Of course when he had charged so did the buck. He had only realized it when it was too late. He looked to the side and managed to skid to a stop in front of the charging buck. That... was not the best idea. As soon as he stopped the buck lowered its head and hit him hard head on sending him tumbling back.
After trying to get away from the charging buck he managed to loose it. He sighed as he limped his way back to the meeting spot. He limped out of the trees with his fur matted and looking horrible.

Flynn smiled as he spotted his mate, his tail wagging. Then suddenly he frowned as he spotted the disarray that his mate was in. "Awww....did the deer attack you?" He jogged over to Drake and nuzzled against his neck. "Come over here....." He started to lick over his wounds. "i can't have Kina seeing you like this." He cleaned up most of the horrible looking wounds then smiled.
"Don't worry love...i got enough food to feed everyone..." He kissed his cheek, "Let's get you home and then you can lie down...." he helped support his mate, "So.....beaten up by a deer....you'll never live this down." He laughed lightly.
