"Meh, it was worth a shot." Gikou shrugged, reaching for a drawer on his desk and pulling out three tiny slips of paper. "It's quite simple really. Using special papers, we can find out chakra elements. The way the paper reacts to your chakra tells us what you are." He explained, setting two slips on his desk and gesturing for the two to try it. He didn't know why the second boy hadn't come in yet, but he was going to include him anyways. Holding up the third slip between two fingers, he ran a bit of chakra into it, smiling as it went up in a sudden burst of flame. Fire was his strongest element, and thus the only one that really showed when he used the chakra paper.

{ Fire = Flame, Lightning = Wrinkle, Water = Dampen, Earth = Crumble, Wind = Split } (I won't be going all that much further until the second guy posts, just to be fair. )

Snapping out of his daze, Willum noticed that class was starting, kind of. He walked in with his hand on the back of his head sheepishly. "Sorry, I kind of zoned out there for a bit. What are we doing again? Chakra in this paper right?" He picked up the slip and focused a bit of his chakra towards it. Willum wasn't exactly sure what would happen, but was surprised when his piece of paper crumbled out of his hand. "Umm, what does that mean?"

"Oh, well thanks for your time." said Willum, sounding just a bit disappointed. *This teacher seemed like he enjoyed teaching but oh well, maybe the other one will be fun* he though as he exited the room and walked over to the next door over, knocking solidly.

With the invitation, Willum calmly walked in the room and introduced himself " Hi ma'am, I'm Willum Fitzooth, The teacher next door said I needed to come to you, because he can't teach me doton techniques. I hope you'll accept me as a student." He was a bit nervous, and wanted to make a good impression, but his words had come out rushed, so he was even more nervous. So nervous, that he was starting to fidget.

"Right" Willum was happy to obey his new teacher and took a deep breath. He held it in for thirty seconds and exhaled quietly. "Better?" His fidgeting had stopped and he had confined his nervousness to the butterflies in his stomach.

While Kagura was performing the handseals, Willum was mimicking her actions without putting a chakra behind them. When she was done, and Willum was over the shock of seeing someone swim in land, he nodded, then slowly and deliberately performed the handseals. Pushing chakra into his hands, he could feel the ground beneath him become softer. It seemed as if the more chakra he pushed, the softer the ground became. When he felt that the ground was soft enough for him to "swim" in, he tentatively dipped his foot in as if to test the temperature of a bath. Surprisingly, it sunk in, he took it as a sign that is was okay and started to go deeper in the "pool." His joy was cut short as he found that the"pool" was only waist deep. He stepped out and released the jutsu. He felt a bit tired because of the drain on his chakra, but was ready for more. "How'd I do?" He asked with a big grin on his face.

"I'd say you should use more chakra but you still performed it properly." she said to him and then prepared the next handsigns. She performed the handsigns at the same pace she did before so he could see it. "This is the Doton Bunshin no Jutsu." she said as the earth beside her rose, taking the form of a human untill it was completely like Kagura. She looked at the boy and then waited for him to perform the jutsu.
