Yua glanced down at Oasis when she said something about the person maybe being a spy, Yua thought about it and that made plenty of sense however when the smoke cleared and Yua could see it was clearly a male she quickly dropped back into the water so it was all the way up above her nose, then she sat there watching. She was surprised at how clam Oasis and Hatsuma where at the fact that there was a man in the women's bathing area, the sand village must have either been full of peeping tom's or they where just free spirited in that way. Yua was a bit uncomfortable even with other girls seeing her, although Oasis had seemed to have gotten rid of that worry, Yua wasn't sure what it was about her, maybe her innocent charm or happy go lucky personality but whatever it was it was calming in a strange way. "Oasis, what is Hatsuma going to do to the man that snuck in here?" Yua asked as she let her eye wander to the room that held her scroll in it. She would have trouble getting to Senkai from here without being spotted, but she had a few Jutsu she could use and he hand to hand capabilities where not shabby.

"hm... I don't feel like going about this further... the attempt alone made me ill to my stomach..." Hatsuma stated to herself after the male had avoided her advances. looking to the male again she began to speak bluntly, not bothering to try and woo him any longer. "Your reasoning is invalid for sneaking over here. a public bathhouse is a place for public interaction if you wanted a private bath away from other men then using the ones provided in the hotels would suit those needs well, however the fact that you chose to come here shows the true colors of your motives... " Hatsuma paused as Oasis tossed her a towel she nodded in thanks as she caught it and held it in front of herself. "No you will not get away from this without paying for your misdeeds..." Hatsuma paused again removing the towel from in front of her still in the process of creation though very close to finishing was a simple silken white one-piece bathing suit. She stepped to her left and dunked the towel in a water basin before pulling it out and giving it quick twist before snapping it in front of her to test it's weight and force. "this will do fine..." she stated before jumping forward and snapping it like a whip at the invader's bare chest. her face didn't show it but it was likely she was entertained at the thought of inflicting damage on him as little as it may be, it was more to prove a point rather then actually injure severely, which she could do if it were worth the time and energy to use that much power.

A loud bell went off in the main exam sign up building signaling that the first portion of the exams where ending and that the results would be posted as to the scores received by each participant.

Upon the sheet was written the following:
"Exam one complete, points have been assigned. Note any whom had team mates still in the maze when they left have failed. One must be certain to always attempt go back for fallen comrades unless dire circumstances make the situation impossible."

The note was posted on a large board, clearly many where dissapointed having made the mistake posted whilst others rejoiced with there teams.
The next exam date was scribbled on the bottom, said to take place in one days time and informing all participants to please get there rest and any required medical treatment in soon.

Yua stayed below the water while the fight went on but listened to Oasis. She had never heard of a coed bath house, she always thought women where supposed the hide their...well nudity from others. But she had gotten used to girls seeing her naked even if she did like them. Yua sat there watching the fight, or rather beating and the running while trying to explain things. Yua heard the bell that signaled that the first round of the exams had ended she wanted to check her score but decided against moving right now, she wanted to stay near Oasis, the girl was so sweet and warm, Yua just liked being around her. Yua smirked as she watched her, she was saddened by the thought of the exams ending and them having to separate. But if Yua passed and became a Chunin she could go to other villages on missions and see Oasis' home. Yua like the idea of Oasis showing her around her home village, it would be fun, Yua smirked and turned towards Oasis. "We should go check our scores once things are settled here. maybe we can hang out if there is time in between exams?" Yua asked smiling and waiting for Oasis' answer to the half question half statement.

Erkamina heard a large bell and she cocked her head and heard the sound of hammering. She followed the sound and saw a large sheet of paper, having a list of names. "Huh, names?" She said simply as she tried to read the list, only to see that any who had teammates within the maze that they hadn't gone to help their friend had failed. "What the f-ing hell?" Erkamina cursed out loud as she saw that she had failed the first test. "All that effort, all those traps, all those pathways..." She shook her head and punched the air hard, a whiff sound coming from the motion. "All for nothing..." She sunk to the ground and buried her head in her hands. "How could I have not known." She muttered as she sobbed into her hands and growled darkly, shaking her head. "It makes no sense. Why the hell didn't they tell us that before."

… Soon I will show the world the worth of that name.’

((I suppose so. It just grinds my gears some what, that's all. At least I have next go round to try again. Besides, it was my first Chuunin exam here so I had to give it a scholar's chance, or however you put it. Thanks for the chance, yea?))

Hatsuma saw the oncoming attack as a response to her own. In an unnaturally graceful manner she dodged. Her motion was almost dance like as she ducked and weaved underneath the snap of the towel. after the male turned away she righted herself and listened to his proposition of paying of his debt with food which he would pay for. The bell had rung which signified the end of the maze trial and this meant that the results for the ordeal would be posted likely. She had high doubts on her success since it took her quite the time to traverse the maze successfully. "You have your mark and if you pay for all food to these women, I believe we can call the score settled..." She explained bluntly having disregarded an earlier comment about her enjoying herself, merely because it was true for the most part.
