The man (and probably a good number of the Rockets) stared as Zach threw himself at the giant machine. The single shadow ball attack didn't do much against the mecha's tough exterior.
After several moments spent watching the desperate Rocket start to scale one of the Drapion's legs he sighed and reached back to tug on a lever behind him. The machine's leg flew outward to buck the Rocket off.
With a sniff, he turned his attention back to Seth. "My name is Atlas! I've traveled here from Sinnoh searching for the new headquarters of Team Rocket. It's taken me months following leads and rumors to track you down."
TRP bristled and took a challenging step forward, "That doesn't answer our question! What do you want?"
"Only to make you all see reason. When news got out that attempts were being made to rebuild Team Rocket my superiors sent me to find you. You're all struggling to recreate a lost cause. Everybody knows Team Rocket has risen and fallen twice. This time won't be any different! What you're doing here is futile! I'm here to offer you a chance to join a successful team. Why stay here doomed to repeat history? Leave behind this crumbling ruin of a team and come back with me to Sinnoh. There's a place for you in Team Galactic!"

Hearing the howl from behind him, Seth blinked once and turned to see a random grunt charging at the mecha.
"..."
He looked on in silent horror and disbelief as the grunt attempted to scale the thing. Then was promptly flicked off. The elite grunted and rubbed his forehead in exasperation. "Idiot."
TRP then stepped forward and repeated his earlier question. Blue eyes lifted towards the man on the mecha once again.
"Please. You honestly expect us to take you up on that offer? I've heard some nasty rumors myself. You can forget it!" He then paused to glance at Zach. "But you can take that one." A finger pointing at the raging moron.

She had been watching Zach run forward, then get knocked down with her eye brows arched in surprise.
against a device like that though, it wasn't surprising that he got knocked out of the game as quickly as he did.
the Rocket elites and the strange man... Atlas from Team Galactic.
His words caused her to frown deeply, feeling the hair on the back of her neck pricked, -insulted- by the bull he was spewing.
her eyes narrowed softly watching the Galactic. once he was finished, her eyes shifted to TRP and Seth, eagerly waiting for there response to this idiot.

Meanwhile Nikki was gawking at the giant mecha with Darkfeather at her side. Watching all the event unfolding, including Zach's failed attempt at physically assaulting the mecha.
Then something ran into her from behind. "Hey! Watch it! ... Oh its you." The blonde glared at her partner.

Watching with a rather mortified face, the violet-haired grunt watched as Zach attacked at the machine. What in the hell was that guy thinking? Really, he though he could take on a giant metal thing? Kofuku clenched her fists as she watched the machine then kick the rocket off of it. She wasn't going to do anything until Seth or TRP gave them orders to do so.
Gizmo wove through the legs of the Rockets, finding his trainer and jumping up to grasp her hair to get her attention. In his mouth was a bunched up pair of her underwear, wrapped around her pokemon's pokeballs.
Kofuku blushed brilliantly as she realized what Gizmo had used as a carrying pouch for her team, and she quickly bent down and snatched the pair of pink panties out of her pikachu's grasp, quickly shoving it away down the top of her shirt and hoping everyone was too preoccupied with their Elites as well as the mecha in front of the HQ.

Zach was flung quite a distance away, falling hard, and rolling several times in the sand before stopping. His hatred for Team Galactic boiled, but his body betrayed him, as he was far too dazed to get up at the time. A string of the most potent curses he could think of flowed through his mouth, making insults toward Team Galactic, Team Galactic's member's mothers, this person who calls himself Atlas, his hair, and anything else he could think of about Team Galactic. Yasu saw what happened to his trainer and made a startled cry, afraid for his trainer's safety. He could not understand what had gotten into him at all.

The man shook his head as he saw a grunt jump the gun in trying to attack a giant robot...He sighed, he was either really stupid or really hated this team galactic. Ezekiel glared as he listen to the man's words, truly, did he even know who he was talking to.
"Isn't team Galactic that insane group you told me about...the one who keeps trying to 'reboot' the pokemon world?" Ezekiel nodded. "....Morons...."

"Sorry," Hayes smiled apologetically at Nikki and took as much of a step back as he could in the crush of the crowd. Turning his attention to the man in the giant mech's diatribe, he raised a brow, his tone almost wry. "The member of a doomsday cult in a giant purple mech wants us to see reason?"
"Pi pika," Switch commented.
"Party?" Alphard sounded bewildered by events.
"Not now, bud. He kind of crashed it."

 The raven-haired Grunt shook her head in disbelief when first someone from her rank charged at the mecha, only to be knocked back in an embarrassing manner. Then when she heard Atlas speak.. she couldn't help but release a snort, mixed with a chuckle. Oh, he surely was thinking highly of himself. "And here I thought Team Galactic had been knocked around by some 10-year-old kid.." she muttered under her breath.
Everyone around her seemed tense, but she couldn't tell what they were all thinking. If Atlas would try to attack, they would easily take him down with a combined effort. However, one should assume that he had taken that into account..
Rei pressed itself closer against Akemi's neck, every muscle in its body tensed up, ready for battle.

Panther shook his head, but he knew the kid and he was level headed enough when not confronted with team galactic. He debated and then headed over to the downed grunt to make sure he didn't die. He wasn't concerned by the robot hitting him now. there was many other rockets to take care of the machine, and he had more then shade on hand when it came to it.

And there was that idiot Zach charging at the Galactic Mecha. Who got knocked backwards immediately. Well he got what he deserved for idiotic bravery.
Leonard had the urge to laugh again. Join Team Galactic? What was this man trying to accomplish? He should know that most people here were loyal... Well, he wasn't as loyal as some, but he didn't want to dye his hair blue and wear dorky looking outfits.
"And didn't Team Galactic have their fair share of failure?" He said, thinking out loud. "At least we look bad-a**, not something out of a cheesy sci-fi movie."

Atlas' smile slowly darkened as the group of Rockets said nothing. Then the insults started to fly.
TRP couldn't help but smirk, proud of her gathered team. There were no betrayers here. "You have your answer. None of us is joining you."
"..very well. You leave me no choice. Even if you are doomed to fail, there's only room for one team in this world.. and you chose the wrong one." With a grunt, Atlas cranked a lever beside him and the mouth of the great Drapion opened up to reveal a cockpit. The Galactic agent hopped nimbly inside and the mouth slammed shut. Though he was no longer visible, his voice was projected over unseen speakers inside the metallic beast, "After I've dealt with you I'll report the location of this place back to my superiors. They'll send in more forces to wipe your headquarters out for good!"
Motors groaned and gears creaked as the giant Drapion came alive again, snapping its massive pinchers.[[ FIGHT! ]] [[ If our Rockets are going to make it through this thing alive this oversized lobster is gonna need to be taken care of! This battle will run differently than our normal RP battles.
There will be 8 rounds. Every time Atlas posts an attack you may post once with your character's attack, then you must wait for Atlas to attack before you can attack again. Each time Atlas attacks I'll wait a maximum of 10 minutes for everyone to reply. If you haven't replied in that time then Atlas will attack again and you won't get an attack for that round.
Each time you post an attack feel free to type out a description of the attack and elaborate on what your Rocket and their Pokémon are doing. Along with your attack roll one 20-sided die.
Each round Atlas will attack one of you, meaning by the end of the fight he will have attacked each of you once. Every time Atlas attacks I will roll a 20-sided die for him. If his die rolls a 20 your Rocket will be knocked unconscious and you'll be out of the fight. If he rolls anything else you're still in the fray.
Whoever rolls the highest numbers, thus doing the most damage to Atlas by the end of the fight, will get something special. Being knocked out won't count against you if you still have the greatest total in the end.
Atlas' first attack will be posted in a few moments. Please don't roll any attacks until he's attacked. Good luck, guys! Let's show this guy who he's messing with!! ]]

[[ ATLAS ATTACK! ]] For his first attack Atlas turned his sights on Panther.
"Time to cut this group down to size!" Pinchers clicking, the mecha took a violent swing at Panther and his Pokémon.
[[ If the dice at the top of this post rolls a 20 your Rocket has been knocked unconscious. You may post again with them taking the hit and continue to post the actions of their Pokémon, but you can't roll for any more damage. ]]

Zach finally got to his senses, and that knock also got him thinking more sensibly as well. His eyes still showed pure rage however, he simply was able to be smart about it now. He turned to Yasu and shouted, "Yasu! Use Psychic on that piece of %$#@ now!"

Akemi had been waiting for Atlas to begin his attack. "Rei, Psybeam! Let's bring him down together with everyone else!" she called out.
A multi-colored beam shot out from the jewel on the Espeon's forehead towards the enemy.
