Kyrstin sat up. "I'm break dancing ofcourse....not very well mind you..but hey I'm trying." She grinned childishly

"Oh right! You guys are amazing at dancing!" She looked up at her with big round eyes. "Do you think you can teach me a thing or two? I mean I'm not really a very physical person but i'm willing to try!"

Kyrstin stood up excited and bouncing around. "The one with just one hand on the ground then you twirl around and your laying on the floor really cool like!!!" She bounced about some more then yelled out. "Oh or the one when your spinning on your head all crazy!! OH Oh or the one with the flips! oh yes the flips! I always fancied I'd want to learn how to do little flippy things before I died!" She began doing the cabbage patch and then started to do the running man. "Oh or the thing when your legs are up and their going all willy nilly!!!" She pretended to jump on a pogo stick around the kitchen.

"Kyrstin calm down" Yami said slowly as she tried to hold in her laughter "Ok before you can run you need to walk so let's start will something simple. First off try this" she said standing on her hands

Kyrstin looked at Yami as if she had just asked her to climb mount everest. "Stand on my hands...." She shruged and sat on the ground. She then put two hands on the ground, next her head. She pushed off with her hands and ended up falling sideways with a loud crash. This time she laid on the ground and used her arms to support the bottom half of her body in the air. She tried flipping over so her hands could touch the ground and ended up tumbling forward into a cabinent.

"Ok to do a cartwheel put your hands in the air and to either your left or right side until both reach the ground and try to lift you body up with you legs in the air until you land with both feet on the ground. Here like this" Yami demonstrated how to do a cartwheel and looked at Kyrstin "Ok now you try."
