breakfast- smoothie time! -does a dance- strawberries, banana, pineapple, "superfood juice"(apple & pear juice, peach & mango puree, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli & spinach & barley grass), and a little hemp milk.
lunch- these vegan scalloped potatoes... daaaamn. oh well. i only ate until i was full.
dinner- "chicken" nuggets(tofu, brown rice breadcrumbs, spices) in a dip that's equal parts mustard & vegenaise.
exercise- FatLoss Challenge! my arms are sore xD
i also dyed my hair. it used to be mousy brown & now it's copperish. 3nodding i like it a lot.
