He'd heard the door open and turned curiously, only to see Repo walk in. And then watch the door... "Wait, don't let the door--" Click. "Close.... s**t..." He went over, staring at the door a bit, before turning. "The door's broken... We're stuck in here..."

Jayanti leaned forward, reaching toward Repo. One of the few people she didn't mind. And he had something of hers! "Chu!" Not that she particularly minded, anyway.

Scientist, names Nyx, and she was a grunt.
Well, it was no wonder Faleen never met her before, Faleen didn’t get to go down to the labs often, especially not at the bio engineering, since she honestly…. Had no reason to be down there.
A few things happened at once when Faleen watched the white haired grunt go again, leaving Faleen to stand by her Umbreon.
Already some of the others were worried about food, some she could say were almost panicking, closterphobia would be her guess.
Staring at them for a while longer, baffled, and keeping her distance.

And then… the door opened and someone walked in.
she felt her own stretch of silence, her mind already thinking about how quickly they were going to get out of there… until the door closed behind the rocket, trapping yet one more into the training room.
“Well” she said after a stunned hesitation “at least we know the outside works”
this conclusion provoked a slight grumble from Umbreon.
Shaking her head Faleen touched one of Umbreon’s ears, gesturing for him to follow as she made her way over to the wall where her small bag had been placed.
Pulling her jacket off of the worn out pouch she crouched down to pull out some water for Umbreon.
Pouring some of it out into a small cup, placing it down on the floor.
Knowing someone was sitting against the wall as well, Faleen moved her attention to them for a moment,
Nikki, Faleen had some in, but since then the Agent hadn’t made much comment about them being locked in the room. She was keeping her cool, no surprise there.
“Its Nikki, Ma’am, right?”
She had heard about the agent a few times, bumped into her for a moment a few times. Hadn’t heard her name until Hayes said it once.

"Argh....Man, this sucks." Jen leaned back a bit to stare at the ceiling with her legs crossed. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday Night; trapped in the training gym with a buncha unknown folk and with the snack machine broken. Next thing to happen might be the bathrooms to break or the power to go out...heck, even the air conditioning might bust.

Someone obviously wanted them to have a high repair bill this month, or to steal their paychecks. ......Bah, not use fretting over it. Jumping off the seat and sticking a hand into the bag by her feet (the Pichu egg tucked inside), pulled out a shiny new pokeball.

A new pokemon, recieved not long after she had been given the Pichu egg earlier. With a smile, she rolled it between her palms while debating quietly. To release and train or not to?

The fiasco with someone walking through the door, only to have it shut again, did draw an eyetwitch from the agent. The fact that people could come in and not leave, was just stupid. The door was obviously broken.

Still this was just an inconvenience and while part of her wanted to rant and rave about it and blame it on her partner. Well... she just really wasn't in the mood.

However, when a grunt she vaguely recognized walked over, Nikki looked up from her sitting place. The Pidgeot beside her fluffing up his feathers in a threat display. It took a moment for her to place the face. Oh yeah, the one that got shot.

"Yeah. What do you want?" Nikki muttered, clearly not in the mood for social chatter either. But then when was she ever?

Faleen didn’t reply at first, taking a moment to push herself back to her feet having to use the wall for support.

Screwing the cap back onto her bottle taking notice of the large bird Pokemon who didn’t seem at all happy with her coming over, Faleen smiles slightly.
“I apologize if I’m interrupting something, I remember the last time I saw you, you were on crutches.” She explained politely “I thought I’d say hi.”
Not oblivious to the disinterest that Nikki was showing, Faleen dropped her bottle back into her bag “Plus my bag is over here.” She added with a soft grin.

Umbreon lapped quietly at the liquid, his eyes turned up to look at the other rocket and her pokemon.

User ImageAs long as people didn't start arguing, being stuck in the training facility didn't seem as bad as Akemi had thought at first. However, if help didn't come soon, it was going to be a rather long night. The Grunt decided to release the rest of her pokémon, save for the Charizard that she muttered a sheepish apology to. Hikari was rather large, so it was better if it stayed inside the ball..

After that, Akemi pulled out a sketchbook and a pencil from her bag, starting to sketch the various pokémon and eggs that were currently out in the facility, writing down little notes about their behaviour. She did love observing them.. there was so much to learn about pokémon. Maybe, just maybe, with enough studying and experience about their behavioral patterns and such she could join the science department too, one day.
It'd be the best she could do as a Team Rocket member as being a breeder was pretty much out of the question with this career. There was just no way to maintain two lifestyles that required so much work.

Faleen was obviously not interrupting anything since all Nikki was doing was just sitting by herself and being antisocial. Something she seemed to excel at immensely.

The agent just stared up at the grunt with a disinterested expression. But yes, her crutches were gone, finally.

"Hi." Was all the girl said grumpily, since that's what Faleen said she'd come over here for, beside the bag.

Giving Nikki a small grin at the less then enthusiastic "hi"
moving her hands behind to, pressing them into the wall as she leaned against it, watching her Umbreon finish up his water, and taking a look at how the rest of the room was doing.
Reaching up to tuck loose strands of hair behind her ear, glad to see that people seemed to have settled down a little.

lifting his head when he had had enough water, a few droplets dripping off of his chin before he sat down, using his paw to dry off his chin.
"Umbreon"
grabbing his Masters attention to the fact that he was finished.

"alright go out" he said with a nod, pushing herself off the wall again to follow after her Umbreon who trotted to the ring.
Faleen hesitated only to look at Nikki again "would you mind being my training partner for a round?" she asked polity.
her Shuppet wasn't around, so she didn't have another Pokemon for Umbreon to go up against.
Knoiwng Nikki was probably leagues ahead of her in training, but it would be interesting to see how Umbreon's improved since they first stared.

Nikki didn't say anything at first to Faleen's invitation. She seemed to be thinking it over, before slowly pushing herself to her feet.

"All right. I do have an Eevee that needs some humbling."

Darkfeather's feathers slicked back down as his trainer stood, his gaze now shifting to her.

After all, she had come here with the intent of training to begin with. It would be just a waste of time not to do so now. Especially since there was a lot of time to potentially waste at this point.

Reaching for a pokeball, the blonde tossed it haphazardly. Letting the ball hit the ground to release a normal looking Eevee before it bounced back to her hand.

Bira's ears flicked, then flattened down as she saw the Umbreon. She'd seen him before, and her eyes went wide for a moment. A glance to her trainer, the Eevee only saw a stern frown. Bira pawed at the ground for a moment before bounding into position and taking a battle stance. "Vreeeee."

"Oh really?" Hayes raised a brow and half-grinned at Nyx. He remembered her from the labs - if not for the hair, the goggles were a dead giveaway. "I used to play. And it gets better as you go up the ranks." Perhaps to make up for stopping the Drifloon's nomming - or reward him for going along with it - the blonde reached up and gave the balloon Pokemon a pat. "Good taste, Newton."

The sound of the door opening caught the agent's attention; he turned with the rest of the room's occupants, adding his voice to the collective shout. "Don't close tha- ... heh." The Rocket let out a breath and smiled, exasperated but good-humored.

Movement in his peripheral vision caught his eye; looked like a battle was starting, and he recognized both the participants. Hayes smiled at Nyx. "Want to go kill time?" He jerked a thumb over his shoulder to indicate the match that was shaping up and started to head that way, returning his hands to his pockets.

Smiling when Nikki accepted, Faleen hurried over to catch up with her Umbreon, stepping up behind him on her side of the field, staying in the trainer box, while Umbreon stepped forward into the battle arena.

When the Eevee was let out, becoming clear that this was going to be his opponent, his ears sagged slightly to the side... another Eevee... great. This one better not know any of those charm moves!
He did recognize this Eevee, at least from what he remembers it wasn't as much of a pest as the others he's met.
"Breon!" he barked back ducking his head lower as his stance widened in preparation.

Nyx leaned around Hayes to see where he was pointing to; She was too short to see over his shoulder.
"Ahh... Alright." As long as she didn't have to battle. Nyx dreaded the fact that she would have to battle eventually, maybe even out in the field, not just in training.
"Who are they?" She followed Hayes.

Breathing heavily, Callista sagged against a wall, clinging tightly to the wriggling Squirtle she held in her arms. She'd chased her little Pokemon all over headquarters, and was now back by the training area that seemed to busy earlier. . . strange, there was no-one outside now. Maybe everyone had left?

Hm. . . suddenly, she realized how thirsty she was, and she remembered the drink machine in the lounge. There was just enough money in her pocket to get something cold to drink, maybe some nice lemonade. Aiden would like that too - the baby Squirtle had never had it before, but it was an almost universally-liked treat. She didn't want to reward him for bad behavior, but at the same time, he had demonstrated excellent stealth and evasion skills.

Eh, what the heck, she'd get him a nice lemonade - and treat herself while she was at it. Making sure that she had a good hold on the tiny turtle, she opened the training room door and slept inside, barely noticing as it swung closed behind her. Belatedly, she blinked.

"......... The only time I've seen this many people in one room is when there's been alcohol involved."

Sorano was sitting upon the bleachers, hands clutching clumps of his hair as he rocked back and forth in the fetal position. How long had it been? Eight minutes? Fourteen days? One year? He was going to be stuck in here forever!

"ARCEUS, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO CRUEL?!" he suddenly screamed like a madman.

One has broken, will the rest follow? The world of Pokemon may never know.

User ImageAkemi raised her eyes from her sketchbook to follow Nikki and Faleen's practice battle for a bit. Nikki seemed as cheerful and outgoing as ever, the girl noted with a crooked smile.
Suddenly, movement in the corner of her eye caught her attention - another Grunt entered and closed the door before anyone could stop them. How did this keep happening? How many people would end up stuck in the facility before they would finally make it out?

"Great.." the girl sighed as she noticed Sorano, who certainly wasn't looking too well. She got up, cringing from the pain in her side, and walked up to the blue-haired Grunt with Rei in her wake.
"Come on, no need to start screaming", she said, trying to sound calm and assuring. "We'll be out by morning at the latest, it's not like we're stuck here for good. Try to do something constructive? Like training?"
