Soba covered his nose as the blast of pungent air blew from the mine shaft.
"What the he-" he began to say, then he heard the chanting coming from inside. "What is this, the Blair Witch Project?"
From what Soba could see, the inside of the shaft was littered with a dozen or more kunai. He watched Sai walk into the shaft, following close behind. The smell was overwhelming. Soba had never experienced anything like it. It was as if someone had gone to a cemetery and dug up all the graves, tossed the bodies up to ground level, and left them there. Not only that but the markings on the wall made it all the creepier.
Suddenly an alien ululation broke the silence.
"Hmm? Baby, wanna play?" Soba heard Sai say, as the purple-haired man dodged a tendril composed of -to Soba's horror- human bodies, which was now headed towards him.

"Ah! Ah!" Sai cooed oout to the worm as he danced to the side and let the oversized beast's tail flail down on the empty space where the man had been a moment before. "Baby wants to play! Yes it does, yes it does. Come now, come play with Grandpa Sai!" He said with a chuckle, lifting the razor up to shoot lazily at the beast's head to keep it's attention.

And keep it's attention he did as the enourmous tail swept across the ground the ground to smash into Sai. But with an all to easy appearing manuever, the man dodged the tail yet again by cart wheeling over it and using his free hand to push himself off the tail and higher into the air. An action he quickly regretted as the beast tackled itself head first at him.

Dropping the razor in haste, Sai made a quick set of hand seals that ended with a strange wave of cool air pushing out from him. With a grin Sai met the worms bite with ice gauntlet fist. Stnding rather dangerously between the bone crafted teeth of bottom row, the man clamped his icy grip on the top. "Ah, ah, aaah!~ Baby is to playing WAY to rough! Baby needs to chill out." Sai chimmed, the muscles of his currently almost bare upper body convulsing beneath the skin as an icy mist exuded from the man's hands. In moments the entire canvas and jaw of the worm's mouth was frozen still.

Chuckling softly yet loudly, Sai clicked his tongue at the worm, his mind trying powerfully to block out the disgusting smell that was errupting from the worm's mouth. "Now isn't that much bet-AAAAH!!" Angry and surprised at the turn of events, the worm released a pain stricken gurgle and swung it's head frivently in either direction; the sound of Sai's cheerful laughter easily heard even within the worm's own noise... That is until the worm smashed it's head swiftly into the cave's wall and pulled back to reveal Sai's body indented in the wall, and the cheerful demeanuer all but gone from his face.

As the worm lurched back for another strike, Sai pulled himself free from the cave's face and waved his iced hands to either side. His left instantly became free of ice, his right however enlongated to become a large javelin spear. "Bad... baby..." The man growled before vaulting off the wall just as the worm collided with it. Landing on the back of the worm's corpse crafted body, Sai quickly ran straight down to it's tail as he let the tip of the javelin scrape across it's skin. With a howl he jumped up before spiralling down viciously to stab the icy weapon into it's body, blood splurting out in all directions as the pain gave the monster the strength and anger to howl in pain and break it's mouth free of the ice.

Sai tightened his jaw as the stench of the beast worsened with it's burning flesh. Breaking his hand away from the frozen javelin, Sai danced back and away from the beast before turning to face Soba. "Could you... NOT... make the smell worse then it already is?" The man growled angrily, his eye brow arching slightly as he watched Soba dart away. Frowning he turned around to look at the beast's tail swinging at him again. "You mother ********, Sai's body faded out of sight as the tail thrashed yet again in an empty space. This time when he reappeared his body was quietly and gently sitting on the worm's back side where it seemingly didn't notice him. Sighing softly, he shifted on it's body, making himself more comfortable on a particular corpse. It was a woman with rather large breasts and a jaunty face, her head was held back as though caught in a permenate moan. Using her exposed neck as a seat, he laid one of his legs across her breasts and let his body rest against the pertruding stomach of a rather obese man.

Folding both hands behind his head in a bored fashion, Sai let his eyes wonder back to the walls. It didn't take long for his crimson red eyes to locate what he was looking for on a distant wall. Amongst all the arcane writtings was many tags with a familiar set of kanji on them... And then it all clicked in his mind as the sharingan finished deciphering the symbols. It was the flying thunder god kanji, a very shitty modified version of it but it was nonetheless the flying thunder god technique. A wave of comfort passed over him as the familiarity of the technique ran it's course through his mind... It was roughly thirty years but it was still clear to him. He had been taught the technique not long after graduating the academy, a girl by the name of Suzu Kaizen had came to Water Country and taught him the technique. Over the expanse of a year and a half he experimented with the technique until he crafted himself a new version that he dubbed Thunder Jumping...

Shaking himself away from memory way, he glared at the seals. So that was the way that they were able to get all the people from the town into the mountain with out so much of a trace... And then the explosion of chakra could have been creating the worm beast... Turning his eyes to the three people chanting and holding hand seals for the first time, disgust and rage filled Sai to no extent. His teeth grinded against each other as his muscle jaw flexed.

However his attention was quickly snatched as Soba yet again lit the worm on fire and worse off dangerously came close to setting him on fire as well. Growling angrily, the man launched himself off from the worm and skidded across the ground to face it from behind. "Ok... NOW I'M MAD. A swarm of hand seals blurred through Sai's fingers as his eyes closed for a moment and his mind relaxed into a state of clarity.

Flickering his eyes back open, Sai swung his arm out towards the worm beast, a black ether-like dragon instantly spiralling out of his fist. As it flew through the air the ice dragon began to turn, hitting it's target and using its motion to launch the digusting beast high into the air.

Lord Orasaki, please don't forget i'm here!" shouted Soba as the worm creature spiraled into the air narrowly taking him with it. He took the opportunity to run up the wall and strike from above.
On the way up, he quickly formed the required seals, bringing his left hand to his right shoulder. "Weapon Summoning: Divine Gear Fist!!"
The mechanical arm Soba had used to break a hole into the mine shaft rematerialized. He made the necessary hand seals for Grand Fireball, but instead of channeling the chakra in his stomach, he sent it all into his mechanical fist. The gears at the knuckles began to whir as the fire element chakra flooded the hand. Soba leaped off the wall so he was above the dragon.
"Take this, you abomination! Fire Style: Grand Fireball Jutsu!!!"

The fist-shaped fireball connected so fiercely that it sent the worm flying downwards. It crashed into the ground with a sickening >SQUISH<
Soba vaulted in the air and landed elegantly next to Sai. He was starting to have fun. It was like playing 'Zombie Tag' a game Kazekage Kenta played with him and other academy students some time ago. But this time it was a real 'zombie', and his life was on the line.
"Lord Orasaki, i don't know about you, but i'm gonna catch me one big fish with this big worm." The worm creature began to writhe, shifting its bulk all over the place. It moved suddenly and unexpectedly, a large portion headed straight for Soba.

Without any sign of warning, a HUGE roar echo'd threw the lands. This shook Fuyu up slightly as he had never hear such a roar in his life. He turned his head to the direction in which the roar came from then to Oasis. "We need to get moving, follow me" He stated as he started running around the mountian. The explosion earlier came from this mountian, but he couldn't figure out where on the mountian. He paused for a moment and pondered, he really needed to train more on tracking if he was going to become a good tracking nin. It was then that he heard the faintest of explosions. Finally, a lead he thoguht to himself as he as quickly and quietly headed to the sorce of the explosion. It took him a moment to get there, but when he did it wasn't what he was expecting. The smell of rotting and death came from the cave, making him almost want to loose his stomach contents. But holding his breath slightly and regaining control over his stomach, Fuyu slowly entered the cave not really knowing what to expect. As he crept closer and closer to the origin of the smell, it got stronger. What he mainly noticed though was sounds of crashing and thudding. It sounded as if there was a fight going on, all he knew though was that it was about time he started to use his eyes again. With a quick focus of chakra, he could see. After a few moments, the sight he was witnessing made him wish he wasn't seeing this. A huge creature composed of the dead villagers, two other shinobi attacking it, both he'd never seen before, and three people chanting around the monstrosety. It didn't matter what was happening though. There were two people that looked like they needed help, so he was going to help them.
