Well, if they're including appearance quirks in the 5th Gen, (which hopefully they are) they should allow you to change your trainer's appearance. It's something that they should look into. Trainer customisation was the best part of Battle Revolution. On a related note, I hope the next Shadow Pokemon game gives you the option to play as a FEMALE character. Gamefreak and Genius Sonority could learn from each other.
