Koko gritted her teeth & began edging her way round the side of the ship, trying to find an entrance of some sort. She was in serious danger of being blown off the side of this thing. After a little while, she found what looked like the panel of a vent; closed probably for the duration of the sandstorm, Koko had a feeling this could be her way in. She shook her head slightly & lowered herself into a kneeling position, to make herself more stable so that she wasn't thrown off the vehicle.

John hurried to the church, using his thermal goggles to guide him to it. He saw a mass of thermal signals kicking in a door. He holstered his FAMAS and unslung his M-200. He aimed at the raiders, easily indentifable. John loosed off two shots, downing two raiders, before the M-200 jammed due to the sand. He slung the rifle again and pulled his USP. 45 from it's holster and pulled his goggles down as he ran towards the Church entrance.

Koko could tell that the sandstorm was beginning to abate; she lifted her head slightly & readjusted her goggles, a small grin appearing on her face. She then looked down again, looking rather sad. She remembered all the sandstorms her partner & her had been caught in, how they'd protected each other from the sand or whatever other hazards might be present. Now she was alone....

When the raiders kicked the churches doors in Neo jumped to his feet and pulled a knife out from the inside of his jacket while turning to face where the raiders were. He heard a crack and knew that someone had stood on his cane. He turned his head slightly to where the other people that had taken refuge in the church were, "How many raiders are there and how are they armed?!"

As the sandstorm was subsiding, most of the raiders retreated back into the desert, carrying what they'd looted.

The Aiolos was now exposed, floating above the city.

Zed looked out of the window at the city below.

"s**t!"

Zed flicked a couple of switches, one of which increased the pumping speed of the fueling system, which was limited due to it being too loud and creating too much of a heat signature. The other switch opened up Several vents on the outside of the Aiolos, allowing for internal systems to cool more quickly.

The city's radar system was back online and quickly detected The Aiolos, however, the city defence force awaited orders from higher command on whether to shoot at it or not.

The vent next to Koko suddenly opened & she jumped slightly, spinning round & putting one hand on her combat knife instinctively. Seeing the opening into the craft, the mercenary hoisted herself into the vent - having put her knife in her mouth & tied her trenchcoat to her leg so that she was small enough to fit inside - & began crawling her way along it. She wasn't sure where it went, but it was her only way in without detection - she hoped. After a while of crawling, she found a grate looking into a corridor. She stayed still for a moment, listening for any signs of movement below her; when she heard nothing she moved forward & shifted her knife into one hand. The blade was made of a reinforced metal alloy, being able to cut through most other materials. She made a quick slash at the edge of the grate, where a loop of metal held it in place & was pleased to see it break apart. The grate banged open & she crawled over the new hole before sliding backwards & dropping neatly onto the floor below.
"Right then.... let's see who's home...."
Kneeling down, she expertly bundled her trench coat into a small bag, which she tied to her left leg, before sheathing her combat knife & taking out one of her handguns - the one with the blade - & creeping her way through the ship's corridor.

John coughed, looking inside the dark Church. He spoke loudly so that whoever was inside the Church could hear him.
"The raiders have gone now. It's safe to come out."
He waited for a response.
