Diablo was still a bit shaky from what had happened to him, his mind still quite fogged as he tried to regain his control overi t. It was slowly clearing but not fast enough. His vision dimmed momentarily and then went back to being crystal clear, his mind suddenly cleared up and back to its original state as he blinked a few times, his mind had finally beat back the memories that were threatening to take it over.

Diablo scoffed at the thought of Barron Von D. He then said motioning to Curio, "The only reason why my path crossed with Von D, was because of Curio. I was following him and found out that little b*****d was, as well had it not been for those events, I would not have become the Sensei to Joseph. So good things I guess did come from it." He shook his head, he had to get back onto the subject at hand.

He then closed his eyes scanning his memory in order to get more information he then said musing to himself, "For being an overly feared and mis-labled Warlord, he was pathetic in combat. Once we met him, I was pretty dissappointed at the lack of skills her had. I wonder what he has in mind now for us if he sent you...." His voiced trailed off as something caught his mind.

His head turned towards the bar as he felt the familiar Aura again. He racked his mind to find who it was. He then gave up and finished off his sentence, "and those two goons. Would you care to call them off before I take care of them, because I reconise the one near Joseph, and that big lump fell to me once before.?" He shook his head, feeling slightly annoyed at all of this.

He then finally pinpointed who that familiar aura was. He then muttered inaudioably, "Aurora... How did you find me?" His head was turned, he was looking in the direction of the bar astounded that she had found him, as well as secretly relieved since he would finally be able to see her again.

((Bah, my post is not complete yet, I just can't think of anything else at the moment... Leave me alone.. It's five in the morning. x.x
Edit: Got a bit more done, but now I have no clue where to take this. e.e))

Sachi pursed her lips slightly, innerly twitching. "Still a girl," she sighed, getting up. Her eyes caught the large male's movement though as she tried to gesture to Rikku to be careful. But apparently, she noticed already.

The sorceress watched in astonishment, willing the other female to do at least something to defend herself. Glancing back at Rikku, she heaved a sigh and nodded to her. The girl the man was advancing towards seemed to have everything under control. "I'd probably just be a nuisance anyways," Sachi rolled her eyes, despite the current circumstances they were in.

She made a dash towards the door, though turned back around to see if Rikku was following. "Where are you..." she murmured under her breath, though she was looking around so frantically that she most likely just looked over her.

Yes... Joseph, she stopped. Do you remember a certain book that you told him never to read. A journal. One that belonged to his father. It held a terrible curse on it.

I never met his father, but I stumbled upon the charred village a short while after it fell. I felt a strange onimous power while passing by. That is how I found the village. When I located the source of it, it appeared to be coming from a book.

When I opened the book, I felt a strange prescense near me. Like an errie black cat was somewhere off in the distance. Watching me. Turned out, that this spirt was coming from the book. And it longed to be set free. It tried to subdue me, but I would not let it.

Then one day, I crossed paths with a boy, who said his name was Katsuya. I knew the book belonged to a relative of his, because the name on the cover was 'Katsuya'. So I gave him the book. But something compelled me from telling him about the spirit within it. So I said nothing.

I have no idea what came of the book, but deep down, I know that spirit is near by. I can just... feel it.

She stopped speaking. Looking out in the distance, she knew someone was in danger. I am sorry Diablo, but I believe that your pupil is in danger. I must leave you now, but I'll be back.

And dissappeared.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The man was wearing a thick clothe around his eyes. Only those who were blind wore something like this. Paying closer attention to his right cheek, a long scar could be seen across his face. But if he were blind, how could he block his every attack.

Joseph picked up a rock, and hurled it right at him. The man caught the rock, like he knew exactly where it was coming from. So it wasn't his aura. No. If it were, he would have sensed him sooner. He threw another one, and watched carefully. Before the rock made it to him, the had vanished, and appeared right in front of him.

"Note the ears, fool..."

Before he could move, a fist was coming straight at him. Joseph closed his eyes, and covered his face. After a moment, he had wondered why he hadn't been struck yet. Opening his eyes again, he saw the back of a green cloak, and gold locks of hair.

"Joseph, we meet again."

"It's you. What ar--"

"No time to explain. Diablo needs you! Go to him, now!"

Joseph nodded, and run off into the other direction, trying to find Diablos aura. Which he had located, and was now following it. Naru stayed behind. She had her sword draw, and the mans fist had hit the side of the blade. His knuckled bled slightly. He withdrow his hand.

"Naru... " he spoke in a gentle voice.

"Faenaro... " she spoke with an angered tone.

"It's so good to... Hear from you, again... Dear."

"Likewise."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rikku was about to turn and run, but she stopped when she saw the huge guy lifted off the ground. The man knew Aurora was hacking his mind, so he spoke up.

"Okay okay! I'll talk." the man grunted.

Rikku thought, Why? What's going on here? The man dropped both of his weapons, just show security.

"I was sent here to deliver a message to the elven twins. A message from a man that we only know as 'the Baron'. He want's to invite them to a game. You can hack at my mind all you want, but that is truely all I know."

Upon a closer inspection of his mind, one would see that he was being truthful. All of his memories could be seen, including the one were he slaughtered thousands of innocent people, and helped in the downfall of the Darkfire Kingdom. He was Valandil, brother to a woman named Naru. The one in charge here was not he. Nor his brother. But the one named Curio Darkon. He had all the information about 'the game'.

Rikku just stood in awe, as a man triple her size just caved in, mentally speaking. It was a spectical to see. Was this strange woman really that good? Or was he simpley that weak?
PostPosted: Thu Jul 13, 2006 8:45 pm

*Aurora could see truth, but she looked at this man with hate when she saw what happened to all the innocent people. The image in the man's mind reminded her of her own family.*

Miss? Could you get our friend's weapons off the floor for me? My hands are kind of full at the moment.

*Aurora moved the man away from his weapon's, it may appeared that she did not want him to get his weapons. But in truth, she did not want the girl to be hit by her spell. Aurora moved closer to the man, but stayed out of his reach. She moved her hands as if writting on the man's skin if she would have been touching him.*

*Neal's eyes glowed a blood red as his Mistress casted her spell.*

*Once Aurora "covered" the man's: arms, legs, chest, and forehead with the writting. She snapped her fingers and drak blue marks appeared where she had written.*

Now, Valandil? Was it? If I let you down, will you be a good boy and stay seated until everything is said and done with? That means no hurting anyone, you would not want me angry enough to use those marks I gave you. Let's just say that it has been known to kill the wearer if used enough times.

((I think this may work. Sorry if it is crappy, I've been out of it all day.))

Diablo was half listening to Naru as he felt strange. His body felt as if it was shutting down. He kept his eyes alert enough as to not worry her. His hand, that gripped the hilt of his sowrd was loosening as the blade started to slide closer to the ground and then finally the tip of the blade dug into the ground, the tip burried within the dirt. His mind growing fuzzier, as his vision started to dim.

He then looked alert again as Naru dissappeared. He shook his head slightly as he turned towards the bar, he took a step that caused him to stagger slightly, then out of the corner of his eye he saw Curio's unconsious body, he knew he could not do much in this state, let alone lift the sword even with his good arm. Diablo's hand finally lost the rest of it's strenght and the sword fell to the ground, gouging out a divot of dirt as it went down.

The last remaining strength in the Elf's body was drained in an attempt to keep himself on his feet as he felt Joseph comming closer, but the multiple wounds were sapping it away. Finally his body could not hold out any longer as he finally fell to the ground. His body landed with a soft thud within the grass, his head tilted to the side with his eyes still opened, but looking out lifelessly.

The last though going through his mind was his sister Ainariel and the one he loved; Aurora, his mind then shut down on him as he lasped into a state of unconsiousness. The world around him dissappearing as he plundged into the darkness. The wounds on his body winning the battle to subdue him, the wooden spikes that had not been inside of him fully, were now pushed in a bit more, as the arm that had been broken laid under him in an akward angle.

Some would find it ironic, the so-called immortal Diablo laid there prone to the world.

(Blah, this probably really sucks, but I am tired! XD)

Sachi blinked, not sensing any footsteps behind her, which were supposed to have belonged to Rikku. "Huh?" Turning around, she saw in front of her Rikku's back, and further more, the large man in the air. "Oh my..." she gasped, then an excited smile appeared. At least someone stood a chance against this man, although she hadn't expected it to be the woman that it was.

In an instant after his confession, the teen's jaw dropped. That woman must've been pretty powerful to make this man immediately drop his weapons when a moment ago, he was so fierce. "'The Baron'? A game?" Her brow furrowed, in her mind picturing what the 'Baron' probably thought to be a game. Shuddering slightly, she fingered her metallic star, pricking her finger to make sure that this wasn't a dream. He simply told them what his reason for being here was. Maybe he was afraid of heights?

"No..it was definitely that woman's doing." Glancing at the woman, she arched her eyebrow in admiration.

The wind blew gently through the trees. The only sound around was the soft sound of tree leaves pushing around in the wind. Joseph quickly made his way to Diablo. He ran at the same pace a normal human would. He didn't want to go any faster, incase he overlooked his master. Or rather, old master. Now that he thought of it, he wasn't sure if Diablo was still his teacher or not.

He came to a slight clearing. He noted all the fallen trees. "This must be the battle field. He's gotta be around here somewhere." He kept moving, calling Diablos' name. He came to a stop when he heard the faint sound of one breathing.

Looking over to his right, he saw the almighty elf. Unconcious. On the ground. Bleeding to death.

Joseph ran over to him. He got onto his knees the second he reached him and flipped him over. The elf's eyes were still open. He quickly placed his head on Diablos' chest, to check his heart beat, and his breathing. Though his breating was light, his heart was still beating. Not all was lost. He placed his hand over his eyes, and closed them. Then placed his hand on the elf's forehead. He felt cold. Joseph closed his eyes, and worked his magic.

All the splinters in her body were forced out, and all the wounds began to close. All the external wounds were now healed. But Diablo had still lost a lot of blood. "Diablo... What have you gotten yourself into?"

"He never could beat me..." a familiar voice rang from the distance.

Curio had mad his way out from the trees. Injured to the point of death. But still alive. He was completely incapable of defending himself. Joseh stood up. Glaring at the evil elf, Curio made his way to a tree, pressed his back against it and slid down it. Now seated on the ground, he smirked and taunted, "You seem troubled lad."

"What did you do to Diablo?"

"Oh. That? Technically, he did it to himself."

In anger, Joseph pulled a dagger from his pouch and ran towards Curio. Curio just smiled.

"You haven't won this battle yet.."

Joseph slashed Curio in the neck. The elfs head fell to the ground, then disapated into a black cloud. The rest of his body followed the same action. It was the same that happened with his dark sides arua. Dark matter. Made as a decoy. The real Curio was probably long gone by now.

Joseph stabbed the dagger into the tree the clone Curio once sat against. He lowered his head slightly. He then lifted his head up again and shouted "You coward!!" He then shifted his body to the similar position that Curio was in. Letting out a sigh, he just sat. Quietly. He wispered to himself. Next time...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"It's been a while, hasn't it?"

"A few centuries. Not that long."

"Heh. Still have the same spunk I see."

"Seeing is something I would not accosiate with you, honey."

"You're still the same woman I fell in love with."

"And you're still the dirty rat who betrayed us all."

Naru lift her blade into the air, and swiped down at her husband. Faenaro quickly moved. He was now behind her.

"Did you forget our last spar? Seems the same thing happened back then", he stated, as he held a dagger to her lower back.

"Maybe so", she said as her body melted away into water. The puddle quickly drained away, and refigured as Naru behind him. "But atleast I've learned something new over the years."

Faenaro turned to her slowly, even though he could not see.

"Yes. You are still as vibrant as I remember you."

Naru smiled. "Why thank you", she held her sword in the same manner that he held his weapon against her. "But sweet talk won't save your life."

"Darn. And I had hoped you had forgiven me by now... " He smirked, knowing she would not like that comment.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Valindil just laughed. "Do what you wish with me. Just so long as those two get my message, and my superiors get away, I am not needed."

Rikku watched Aurora seal a spell on the large elf. Then she remembered what she was asked to do. She quickly ran over to where the mans weapons had lay, and dragged them towards the bar. She then looked back over just in time to hear his comment.

She was confused about what he had stated earlier. "So wait. What is this game you speak of? And who is this Baron person?"

He smiled. "You can ask your friend over here. I know nothing of either of these. All I know is the message I was told to deliver."

Rikku felt a bit of uneasiness. But she was interupted by a the sound of footsteps behind her. Looking into the north west corner of the bar, Raine would be seen sleepily walking into the open, rubbing her eyes.

She yawned, "How did I fall asleep...? Last thing I remember wa--" She cut herself off when she realised what was happening.

"Valindil?"

Rikku thought to herself. Wait a minute. She knows him? Does that mean she is on his side? And wait... Who exactly is she?

*Aurora frowned, she hated such talk. She started to dig in his mind once more, she was looking for his so called superiors' names. When she saw that the weapons had been moved, she took great care in sitting the man down gently. It was easy to see in her eyes that she was no fighter. Aurora knew it was a mistake, but she took the risk. She walked over to the man and stood in front of him, within arm's reach.*

Please, friend, I want no harm coming to anyone here. But I will kill anyone if I need too.

*Aurora then heard the man's name come from a female in the bar somewhere. Aurora did not dare loose eye contact with the man as she rested her hand on the helt of her jeweled blade dagger that was tied to her thigh.*

Lets try doing this the easy way, Valindil, I am tired of using these mear children's spells against you. Who are these twins? Who are your superiors? Valindil, with a few simple words, I can kill everyone in this bar and in the area until I find the man I am looking for. You would not wish that, would you Valindil? For if I am right while I was looking in your mind, I believe you have a family member somewhere close, you do not wish for that person's death, do you?

Diablo kept sinking into the darkness of his mind. His eyes while they stayed open, he saw nothing of the real world. He had been sucked back within his mind once he had lost consiousness. He finally stopped sinking as he saw an image of his past.

The he stood, outside of the scence watching Elflings getting slaughtered by an army of mercenaries lead by Curio. Diablo never saw the other two commanding the army as they were elsewhere in the kingdom. He then finally caught a glance of a young Elf boy flanked by soldiers with two dragging him by his arms as the boy screamed for his parents. The distraught boy flailed helplessly. The soldiers around him talked amongst eachother about the murder of the King and Queen and the payment they shall receive for doing their deeds.

But out of the forest a pair of arrows flew out taking out the two soldiers that held the young boy's arms. The soldiers looked around franticly trying to spot the assailiant of two of their comrads. The boy attempted an escape but was caught with a swift blow to the gut from the hilt of a sword and he collasped to the ground coughing and sputtering untill a swift kick in the ribs silienced him.

A female figure dropped out of the trees and landed with a small thud on the ground, her eyes blazing within the light of the numerous fires around them. Her hands holding a cocked bow, her finger tips let go of the bow string and the arrow came flying from the bow and imbedded itself into the throat of another soldier. The Soldiers stood their ground against the female using their sheilds to keep the arrows from scoring on them. The female Elfling's voice sang out finally, "Gurth gothrimlye!*" and a handfull of Elvish survivors sprang out and engaged the soldiers. As the battle raged on the female Elfling had managed to get the young boy and flee to safety.

She had carried him into the forest as he came to, the boy looked at her and said, "Ainariel, Oio naa elealla alasse'**" She simly shushed the boy.

At this sight Diablo's eyes widened, he was relieving the past, in his mind. He had to get out of this hell to reawaken, he has to get from this prison in his mind as reliving his past is not safe. But his eyes were stuck on the sight.

There was a sound of commotion behind the girl as a cry sounded and she pushed young Diablo into the bush and motioned for him to stay there, she turned arouned and loaded three arrows into her bow and turned it sideways and fired at the on rushing men, but little did she know that as she did so, three archers were moving to flank her left side, as she fired off another volley of three arrows, their own archers fired their own, tow of them missed her but the one that did connect went through the hand she used to pull back the bow string, and nowshe was defenceless as he drew out a dagger after dropping her bow to the ground.

She held the dagger in her hand, the soldiers made another charge, and she moved away from the bush but to be cut short by a sword being driven through her midsection from behind. Her eyes going wide as he turned, after the sword was pulled out, to see the eyes of her assailant. She then after falling to her knees looked up at the male, blood streamed from her mouth slowly as she muttered, "Curio... You betrayed us..."

Curio had simply smirked at her and repositioned the blade and drove it through her chest.

This is where Joseph had finished healing Diablo, and Diablo's body moved and sat up after Curio had made his escape from the Joseph by using the decoy. Diablo's voice came out quiet and ragged "Ainariel!" He looked around unsure where he was as his vision unclouded and he saw the forest again, and he staggered to his feet slowly and stood there shakily. His mind finally catching on to Joseph being near by. He then coughed a few times as some of the blood that had clogged some of his throat came out and ran down his chin. He then said, his voice slowly returning to normal, but from the blood loss he had a stronge sense of euphora going and he could barely keep his balance, he then fell to one knee, "Joseph. come here." He then sent a mental message to Curio, 'Amin khiluva lle a' gurtha ar' thar***.'

*Translated in the Elvish tounge to "Death to your Foes"
** Translated in the Elvish toungue to "Ever is thy sight a joy"
*** Translated in the Elvish toungue to "I will follow you to death and beyond"
(Woot! Thank you Aurora for the website, I can finally use Elvish again in my posts. =D)

Sachi rubbed her temple, groaning softly to herself. All this was getting way too complicated for her, with all the pasts and information to retain. Once again, her cluelessness led to helplessness, which led to more curiosity. What a chain. Perking up, the teen sorceress also heard footsteps, which coming from the area it was, could only be one of two people.

Spinning around, her olive orbs widened. "Raine! You're alright! She would've said more, but hearing a name come from her mouth, Sachi closed her mouth and just looked on in more amazement. 'Valindil? Who the hell was he?'

Joseph was silent for a moment. He felt as though he had failed everything he was trained to do. Curio was right there the whole time and he let him get away. How could he just let him get away?

The sound of a body shuffling around and a familiar voice raised his spirits slightly. He looked up to find his master standing up. Well. Stumbling to his knees. He watched in awe as the elf pulled himself from the clutches of death, and now stood before him (completely forgetting that he healed Diablo).

Diablo called him over. Joseph got up onto his feet. Pulling the dagger from the stump of the tree, he slipped it back into the pouch he pulled it out of. It was the same dagger that Diablo had given him 2 years earlier.

He made his way over to the elf quickly. Almost instantly. He knew Diablo was in a near death state. He didn't want to waste time getting to him. When he arrived next to the elf, he lifted up his left arm and wrapped it around his neck. He then stood up. He was now fully supporting Diablo. "You alright, old man?"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'ting'

From far away, nothing could be seen. Nothing could be heard.

'ting'

But upon closer inspection with the right knowledge, one would see there is more to it then meets the eye.

'ting'

A quick flash. That's all that was there to identify the fighters. On the ground. Then in the bushes (as some of them fell to the ground, hacked up from a sword). Then half way up a tree trunk. Then somehow, atop in the trees. Suddenly, someone fell. From a far, a body could be seen falling.

'Thud!' A puff of dust flew up in the air from the body making contact on the ground. Another body followed. Naru landed on one knee, and looked into the dust pile that lay infront of her. When most of the dust settled, Faenaro could finally be seen. Naru stood up, while he remain on one knee.

"You're faster then I remember"

"Or maybe you're just losing your touch."

A trickle of blood ran down his left cheek. She had just knicked his face. It was his dodge that caused him to fall, not her strike. It was his own sloppy footing. But he still managed to land on his feet. He stood up slowly. Slipping his right hand slowly into his giant sleeve. What was he hiding in there. Naru knew with the 'shing' sound a little tug on his arm made. Before she could move, a dagger had lauched towards her.

She didn't have time to move. She winced her teeth. The colour in her eyes seemed to change, though her opponent would never know the difference. They went from a hazel brown to a very errie baby blue. The dagger hit her dead center in the chest, right where her heart would be. But it didn't stop. The area in which it struck, turned to a liquid on contact. The blade passed right through her, as if it shot through water. She was literally unharmed by it. But this action caused her great pain.

When all was said and done, she grabbed a ruffle in her shirt and pressed her hand against her chest. As if she was having a heart attack. The pain seemed rather mild on the outside, but inside it felt like her insides were all fighting eachother. Like a war had commenced inside. It would take her just a moment to fix it. But would she have that long?

Water? Can she shift her body matter to water?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As Aurora spoke, Valindil noticed that Raine had made her way into the situation. He smiled in the back of his head, knowing that he could finish his task. He followed the girls words carefully. And when she mentioned the death of a family member, his heart sunk. But it was not Faenaro that his heart worried for. It was a female. Naru Helyanwe. His sister by blood.

Though he aided in destorying the Darkfire kingdom along side with Curio and Faenaro, he held this deep pain inside for fear that his sister may have been killed. He had always shared a great bond with his sister. And had he been given the choice, he would not taken part in the fall of the kingdom. But alas. That choice was not given to him.

After so many years, he had believed his sister to be dead. But now he knew she was alive. He could feel her close by. It was the bond he shared with her that allowed him to know this.

"Valindil! What are you doing here?"

He snapped back to reality. He didn't dare take his eyes off of Aurora, as she just announced she may or may not go on a killing rampage. He replied while still watching the woman infront of him. "I was sent here to tell you something. "

"Not this 'Baron game' crap again? "

"It's true! He is alive. An--"

"You expect me to believe that a human who lived and fought nearly 300 years ago is still alive?"

"Yes. He was granted immortality. He cheats his death as the effects of time don't apply to hi--"

"Excuse me!'

Rikkus' patience had grown thin (as it always did). "Sorry to interupt your little reunion, but who the hell are you people? And what are you doing here?"

Raine looked at her for a moment. "You must be Rikku. Curios' top human student. Yes. I've heard much about you. Ah. And Sachi. It is so good to see you again."

She glanced over to the other end of the room. Seeing Raeka there, she knew they had met. "I can see you've already met my brother, Raeka. I am Raine. And that gentleman over there is Valindil. He is the lesser of the elven Hunters trio. Though he is brute and powerful, he's actually the most gentle of the three. He wouldn't harm a fly if he didn't have to."

"If he's really that gentle, then why did he attack us?"

"Because I was ordered to."

"Still a follower, huh?"

"Listen Raine. The Baron is real. As real as you and me. And he is very powerful too. Not even Faenaro and Curio combined could defeat him. He has incredible mind controlling techniques. And he ordered me here to tell you and your brother that he want's to play his 'game'. "

"Yes. The legend of Dueling. We've heard it before. "

"Yes. Dueling. A fight to the death as it was called 300 years ago. And he's challenged both of you to fight him..."

*Aurora never looked away from Valindil as her anger grew, her blonde hair was replaced with pale blue hair. Her clothes also seem to change to a dress woren by the Goddess of The Moon of her people. Her power was growing so strong that even a child would be able to feel it. She had not been kidding when she told Valindil that the spells she had used were meer children's spells. Slowly Aurora took her dagger from it's resting place on her thigh, the blade was nothing but a green gem, it was not a fighting dagger at all. With the looks and magic that Aurora held, her dagger was not something to be brushed away so lightly, the blade started glowing, a sign of strong magic was put into this dagger. Aurora's never ending patience, just ended.*

A Baron? A 'game'? A duel to the death? A human who was granted the gift of immortality? As fascinating as all this sounds, my patience has ended. Valindil, I will let you down from there, but you must bring the rest of this trio to me. If not, you can say goodbye to your older sister.

*Aurora hated how she was acting at the moment, but she wanted to get to the bottom of this and get on with her travels to find the one she was looking for. With a flick of the hand, Valindil was placed down on the floor, mostly he was just dropped.*

The only thing I can say to you Valindle is, HURRY!

Diablo kept watching Joseph as he the shook his head. The kid still had a lot to learn, but since he had left his care, to take up the tutilage of anotherm it was no longer his job. He closed his eyes momentarily as he attempted to ignore the battle of the two lovers, and the noise it was making in the forest, so his head could clear.

He then felt Joseph take his arm and support him, he then half-glared at him, he then said, "So, your time away from me has turned you arogant, I see." He shook his head slightly, his eyes closes momentarily as a small spasm of pain went up his arm. The wounds were healed, but the bone within was still shattered. But Diablo could feel the blood he had lost slowly with each beat of his heart start to return to his body, thus was part of the magic of his family, their bodies healed at faster rate then normal Elves, but it still did take time for their bodies to mend, thus making it no match for healing magic.

He then looked up and directly at the bar, the power growth catching his attention as he then felt himself grow stronger from an adrenalin rush that it gave him. It was Aurora, and she was pissed, he would have to get there before she did something she would regret, for he knew she was no killer, she was much too kind for that. He then looked at Joseph and said, "Thank you for comming for me, do me a favor and go and summon Naru to the bar for me, she will need to be in attendance for this, and to help explain what is going on."

He then pulled away from Joseph as he now felt as if he had to get to the bar, and fast to calm her down. He had promissed to meet her again one day, he was surprised today would be the day. He started to walk as fast as he could towards the bar, thankfull that it was close by. He finally made it to the clearing where the bar stood and looked at were the door once stood, he shook his head slightly and muttered, "All of Rikku's hard work for nothing."

He started to walk again, his left hand moving to the door frame once he got close enough to support himself as he stepped over the door, as he still did not have the balance he once had as he was still recovering from the mental assaults he had been under. He then made his way inside and over the door without much problems, he then leaned back against the wall near the door frame and looked over at the now blue-haired goddess, his voice comming out calmly, "Aurora, Cormamin lindua ele lle*"

His eyes then turned to see Valindil and his eyes widened, he was one of his closest friends growing up, one of whom he thought dead. He then said, his voice full of shock at seeing his childhood friend once again "Valindil? You live still? But... How? It was said, you were killed in the downfall of our kingdom." Diablo stood there, as he had heard that there were three traitors to the kingdom, and heard rumors of two, but never the third. He had always thought Valindil fell defending his family, as he was the one who was trained to fight even before Diablo had been, because of his size.

Sachi nodded to the sister of her master respectfully, though fully confused on what exactly was happening. She was surprised that Raine had healed that quickly, but there was no doubt she was powerful so that must've been how. Glancing at Rikku beside her, the half-sorceress nearly smiled.

Rikku was a bit like her, although a lot more impatient. Thankfully, she asked the questions which Sachi had wanted to ask, although they were definitely phrased in a different way. "Wouldn't harm a fly? Of course not." Her voice held much sarcasm, though she smiled a little. That probably explained why he gave up so easily.

Up until that moment, it had been hard to follow along with everyone's intertwined pasts and whatnot. She'd never heard of Faenaro, and obviously not the Baron. But what Sachi did know was that the 'legend of Dueling' game did not exactly sound like a 'pin the tail on the donkey' type of game. And there was no way that Raine and Raeka would go. In a way, the violet-haired female was thinking of it rather selfishly. If Raine and Raeka disappeared, who could she turn to? Then again, there was another way to think about it. Those two meant a lot to her and surely plenty of other people, and she cared enough for them to want them not to die. If there was a way, Sachi would go in their place in a heartbeat, though she would probably be killed just as fast.

"Raine, you couldn't possibly think of going! That 'game' is no 'pin the tail on the donkey' game," Sachi exclaimed, voicing her thoughts. Her quiet disposition had been hastily set aside, in desperation to make them stay.
