The guards didn't shoot to kill.

One the guards, a Centarumon, had his family deleted by CockRoachmon, and out of anger, began aiming for his and Chuumon's head.

Chuumon ate the bullet and blast.

A Phoenixmon was upset that someone stole his lunch and used Starlight Explosion to destroy the jail and all inside, incluuding Chuumon.

Fortunately, Chuumon had managed to escape from the jail by that time, along with Cockroachmon.

Cockroachmon turned on Chuumon and stabbed him, not wanting anyone else to know where he was.

Cockroachmon missed and was driven away by excaliburace. Chuumon decided to follow excaliburace for the rest of its seemingly immortal life.

[congrats, thanks for sticking in this game thread from the start.]

However the other tamers who wishes chuumon as their partner was pissed off at excaliburace and chuumon and decided to kill them both with their axes, mallets and knives as they dashed towards them.

[this game will still go on but I'm afraid I cannot give anymore prizes...]
