Zoe nodded at the first question, almost as if she didn't want to admit to being of royal blood. She chuckled quietly and shook her head from side to side. "The only one I know personally is Ragnhall. The others, to include you I just met moments ago. But it seems Ongaku also knows my old friend?" she asked glancing back to Ragnhall and then to Ongaku.

Raghnall smiled at Zoe as she glanced at him.

"Yes, my child. I have met Ongaku before on my travels. Now please, tell me of what has happened to you."

Zoe sighed and glanced around the burned ruins of what was once her home.
"Huh, small world.." she half smiled and returned to the elders question. "I was away from the village for a few days, on one of the village elders quests to strengthen my powers. I couldn't tell you who has done this." This was a lie, she hadn't known who had done this, but she wasn't on a quest, she hoped that she had told it well enough for him to believe. Truth be told she and her father had an argument. She didn't agree with the way he ruled, no one but his own daughter would stand up to him without being severely punished. Her father had many enemies, especially among the fae folk. She was told to leave until she was called back home. It was two days later when she got the news of a war breaking out near her village, it was then that she rushed home to help. "This is what I came home to..plus a humanoid creature who I followed and is now dead. A straggler from what came through here and did this is my best guess. I only wish I knew who ordered this, they wouldn't be living long." Her eyes flashed angrily for a moment before her anger was quickly veiled behind a mask. She glanced down at her shoulder as it was being tended. "Thank you, for tending to my shoulder Ferral. It is much appreciated."

Ferral nodded taking in all the information. She continued to scratch at her arm furiously and slowly she could feel a foreign energy in her body drawing her magic out. "s**t." She mumbled as her glamour fell leaving her standing amongst the group exposed in her true form.

She shifted uncomfortably, "Well because I don't blend into crowds well I liked to keep a glamour up, not to mension people have been tracking me for the gods only know what reason. Something is messing with my magic and said glamour dropped. This is my true appearance.

Ferral shrugged, "I'm not exactly sure what I am really. My parents called me a knew bread. My father was half pixie half sprite and my mother was half elf half irish fae. Somehow I turned out like this." She said motioning to herself.

Ferral placed her hand towards the racoon, "I guess it's alright." Part of her was worried what the animal would find in her but she was also curious herself. There had never been anyone to teach her about herself, she learned magic from both her parents because she seemed to be able to control both the pixie and sprite flying magic and small charms as well as the elven healing and the irish fae magic of the land. It would be nice if she could find something similar. Her parents had all been surprised at her height considering her father was so short but she was now reaching past her mothers tall elven height.

"A blood bind? Like in the stories parents tell their little ones about before sleep?" Ferral said towards the others. She wasn't surprised by the rest of the information that she had receive. She had known that never had there been another of her kind as well as someone wielding the same magic as her or that she was being tracked. The questions that intrigued her were why was she being tracked and were blood binds real or a story for the young.
