Description: The user moves so fast that they actually give of a trail of his own self behind him. If he makes a movement, it actually slows down for his opponent, and they think the image of the User is real and keeps there eye on the Image, therefore allowing the user to attack the opponent. When granted another new rank, the user's ability gets stronger.
Genin - Image of himself which moves fluently
Chuunin - Can make the Image actually do damage due to mass speed, is able to hit then hit again inside the image.
Jounin - Able to make two Flash Images
Anything higher - All of the Clones can make different movements and attack forms as if they are clones, they are even able to hit them like they are clones.

Side Effect - It takes a lot of speed.

Description:

The User creates up to ten quills on their palm, and seem to use Air palm. However they actually Fire Quills that when they make contact with theopponent they deform into that of a porcupine, with a hook on the inside of the opponent. The opponent can feel the quills as if they were solid material, however unless they focus the chakra to extract the quills on their hand and take the time to take them out, they can not extract them. The Quills hit the Tenketsu, and slowly begin to seem throughout the opponent's body, disrupting the chakra flow in the specific part of that person's body. { I.e. if it hit's their chest, then it stops them from using jutsu from their chest. Basically it is an annoying jutsu that unless it hits the eye, or around it, it can't nullify Dojutsu, or if it hits the hands, it can nullify Ninjutsu, or if it hits the temples it could nullify Genjutsu. Otherwise it really is just a very annoying effect. } This Technique was created by Hyuuga Hikari and can only be taught by him.

Description: The user exert's there chakra into the ground a very thin line, very hard to achieve, the chakra lines pick up dirt and rock and split apart almost making a chain-like line of stones held together with chakra, the radius if 40 meters away from the user, it is not super fast acting. As the chakra creates a long enough line, it shoot's out of the ground and like a chain wraps around the enemy and slowly sucks away chakra... Multiple Chains are able to be made, but it takes much more chakra...

Description: -User will turn there chakra into lightning wrapping there limb or weapon in it then they will punch,grab,kick,knee,elbow slash stab etc there oppenent and the lightning will shock them on contact and send's 20,000-40,000 volts of electrisity threw the enemys body enough to disrupt the nervous system witch will make all the muscles in there body contract making them twitch and have no control over there body movements temorarly look below to see the length of time they lose control of there body.

Description: This is a simple counter Attack to Ration attack's User will simply do a few hand signs and Electriscity can be seen zapping around the users arm and when a Ration attack is fired at them they may Absorb the attack and eathier use it to refil/give them chakra or they can fire it back in a lightning bolt with the same power as the attack that they absorbed, now you can only aborb attacks from people the same rank as you for example a jonin uses chidori on another jonin that uses Ration Absorb so the chidori is absorbed but if a jonin uses chidori on a chunin that uses Ration Absorb then the chidori's damage is decreased one rank but of course being chidori it would blow off the person hand still so i would'nt recommend that.
