Elena felt something pierce her stomache, one of her own knives. She pulled it out and tossed it over her shoulder. Her grip tightened on the sword as she brought it close to Rayne's neck.
((I didn't see Lauren's reply, my bad. And Ilroche would probably win, he has more awesome powers))

Rayne was left defenseless, with the sword as a threat, there wasn't much she could do.
((There's nothing left for Rayne to do. There's no way she could best an Ares' kid at the moment))
