~Can we just pretend that Mileena did all sorts of neat stuff and used her "smartitude" to learn the techniques without a problem. Also, there was a whole lot of hate between Snake-san and Mileena, then Mileena told all of what she wanted to learn. I'm having a deadly case of Writer's Block on Mileena's part right now. Thank you. ^_^ ~

She wants to learn everything except Water Shield 8D

Akira, still panicked and running, finally came to an area with people. He was a little scared still, but also relieved since he was now in sight of others. He kept running, looking for someone to tell what had happened. Then he saw the Mizukage. And behind the Mizukage, shrouded in the same mist of mystery was Akira's attacker. Once again the attacker made some quick movements, but this time, instead of just three kunai, there was a storm of them coming straight at Akira. He raced towards the Kage for help. Deil-sama! Please! Help me! Akira cried out. As he ran towards the Kage, kunais, and now shuriken, fell beside him. Deil-sama! He's trying to kill me! Akira fell to his knees before Deil and begged him for help. Akira's stomach roared for food. Then Akira, becoming impatient with Deil even though he had just asked him for help, was overcome by his hunger. He stood up and raced to the lake. On his way to the lake he took out one of his kunai. He leaped into the lake head first with perfect style. He was frantic. The hallucination continued launching kunai and shuriken. Akira watched as the weapons were slowed down in the water. One kunai stuck in the side of a fish. Perfect! As soon as I eat I'll feel so much better and then I can actually fight back against this psycho Akira grabbed the fish and ripped the kunai through it. The water was quickly turning red from all the fish being hit. Akira tore out the bones of the fish that he could see and took a big bite out of the fish. Even though it was raw, Akira didn't care. He was just so hungry. He finished off the first fish he grabbed, then ate two more. He wasn't full, but his stomach had stopped whining for food. Well...now what? As soon as I come up he's gonna kill me! But I have to come up soon....I'm running out of air. Akira decided that staying in the bloody lake was worse than coming up because he couldn't see in the lake and he couldn't breathe either. Akira surfaced, covered with fish blood and guts, kunai still in his hand. But Akira's attacker was no longer attacking. In fact, Akira couldn't even see where his attacker was. He shrugged it off and walked over to Deil. I think we should keep a watch out for my attacker. He must have been afraid when he saw you. Thank you so much Deil-sama! Ummmm......Deil-sama? Akira looked a little nervous. Uhhhh...might you teach me how to be a great shinobi like you and train me? It all came out in a very quick manner. The truth was, Akira really admired Deil. He was almost embarrassed to ask because he thought Deil was too good to teach him.

OOC: Akira was just hungry and was hallucinating from having not eaten in a long time.

Matsuya's small smile played his cheeks as he stood next to his friend. He truely was glad to see her feeling better. Life had been dull without her silence to keep him entertained. If it's any consolation, I haven't started training yet either. I've been in charge of a the reconstruction of the tower and hospital, though. So I suppose you didn't miss much. Matsuya's mind began to wander after he'd finished "talking" to Kiyoko, as it always did. Truely, it was nothing but an annoyance that he didn't even know about.

(OOC: the bones are able to sprout from all areas due to the fact that they are essentially moving of their own accord and thus able to avoid organs etc.
just thought I’d throw this in so everyone knows I’m not ignore the control restrictions: END OOC)

Kasumi’s breathing was even as he sat cross legged in the Hidden Lake training ground his hands resting atop his knees.
“focus... I have to... focus... find the power... buried in the bones” Kasumi thought to himself.
For a long time Kasumi sat unmoving his chakra slowly intensifying, at the same time small bone spikes began to grow haphazardly all over his body, the more Kasumi’s chakra intensified the further the spikes grew twisting and curling around upon themselves until Kasumi became no longer visible underneath the dense layers of tangled bones.
“I WILL control this power ... no matter what it takes!” whispered Kasumi through gritted teeth”I can’t let it hurt anyone...”
Images of a young girl smiling flashed through Kasumi’s mind causing him to lose what little control he had.
The cocoon of bones shot out in all directions .By this stage it had grown to an immense size.
“I can’t ... control ... it” panted Kasumi“my chakra ... is... almost gone”
Kasumi was teetering on the edge of consciousness when he simply let go and stoped resisting the bones.
Kasumi began to fall backwards but before he hit the ground he felt something catch him and prop him up , looking behind him Kasumi saw spines sprouting from his back holding him upright.
“I think I know how to control it now ... until know I’ve thought of it as a separate power living next to mine ... but if I flow with the chakra...” Kasumi mumbled to himself “I think I’ll try again after I’ve rested a bit"
Slowly the spines retreated into Kasumi’s back gently lowering him to the ground.

As surprising to Tsukiko as it would be to anyone else who knew her, the...uh..."arrival" of the green haired child shocked her out of her training-zen. Though, realistically, how could a screaming boy covered in fish insides not distract someone. It wasn't just his actions, however. Tsukiko's Wangetsu eyes showed his body, currently going through chaos. She wrinkled her brow and a frown flowered on her face. What the hell was this boy doing to himself? And eating raw fish! He could get salmonella or who knows what else! I hardly think that lake was meant as a buffet for weary children! She rushed over to him, pointedly ignoring the fact that he asked the Kage for training, and grabbed both his shoulders and pushed him down on his knees. He was taller than her, but on his knees would hopefully make the process easier. Her hands flooded with green chakra. Tsukiko doubted that at her level her Shindan would tell her anything more than her own eyes could, but as a medical shinobi she had to do it all the same.

"What were you doing, jumping into the lake like that? You don't know the temperature in there. Not to mention eating raw fish. And asking for training! Pah!" Tsukiko turned her head to the Kage."Kage-san, this boy is malnourished and his body is overtaxed because of it. And the..fish," she paused to show her obvious disdain for his choice, "I don't think are enough. From what I can tell," Tsukiko stood up, "-you can get up now too, you foolish boy- at the very least have him rest for a few minutes. A workout after a meal will just bring all that hard work back up his throat." She huffed. As much as she wished to inflict wrath upon her enemies with her medical ninjustu, she still had a maternal side in her and she wasn't about to let a young boy go delusional in front of her and ignore it.

Shindan (Diagnosis): The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute, and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

Akira, after being assualted by the girl, ogled at here body. He thought she was very beautiful. He let his eyes linger on her face for a few seconds but he resisted her suggestion. I'm fine. Besides, people eat raw fish all the time. Akira retorted. Akira seemed slightly annoyed with her. He didn't want someone undermining his ability to keep going. I was just hungry and some guy started attacking me. Why shouldn't I train? I'm not hungry anymore and that guy left. He was only telling half the truth. He was still a little hungry. Akira crossed his arms. You might be older than me, but that doesn't mean you get to boss me around. Akira liked the girls looks, but not her attitude. If you put me in a bed, I'll just sneak out and find someone to train me. He stuck out his tongue to the girl.
Heh, this girl thinks she can keep me from training? She'll probably come back with some whiny reply about my well-being and order me to get some food or something else to waste my time. I need to train. I've got to be strong. But she wouldn't understand that anyway... I need to show her and Deil-sama that I'm fit to train. Also, I just realized i don't know her name. Akira uncrossed his arms and put his finger to his lip. But how do I show that I'm ready? He began picking at his lip while he was thinking. It was just something he did when he was unsure. But sometimes he picked his lip until bled. Hey girly, whats your name? He continued to pick his lip. Akira had only asked her name to keep the conversation going. He couldn't see this girl as helpful so her name wasn't too important. He just wanted her out of his way so he could train with Deil.

Before the Deil had a chance to respond, the boy piped in. Well he's got spirit if not wits. "No, bears eat raw fish. Wolves eat raw fish." Tsukiko paused, realizing she was being condescending and besides the fact that he was under serious physical distress, enough to see things and eat raw fish, he hadn't done anything to bring about her disrespect. She let out a huff, trying to blow the bangs from in front of her eyes. She didn't argue about the "man." The only thing that would come of it is his embarrassment and she didn't want that; she knew well enough how bad that felt.
His comment about sneaking made her smirk. Spirit indeed. "Kage-san, since he seems indignant against any kind of rest, please tell me you have some food pills. I didn't think they'd be necessary," a sideways glace at the child, "so I don't have any on me." She resisted the urge to slap away his hand as he started picking at his lip. "My name, boy, is Tsukiko Airi, And yours?"

[In this post, Deil has created a shadow clone capable of distributing scrolls one at a time to genin. If you would prefer to train on your own instead of with Ichisumi, Deil and the rest of the training ninja, you may borrow scrolls from Deil's shadow clone instead.]

Deil Grist
Mizukage in Title|Special Jounin|Taijutsu Class|Genjuu Kinzoku Bloodline

Deil could see that the ninja that were training were doing well enough, but there were a few that seemed to be just hanging around. Maybe they feel that they won't get the attention they need to learn... After taking a moment to consider, he had an idea. He formed a single handsign, and spent several moments focusing purely on his chakra flow. By forming a picture of what he wanted to happen in his mind and forcing his chakra system do do as he commanded, he was able to successfully create a shadow clone. Doing so absolutely pushed his mental limits, and so he was left with a slight headache after the fact. The shadow clone picked up the backpack containing the scrolls of jutsu walked over to a small set of bleachers that sat against the wall about two football fields away. It the pulled out a scroll, brush and ink well as the real Deil raised his voice. Just as he did so he crouched slightly and bounced back to dodge the wave of water droplets from Tsukiko's augmented strike upon the lake's surface.

Well, since we have more people than Ichisumi-sama and myself can give our individual attention to, those of you who would prefer to train on your own are welcome to borrow scrolls from my clone over there at the bleachers. For safety reasons, you'll only be given one technique at a time each. The rest of you are free to continue training under Ichisumi and myself." Just then however his attention was focused on the boy who had come in running from... well, Deil couldn't tell exactly what. Nobody was pursuing him as far as Deil could tell, and to be frank he seemed more delusional than anything. Even though he seemed to be calmed down somewhat after eating the fish of the lake, that still didn't mean he was any more stable mentally. "Tsukiko-san, please take him to the hospital to be checked out. When you get there, ask for Doctor Dramiel again. He'll find someone who's available to teach you some medical ninjutsu." Then Deil's eyes turned to the boy. "I'm serious. Don't come back until the medics at the hospital have cleared you for service. I won't let you train until you bring me your official release form signed by the hospital. So don't even think of giving the young lady any trouble."

[@Adiman: Just have Karnitis drop your character off, and I'll have a random NPC medic doctor up your character within a couple posts so you can start training.]

Combat Ability - Once per combat, a user can use their extraordinary "Will Power" to conquer the seemingly impossible, including: 1) Resisting Genjutsu up to 2 ranks above their rank automatically, or 2) Pushing through their normal limits of chakra or stamina to complete one last rallying action. Another use, could be to 3) Utilize a jutsu one rank above their own of any element they can control, even if they have not yet learned it. [This does not auto-learn the technique for them however... it must still be trained.]

Jutsu used w/ Strong Willed attribute:
Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique): A jutsu that creates clones which are exact replicas in all respects to the user. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. Kage Bunshin clones are capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and Bunshin jutsu), but each clone may only use one jutsu. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear, at which point any remaining chakra not used by the clone is transferred back to the user, but so is any exhaustion the clone has received. Also, when the clone is destroyed, any knowledge it receives during it's existence will be transferred back to the original user.

Ichisumi's skin glistened with the moisture if Tsukiko's big splash when she didn't do anything to dodge, and let it hit her. The water was suddenly sucked in my her skin, and she performed the fish spit technique which was augmented by the absorbed water which whizzed past Tsukiko's ear. "Watch where you're aiming next time, little one." Her attention was drawn quickly to the young man who came in raving and dodging an unseen assassin. She, too, was unable to detect anything like an assailant, even when testing the vibrations of the ground and the scents in the air with her tongue. However, she lost interest in the matter when Deil announced that some of the genin could train alone if they wished.

With a grin she looked at Mileena, and prayed that the little girl get as far from her as possible. If the great snake could have it her way, the walking blemish would never stand by her side again. But then again, she was so fun to toy with. Perhaps we'll continue our little game of cat-and-mouse when this little training session is over...

Tsukiko.....interesting name. Maybe if you're nice to me I'll tell you my name. But not today Akira said, still slightly annoyed. Then he heard Deil speak. He turned towards him and listened to what he had to say. Akira was happy when he heard the first part. But when Deil told Akira he needed rest he was a little disappointed. Deil-sama doesn't think I'm able to train....well then I'll get better. And then, I'll train. And then, maybe after I've trained hard enough, maybe I'll be worthy to train with Deil-sama! As he was thinking this he stopped picking his lips and a frown formed upon his face which turned into a little smile. Ok Deil-sama! Akira turned back to Tsukiko. Cmon Tsukiko! He began tugging on her arm, eager to get to the hospital and get cleared for training. His stomach growled a little. I wonder if they have any fish or strawberries at the hospital.....I could really go for either of those right about now. His knees began to shake from not eating enough. He let go of Tsukikos arm. Uhhhh Tsukiko....might you give me a piggy-back ride? He kneeled so Tsukiko and Deil wouldn't see his knees knocking against each other and put his hands together as though he were praying. Tsukiko was very pleased by Deil's words. It was a win-win situation. The boy was allowed to get the medical attention he so desperately needed and she could finally learn some medical ninjutsu! And hopefully Doctor Dramiel will be able to fix my broken nose...though I fear it may have set by now, so fixing it will be quite painful... She was surprised at the effort the Kage put into the close though, and how difficult it was for him. The clone was unremarkable. It didn't seem made out of water like the clones they had recently been taught to make, but she didn't see how making a clone out of thin air would be that much more difficult. Actually, put that way, it makes sense. Rather than using one's chakra to mould water or mist or earth into a human form, the form is 100% chakra, molded perfectly. That is impressive and I have got to learn that technique sometime. Her thoughts were interrupted by a rude tugging of her arm. Her hand-now a fist- started to glow with her silver chakra, revving up for another [AUGMENT]. Whatever maternal urges she felt for the boy had when the boy refused to tell her his name, and this wasn't helping things. However, Deil was the Kage and she she had orders. Not only that, but she got her way, she should be happy.

Tsukiko let out a huff, trying to blow away her bangs. One day I'm just going to cut these things off, down to the root. She was observant enough to hear his stomach growl and that paired with her diagnosis earlier made it obvious, with her intelligence at least, that he was probably experiencing tremors throughout his body. So time was important. Probably more so for him than her; she had already learned a few techniques-he was more green than she was. "Civility goes a long way, little one. Try and learn. Now up you go!" She lifted-as compared to throwing-him on her back. She was not incredibly strong, but luckily the boy was young enough that the extra weight wouldn't show any strain with her. "Okay, off to the hospital. Thank you, Kage-san! And you. You'll finally get what you deserve." She let that insidious comment lie there, for fun.

Yay! Thanks Tsukiko-san! He wrapped his arms around Tsukiko's neck rather tightly to make sure he wouldn't fall off. Akira yawned. Boy I'm kinda sleepy...think I'll take a nap now. Akira rested his head on Tsukiko's shoulder. His stomach made a gurgling noise. Man, I'm so hungry I could eat like......ten more of those fish! They weren't half bad anyways...I think I'll go fishing here some day. Akira fell asleep after thinking of ways to cook the fish.

User Image Kiyoko just smiled and shook her head. He was right. it was good to see him as well. And to know she wasn't the only one behind made her happy. She glanced over at Deil who had just finished making a clone of himself. Curiously she watched as he went to the bleachers and began to write. Listening to Deils words she nodded and looked to Matsuya. It looks likes now is our chance my friend she said softly. She then floated over to deils clone not much in the mood for walking

Once she had reached him she bowed softly.

"My apologies Diel-san." she said softly. I am sorry for my absence and for being so behind the others. I know this must be an inconvenience to you." that was all she had to say. She sighed and looked at Diel waiting. She wondered what he thought of her.

Deil`s clone looked up to see Kiyoko, one of the kunoichis who had helped him at the gates, levitate over to him. He had seen Daichi do it on rare occasion, and it still creeped him out some. But at her words, his voice turned sympathetic. It`s not your fault you got sick, so there`s no need to appologize. Besides, I would rather you get fully healed than come back early and risk more damage, right? At least you didn`t take months to recover like one of the Mayu from Leaf. He still hadn`t gotten over his sickness by the time I left. Anyway, it`s good to have you back! Now, let`s get on with the training shall we? What do you want to try first?

User Image Kiyoko smiled softly at the clone. She was glad he was so understanding and willing to help teach her. She was definitely ready to start. She didn't think whether or not to speak out loud as most people did she just continued to use her telepathy.

well I don't have any training at all to be honest. So Anything is fine with me. I just ant to get started. she told him honestly. She was anxious to get caught up to everyone. She wondered who the mAyu he spoke of was though.

"No training, hmm? Well, let's start with something pretty basic then."
The clone undid the tape holding his chain on his left arm in place, and set it beside him. Then he opened up a large scroll containing the low level non-elementals, and copied it onto one of the smaller scrolls before him. He then wrote down Kiyoko's name in the scroll borrower registry, and handed the chain and scroll over to her. . Here, give this one a shot. It's purely chakra manipulation, so it's a good place to start.

Nawanuke No Jutsu (Rope Untying Technique): A basic skill that allows the user to channel chakra into a rope or chain in order to push the knot the right way, so it loosens.
