Clothing: Scout wears a black shirt and pants. The shirt is decorated with random silver designs. He also wears a a long sleeve black jacket covering all but the middle of his shirt.
Physical Description: Has a small black mark across his cheek with muscles only seen when clothes are off.
Background: Scout was born as the son of the leader od his small clan. He mostly completed in fighting tournaments. When he was 11 his clan was attacked and enslaved. Scout miraculously escaped and was trained by an outcats of Konoha.He then came to Konoha to train to save his clan.
Personality: Tries to stay calm but can get a bit rational. When a fight happenes he becomes dead serious.

Physical Description: muscular, with quick reflexes and lean muscle definition
Background: Born to the Hyuuga clan, Naiko was the subject of his father's hatred, being believed to be blind. Though it was quickly proven otherwise, his father could not turn him out because his mother said she would leave with him. It was later discovered that he had a different power in his eyes, and his mother turned him out herself. A few Hyuugas had sympathy and trained him in the Hyuuga style of fighting, and his brother even taught him the Divination strikes.
He passed his Chuunin exams first try, even saving his teammates from vengeful Sand genin. He was granted special permission from the Hokage and achieved the rank of Jounin just one year after the Chuunin exam. Since then, he has spent his time mastering new jutsus, and is how ready to train genin, assuming the Hokage agrees.
Personality: seclusive and almost obsessed with gaining power, he enjoys mastering new jutsus and keeping to the shadows until needed

This takes a huge amount of chakra and can only be performed on the dead due to all the activity in a living brain.

Name: Hyuuga Shinjin
Village: Konoha
Clan/Bloodline: More like a Byakugan level 2 or an advanced version of it, much like the sharingan posses the ability to do, it's indicated by the amaount of rings around where the pupil would be located, in this case, two rings. It allows the person to use either level 1 or 2 but control between them takes time to master, it has an increase in vision feild so it allows 75 foot radius, and an upgraded version of the Hyuuga style Taijutsu of Gental Fist. More of a Destructive Fist in this case, and this can only be used in level two, where the gental fists pushes your chakra into the chakra holes of the opponent, through just the finger tips, this version builds up chakra in all five tips and the palm, and releases it into the opponent, this move is used mainly for deestroying areas of chakra flow instead of just single points, in the form of palm pushes, and disorintates and rips the flow of chakra to limbs into pieces, and if accuratly used in this case shinjin can't as he isn't as accurate as Neji, it can kill. This can be used in combo's of 5, 10 and 15. The side effects can lead to dizzyness, major chakra draining (if multiple uses) and eye damage if forced.

A white traditional training garb, with simple straps over the center preforming what buttons would do. The left arm is torn at the top and freyed. The right arm extends to the wrist and then there is an ornatly decorated cuff, elbow pad strapped over.
-Bottoms-
Blue and baggy and would extend and become cought under the heels, though there tied to the ankles by bandages, on the left leg is a circle with a spiral inside, filled with red, a symbol of the leaf.
-Shoes-
They would be normal blue sandals, though over the tob and heel are metal plates probably used to cause more taijutsu damage.
-etc-
The left arm due to its exposure is covered in a bandage which extends over the wrist and palm.
The right hand has a glove, with a metal plate over the top of the hand, the leaf village insignia engraved upon it, much like the head band.
Obi tied around waste to neaten his appearance, also to store small items like soldier pills.
Physical Description:
At around 5;5foot his build matches that of his age, and hight, though he seems rather slender.
Background:
As the war raged on between nations, Shinjins parents and family had decided to take a trip to the Tea country as a small vacation as such, though unroute they were ambushed by opposing shinobi and all killed as a result, before his mothers death she threw Shinjin into the lake of which flowed to the tea villages rice feilds. This is where he was found by a small family, for years he lived here and at the age of nine, the village was attacked, shinjins adoptive family was killed, and as a result of rage and the face of death, Shinjin unlocked the byakugan bloodline, and killed all of the ninjas out of rage, with a brutle fury.
As soon as the leaf village sent out ninjas to help the tea country, they found Shinjin crying in the corner morning over his lost family, with no where else to go, he left with the ninjas back to the leaf village.
Two years later and he had been living with the Hyuugas for quite some time now, training in taijutsu and mastering his byakugan.
Now enroled in the acadamy, Shinjin could finaly learn the way of the ninja.
2 years into the course he had cheered up greatly, and even found friends, in the form of Deibeddo and Kuris, Dei was a also 11 and kuris was still only 9 and very much like Sakura, only her white hair and green eyes wern't anything like her. Dei was much like kiba, and had his own dog called storm. Which brings us to the revealing of his level 2 byakugan, an attack from an opposing village, once more causing him loss, his two best friends were killed, his fury and wish for power unlocked the new level 2, and with it came the massacre of 15 attacking ninjas.
Personality:
Shinjin is a scared and lonly young boy, only wishing for it all to be over, his emotions are torn apart and he is now shy, unmotivated, and negative to everything that comes his way.

He has a strange fasination over technology, and a love for the snow country.
