He looked back and saw Yuni. "Hey Yuni. I'd hug you but as you can see I'm covered in blood." He told her with a loving smile on his face.

Yuni laughed at the sight of blood all over him. "No need to worry about the hug go get cleaned up if you want. I'll wait for you!"

He took the shirt that was covered lightly in blood and as he went towards the river he spit on his opponent's corpse. He put the shirt in the water and used it as a rag to wipe the blood off of him. "Yuni can you help me real quick?" He asked her.

"Sure!" she yelled. Yuni took off her Captains haori and ran over to the river to help Kenny. She began to wipe him down with the shirt.

He froze as he saw her use her haori. "Why are you using your haori?" He asked her looking wide eyed.

"It can be washed. I changed into the squad one one when I was meeting the other captains so there is no need to worry. I care about the squad 13 haori more." She continued to wipe him off.

"How do the two wounds in my back look?" He said as he tried to stop the bleeding of his abdomen.

Yuni looked at the wounds. They were deep but not enough to kill him. "I'm going to attempt to close them with my sad excuse for healing skills." She began to work on the wounds.

He stopped the bleeding and then sat there smiling. He liked spending time with Yuni. Though he wish it were under different circumstances. "How does it look now?" He asked her.

He wiped the rest of the blood off of him. He turned to Yuni and held her in his arms. "What would I do without you?" He asked her.

"It be nice if we planted some cherry blossom trees here." He said as his arms tightened around her. He was suprised that she was letting him hold her.

She looked into his blue eyes smiling. For the first time she felt some love that hasn't been there in about 200 years. "Yea it would make this place look less like a battle ground."

He smiled back at her and brushed a strand of her snow white hair out of her face. He looked into her brown eyes and felt heat rush to his cheeks. He hoped she wouldn't notice.
