Crow nodded, smiling slightly.

"Yup."



For you, anyway. I'd probably be flailing around looking for the fire extinguisher for the freakin' cold fire of doom.

Julian gave a rueful nod as Rabid spoke, remembering Liam's attitude from the other day.

"I don't doubt it."

Letting her go with a bit of disappointment, he wandered over to where Crow was sitting and watched Rabid go.

"We'll be right here." he said, leaning against the wall and watching Rabid leave.

Rabid soon returned, carrying a horribly long metal thing over her shoulder that appeared to be half of a tube.

Liam struggled to hold the end of the thing up, his shoulders still smarting from the presents earlier. He squatted and placed it down when Rabid did, though.

"My friend! May I present you with...WARMTH!" Rabid yelled as she pressed a button on the tube. An arc-shaped hologram appeared from it and rose above it; a flickering picture of a sunny green field.

"It's a portal," she said, feeling quite proud, "It leads to a small, secluded section of Mei-Vaar. You won't run into anyone. It's a protable portal, so it's not very strong, but good old Liam can bring you back if you get stuck."

"Says you..."

Rabid peered around the room, looking for Julian and Crow immediately.

Xiao Ling was staring at the decorations after entering the room, but decided to move away from the door. "Lovely place," she thought.

Kunjiro was staring at the room when he entered, and soon was interested in the snowman located in the middle. "Is this a party?" he asked, before walking towards the snowman.

"I don't know," Xiao Ling replied, still looking at the decorations. "I'll ask other people about it," she continued. Saying this, she walked towards Karma and asked, "Is this a holiday party?"

Karma turned around and nodded to Xiao, repeating what Rabid had just explained. "I do believe it is." Her eyes wandered over to the food placed neatly on the table, then to the portal that Rabid pointed out. "A portal? Where does it lead?"

Karma looked at the portal cautiously. She made her way over to the table with both Liam, and the food. Picking up a candy cane, she unwrapped it, and stuck it in her mouth. I don't think I'll be going through that portal anytime soon. I like parties anyway.

"No, Shammi."

"Julolo!"

"No. No jello." Erishi made her way in, Shammi strapped onto her chest in a harness and holding a Jello mold away from the girl.

"Julolo!"

"No. No jello. Jello is for other people to have." Of course, anything Erishi made had a fifty fifty chance to be poisonous. Maybe that was why she didn't want Shammi to have any.

"Here, have a baby." Erishi unsnapped the lizard baby and plopped her on the ground. Shammi looked upset at the loss of the jello.

"Lolo." She sniffled, looking at Ike. "Hai, Ikeee. No lolo." She looked up at Clemmie with widened eyes. "Yady."

"You are very belty, Flurfy Liam." The tri-colored haired girl said seriously. "I approve."

"Ooony." Shammi agreed, eyes on the jello. She'd agree to anything, as long as there was jello involved. She took a handfull of Jello from the pan Ike offered, sticking her whole fist in her mouth. After sucking all the jello off, she smiled a very red smile at Clemmi. "Hai, Immie. Ammy!"

"Belty pants." Erishi seemed to be off in her own little world for a moment before snapping back to reality. She beamed at Liam and held up a well bandaged foot. "Walking around in the snow makes your feets turn black and hurty."
