Teddie pouted. "That's bear-y rude! You know you're stuck with me until al this is over right? And I'm your support!"

Kai looked at Teddie. "Support?"

He nodded. "My persona knows lots of status spells, and he can even fight a little too!" He pointed to his nose. "And my nose can sniff out any victims in here. And I can sense other things too!"

Teddie huffed. "I'm far from un-bear-able."

Kai laughed. "Dude, he's so weird!"

Ringo sighed and started pulling out a bow and a quiver of arrows and started putting it together.

Teddie giggled. "Now, I'm supposed to show you the ropes! I'm supposed to take you to fight the girl who was in here. Her shadow that is, you can get used to your persona." He hopped up and down, excited.

Ringo stood up. "Finally. Will my purse and stuff be ok here?"

Teddie nodded. "Leave anything you don't want to carry with you." He walked over to a path leading away from the studio, it looked like a dirt road. "Normally I'd watch over you from outside the area with my persona, but I'm going in with you this time, after you!"

Ringo walked down the path.

Kai took off his jacket, set it down and skated after her. "Looks like it's time to fight!"

They came up what looked like the roof of their school, surrounded by a sea of dirt. Teddie walked up to the door that led to the steps down into the school. "The person who's thrown in here makes a space, the space reflects their soul and the nature of the shadow that will kill them when the rain ends in your world. Usually these spaces have multiple floors, but this one only has this one. Let's attract some normal shadows first, before you take on the girl's." Teddie let out a piercing scream and two blobs that had odd masks on them appeared out of nowhere. The blobs morphed into what looked like giant balls with a mouth and a large tongue. "These are minor shadows. Fight!"

Kai chuckled. "I'm going to use my persona! I even named it!" He summoned his card and crushed it. Norn!" Norn appeared and it's hands started spinning. The hands landed on seven and an aura appeared around Teddie, Devon, Ringo, and Kai. "Um...ok. Odd."

A shadow charged up and tried to bite Devon but the aura bounced it off. Devon's aura vanished.

Kai smiled. "Oh yeah! Seven protects us from physical attacks! Looks like it's only one use though."

Ringo hefted her bow. "Looks like your persona is kinda random there Kai."

Kai smiled. "Again!" He summoned Norn and it's hands landed on nine. An aura of darkness hit one of the shadows, harming it.

Teddie smiled. "Looks like you're a Mudo type Kai."

The shadow took the hit and vanished. Another came in to take it's place and tried to bite Devon again.

Teddie nodded. "There are different elements that a person can use. Those I call types. Looks like Kai's persona is from the Wheel of fortune Arcana too, that's why he's so random."

Ringo shot one shadow and Kai finished it off with a kick from his skates, which sprouted blades somehow. "That just means that every summoning is more fun!"

Kai smiled "I'm gonna try to finish them all off! Comon Norn, let's get a good number!" Norn landed on seven again. "That's not an attack spell Norn!" The aura surrounded everybody again.

The shadow tried to bite Devon, but bounced off again and fell to the ground.
