Misuzu Kagamine I think I'm gonna try one more, I'm not really satisfied with my previous entry. If it's okay, that is. Yes, it is OK.

dn_chrono_dear can MODs join this art contest? 3nodding As long as the mod in question is not one of the four judges, that mod may enter.

Shaos X So I wanna join into this as well. I only have the sketch at the moment, but I'll try to have some kind of touched up version of this drawing later on. Hopefully it's acceptable. It's a little water suit boy called Skipper, kinda based off the new Cloud Suit in Mario Galaxy 2.
Here's my proto-entry. Added 3nodding I'll update it when/if you make any changes to it.

So hey, since I had jack squat to do last night, I took some time to make a color version of my entry.
The color version.
I think I may stick with this as it is. However, if I touch it up further than this, will I be allowed to post another update, or would posting another update seem a little rude?

I will allow all participants the chance to update their art until the official entry deadline date. At that time all entries are final.

Updating mine. http://calibermengsk.com/gaia/wip/contest2.jpgI still need to put it into the computer and digitalize everything into complete awesomeness, but I think I'm getting there. Sorry for the bad quality, was taken with a low light setting by a digital camera (one inside of a hd camcorder) so it's blurry and has a lot of noise. I'll scan it when I get back home in the US tomorrow night... if I remember to. Anyway, there you have it.

If I were to submit something with poor quality resolution would I lose points? I'm just curious, but if I do enter I'll really try to find a friend/ store to scan it so I wont have to resort to my crappy phone. sweatdrop

Well personally, I look at the skill of the contest piece first. But if I were in a toss-up between two pieces of similar skill levels, and one was taken using a camera phone, I'd probably choose the better resolution one.
So yes, make sure you have decent resolution. 3nodding
