military leader is one of us" I thought "I wonder what he will do then, but how does Shadow know that?" I thought. Groudon didn't reply. I then thoiught about how I would be able to train myself as I looked around, trying to find the best place where I could sleep and train my spiritual powers. "I'll take a look at it"I said as I got hold of the violet book Shadow had shown. I opened it, and saw that it was written in an 'old' language that I could understand, even if I had never studied it. I started flicking through the book, searching for something that would help me. I suddenly saw it, a chapter titled "Ground Spirits" I started reading the chapter, which was quite long. I sat down, to be more comfortable. "It's very good, but where did you get this from?" I asked Shadow. I was a bit suspicious, how did he know so much and why? "That can't be possible, I must be imagening things" I thought.

 Shadow got up and looked at Amara. "Where I got it from and its origin is non of concern, I'm guessing you guys are woundering why I know so much." Shadow walked over to the Giratina statue and looked at its face. "It started with Giratina."
It was about 7 years ago, I was around the age of 10. I was helping my fathers friend, he was a Professor, he gave me my first Pokemon. My partner was Treecko, it wasnt long after I got Treecko that he evolved into Sceptile. One day I was in the forest in the Kanto region studying Zapdos. It was weird how Zapdos let me near it, it even let me ride it. I told it that me and Sceptile would return to battle it. It was two years after I returned at the age of 13. Sceptile and Zapdos fought hard then Zapdos became my second partner. Soon I was asked by the Professor to explore Spear Pillar in Sinnoh. I camped at Spear Pillar for two days till on an early morning I was awakened by explosions. Dialga and Palkia were fighting at Spear Pillar. Dialga soon dodged a Spacial Rend from Palkia which then headed towards me. Before I knew it I was in the Reverse World riding on Giratina. For some reason Giratina was able to talk to me like I could talk to you now before I was Chosen by Rayquaza. It told me how Team Galactic plan on capturing the two legends. It dropped me off at the Professor's lab. I told the Professor what was going to happend. Soon I was 15 years old working for Team Galactic. Everyone thinks that Lucas was the one that save the legends but was wrong it was me. I distoriated the Red Chain making so where the 3 lake Pokemon apppeared it would break automaticaly.Soon after Cyrus was absorbed by the new Universe, I thought it was saved then I was wrong. Strange readings were coming from all the legends homes. The new Universe soon absorbing the legends in our Universe. I learned what happend then ran into Arceus who told me everything. Giratina soon found me asking me to help as well. I then accepted but told Giratina to find a better partner then me. A year passed since then. I met Rayquaza at Sky Pillar. It asked me to become its partner, I accepted. I returned home to find out that the Jhoto leader found out and formed M.I.L.I.T.A.R.Y, and my friend ended up joining.
Shadow looked up at the others. "Thus I learn all of the Military's moves except for now, my friend was not where we would meet. So they must have expected sumtin or are planning sumtin."Shadow looked at Yukkuri. "If I was a traitor you guys would already have been in test tubes. Because of the large gathering of legends in one spot, the military knew where we were." Shadow then walked up to Yukkuri and looked him in the eye. "Unless you wanna see the outside again you better listen to me, or you can just be an experiment. By my evaluation you seem to be the weakest here so I would suggest you keep your mouth shut." Shadow then turned around and walked down from the alter.

yukkuri growled at shadow have you forgotin we have the legendarys with us?! we are almost gods compared to them! groudon has the power to insense sunlight! deoxys has unknown powers from being a alien! even you raquaza has the powers to travle to the ozone layer if they do find us here it will simply be suiside as much as im looking at so either they let us live in pease and do what we where sopose to do or distroy the armys once they do find us.

I listened carefully to what he said. At first I didn't believe what Shadow was telling, but as he continued I ended up believing him. I don't know why. It seems to make sense I thought when he was nearly finished. When he finished I got up, and closed the book I had been reading, as I felt that I had already read enough. I looked at Shadow. "I will not continue asking you were you got this book from, but I still want to know" I said with a slightly cold voice "But I believe you right now, it is crucial that we chosen ones trust each other" I said. I walked around a bit while Shadow and Yukkuri talked. I felt slightly annoyed. "And lets not start gettingangry with each other, if we start hating each other now then we will be lost. I'm sure we will all won't like some legendaries..." I said as I thought of Kyogre "...but lets make that wait until the problems are solved. None of us are more important than the others, and I don't care about what each of us has done before being chosen, even if it is something really important. So I say that none of us gets too cocky. We need a plan on what to do now" I said with a cold voice.

Shadow just turned around and looked at Yukkuri. "Right now all of you can be taken out by a simple Magikarp." Shadow then herd Amara. "Right now the plan is for me to train you guys you will learn to control your new forms when transforming, you will learn how to use moves. In the next few months you will be going through almost non-stop training." Shadow then walked to his bag taking out a folder saying in red ink "Top Secret"

I looked at Shadow again, but I didn't bother to comment on what he had said to Yukkuri. "Okay, training will be good. I expected that. But how will we train? I don't see as a good thing using too much our powers, but what other way will there be to train in our pokemon forms?" I said, still with cold tone of voice. "You'll get used to it, it isn't difficult. It is natural" I heard Groudon say in my head.

Shadow threw the folder on the ground which flew open reviling copy of a blue print. "Each of you will only need to be in Legend Form once, thus you will be in human form. Your legend will tell you how to use your powers. Meditation is the key here. When you meditate you enter a diffrent realm, in which anything is almost possible. Here is where you will take Legend Form and train with your legend on how to use your powers and moves." Shadow then looked at everyone in the room. "Do you guys need any explaining?"

I listened carefully to what Shadow said. "It seems like a good idea" I thought. I nodded unconsciously, a habit I had gotten from being ordered around when I was a kid. I didnt bother in replying to what he had said. I sat down where I had been previously been reading and started to concentrate, while Groudon gave me some simple instructions. "Go on, keep concentrated" I heard him say. I soon felt myself changing, but I couldn't tell how.

Shadow watched as everyone tryed meditating. "Yukkuri dosnt listen." Shadow said while walking towards Rayquaza. He'll only maintain form for alittle bit.Shadow walked outside into the snow, Rayquaza floating beside him. "Yeah the only way to learn how to use your powers is by meditating and entering Mental State and transforming there where you can stay in Legend Form." Shadow took in a deep breath. "It's only a matter of time." Rayquaza looked at him. Yes but these new legends will be ready as long as you teach them right and listen. He looked out to the distence. "Yeah but right now we need Ho-Oh, which is the leader of most Pokemon." Yes the only way we could get Ho-Oh is if we find a way to free it. Cuz right now Ho-Oh is being controlled by Hazon. "Yes Hazon the Military leader and Ho-Oh Chosen. But once we free Ho-Oh we will be fine." Shadow declared. Yes but dont forget what Hazon has. Rayquaza shut his eyes. "De-Lender." Shadow said in a depressed voice. "I dont wanna loose another comrade to that awful thing." Shadow looked at the sky. It was a dim lighted sky, "It will be night time soon."

"So meditation is the key?" Ross said under his breath. "Well, father sure gave me a lot of lessons in that department" he thought back on his fathers words. 'Now calm your breathing Ross. Clear your mind. Feel the energies around you.' He remembered his father teaching him when he was nine. 'Learning to meditate will be a great asset during battles. Meditating helps keep you focused and calm, allowing you to fight with a clear mind.' Ross steadied his breathing and cleared his mind. "Very good Ross, let the energy of nature flow. Feel it come from beneath you as a tree absorbing water through it's roots." Regigigas coached Ross. He emptied his mind and felt a coldness surround him. He then felt power rush through him. At first it was overwhelming, but after a few minuets it seemed to just radiate throughout his body. "Now open your eyes and see what you have unlocked." Ross could hear a hint of pride in Regigigas voice. Ross opened his eyes and saw that he now towered over the others. "What the!" He lost his focus and began to shrink, returning to his human form. "Does that count?" He looked over at Shadow.
