Ah, that cleric of Kord makes me think of the other character I was thinking of playing: The Hand-to-Hand Combat Cleric. Half-Orc cleric of Kord, heavyweight boxer in full plate. It's significantly less base damage than a greatsword, but it's pretty badass, and when you add the touch spells...

Alright, character sheet is in "release candidate" stage here. Do we get any sort of knowledge of how much of this campaign will involve vicious monsters, as opposed to talking/fighting with intelligent humanoids? I currently have a very small set of options for dealing with things that will try to eat you regardless of who you look like, and if that's going to be a big part of things then I should make some changes. If it's just a sometimes thing, it might be best to let other players do the brunt of the monster smashing.

Well, as much as I'd love to say that there will be even distribution of each, it will most likely lean towards monster smashing, as I am a new DM, and a battle is easier to plan than a social encounter.
However, I won't be the type of person who'd continue throwing your character into the open jaws of monsters. If you come up with a clever solution to skirting them, like sneaking into the orc fortress past the guards by disguising yourself as their king while your friends hide in your bag of holding with a bottle of air, I'll roll with it.

Alright, I'm going to drop the outfits budget to 1,400 as it's not going to be as big of a focus for this game, and in favor of spelling out some of the combat-oriented costume bits.

<.< Got something against Pathfinder? lol
Oh by the way, just unsure, but Southern if ya need Reference Documents, there is a thread which contains links to both 3.5 or Pathfinder.
Basically the game in a nutshell for ya.
The thread is located on the primary guild forum.

Not in the slightest, I am just trying to wrap my head around it. 3.5, I understand the most, but that is only with the book I own.
The thread is called Helpful link right? Already found it ninja

I'll be interested in playing this game! God I love dragons... I just can't help but want to play a Pseudodragon Dragonfire Adept (5 levels of class/2HD/3LA). Is there still enough room for a little dragon to join in? 4laugh

Ok, so we've got a combat cleric, a warlock/barbarian (unconfirmed), a cross-class-clash impersonation specialist, something (psionic?) with a d4 hit die for both classes, and a pseudodragon...spellcaster? I'm not familiar with dragony books.

Dragonfire Adepts are very similar to Warlocks. But instead of using Elderitch blasts (which require ranged attack rolls) they use breath weapons that they get at varying levels. 1st level they start with Fire weapon (the basic) with 1d6 damage and a reflex for half. At second they get to choose 1 of a select breaths (frost, sicken, or lightning), 5th level (Acid, shaped, and slow), 10th level (Cloud, enduring, sleep, thundering), and finally 15th (Discorporating Breath of Bahamut, Force, Paralyze, or Fivefold Breath of Tiamat). At certain levels the damage increases to a maximum of 9d6 at 20th level. All but the Fire breath cannot be used consecutively in battle, with the others just replacing the fire and needing to 'recharge' for a turn. They don't really recharge thou, so Metabreath feats don't function for any breaths that a Dragonfire Adept can use. There have been many an argument on how to get those feats to work, but I'd rather just skip those feats and go with a more straight forward method. They also get Invocations, granted not as many. Since I'm only going to be lvl 5, I'll be going with two invocations that are special to DFA's. Magic Insight (Functions as Detect Magic, but by canceling the spell while touching a magic item it casts a Identify spell), and Endure Exposure (Functions as Endure Elements, along with the added bonus of granting immunity to my breath weapon to anyone I touch while casting). For more info (if desired) here's a link
