 Somewhere over the rainbow...
A button beeped on the mechanism and the arms tightened aroung him, cutting into his skin. The make-up re-appeared upon his face. Artemis came back in the room with another odd-looking machine in her hands.
Dreams really do come true...

"Do you like music?" he chuckled ignoring the pain running up from his wrists to his neck. "Pardonner, do you mind speaking Arabic for this?

Artemis narrowed her eyes. Artemis pressed an odd-looking button on the machine in her hands. A stinging liquid shot into Pardonner from the arms that stopped tightening around him.

"Agh! Stupid b***h!" Pardonner hissed wincing again as the stinging began to expand through his arms. Don't! Just apologize! Never gonna happen!

Artemis slapped him across the face, leaving a scratch. The arms injected more of the liquid as it began to burn. "You can stay like that for a while." she said, then walked away.

Artemis was already in the living room, watching T.V. The liquid kept pumping into Pardonner, It was not enough to kill him though.

"Geez I hate people! I'm going to sleep..." Pardonner's malicious voice sighed to dissipate into that of a crying child instead. Pardonner couldn't keep the tears from rolling down his face as the pain multiplied itself when he switched back into his original self. "Ouch... C-can you p-please let me o-off the wall n-now? He didn't m-mean it..." he whimpered lightly as he dropped his head forward slightly so she wouldn't be able to see him crying.

Artemis couldnt help but feel sorry for the softer side of Pardonner. She went over to him and sighed. "I know you are crying, so there is no need to hide it. You tell your otherside to apologize and I will let you go." she said.

"He won't do it. He said it'll never happen. Besides he's going to sleep so he definitely won't apologize now," Pardonner whimpered lightly, his voice starting to crack. "Please... Just let me down..."

Artemis sighed and tilted the boy's head up. She kissed him softly on the forehead and the machine released him, dropping him to the floor. She then strode away lightly, moving into the living room once more. She sat upon the couch and then adjusted herself so that she was laying down, and let her eyes close.

Pardonner stood up wincing slightly as he glanced at the wounds that had been inflicted upon him by the machine. He walked quietly into the living room and sat on the floor with his knees pulled up to his chest. Thanks alot, Nightengale... It hurts and you're sleeping it off. Who ever said I was asleep? I just wanted to hear your voice crack and I don't plan on apologizing to that witch EVER.

Artemis heard the Male come in, and she opened one eye before closing it quickly. "I'm sorry Pardonner." she said, making it clear that she was not apologizing to Nightengale. She did feel bad for the boy, but she would never feel bad for his other side.
