Soi smiled as she spoke, he thought it was funny how she stuttered but only at times like this; at least she hadn't hit him and vanished like she did when she had been sad. "Alright, well not that I'm dressed i guess i will have one of those" He said still a little weary about them. He then glanced and saw her messing with the bandages on her fingers. "Echo, what happened?" He asked as he was about to grab a cookie but stopped and grabbed her bandaged hand to look at it.

Echo blinked in a clueless manor when he grabbed her hand. It hadn't occurred to her that he'd even care.''Ah, Well. . .i missed the cutting sheet a couple times and cut my fingers.'' she replied with a silly look on her face and averted her gaze. ''It was dark, So i couldn't quite see well.''she stated with an embarrassed look. That was a total obvious lie, All the lights in the kitchen were on. She just couldn't admit how much she sucked at cutting small foods.

Soi sighed and continued to look at Echo's hand. "Please be more careful next time alright; Your suppose to cut other people, not yourself" He said looking at Echo's hand a bit more before letting go. He then let out another small sigh before grabbing one of the cookies in front of him and taking a bite out of it. "Alright?" He asked waiting for confirmation for his comment towards Echo. He said still still eating the cookie that he had taken the bite from.

Echo retreated her hand to her lap and glanced away.''Yeah, I'm sorry.'' she said apologetically and returned her gaze to him. She saw he was eating one of the cookies and lightly smiled.''Is it satisfactory?'' Echo asked with a curious look and tilted her head slightly. Even she didn't know how they would turn out, but if he didn't spit it out yet. She assumed it was alright.

"Its a bit sweet even for a cookie, but other then that its great" He said with a smile before taking another bite off of the cookie that he had in his hand; which was the final bite. Soi then grabbed another one and offered it to Echo; using his other hand to grab one for himself and then cook a bite from it. "But they are normal colored, are you sure that you made them?" He said teasingly.

Echo perked up when she heard him say they were a bit sweet. It was something new she thought she could try, After all she had never made cookies before.''Yeah, i ran out of food dye, guess I should get more soon.'' she said with less enthusiasm then normal. Echo gently took the cookie from his hand and gazed at it like it was a huge obstacle course. She didn't like eating things that weren't colorful. Echo attempted to stick it in her mouth but right before she did, she face planted the table.''NUUU!'' Echo yelped and started her normal whining. It's just not the same without rainbows!

Soi watched Echo as she planted the cookie on the table. "Well its late" He said looking at the clock. "You can try to eat some more tomorrow, okay?" He asked with a smile' they needed to get to sleep if they wanted to get missions tomorrow or even just get some training down. "If we don't get to sleep soon we wont be at the top of our game tomorrow" He said yawning slightly.

Echo almost instantly stood up after he mentioned sleep. ''Oh yeah! I totally agree, eh!'' She was being unusually co-operative, Not to mention Echo wasn't that find of sleeping so willingly. ''So, uh goodnight.'' she took off down the hall as fast as she could. Before slamming her door she yelled. ''Tomorrow we might have to ask Elanore about a Soul Resonance!''When the door was shut she heavily sighed and sank to the floor. Oddly enough, she wasn't avoiding Soi at all, but you'd never know with her. Speaking of. . Echo face-palmed again. S-shower. . .She totally forgot.Plus she was working around the house, So it was necessary.

"Alright" He said nodding slightly, it was odd how agreeable Echo was being; it made him a bit worried about the cookies he had ate, mainly due to the fact that Echo had not eaten one of them. He then walked to his room; leaving the cookies on the table; as he reached his room Echo got back into his bed and almost instantly fell asleep.

All was calm and peaceful throughout the night. Until seven o clock in the morning rolled around. Echo slowly crept in Soi's room with a peculiar looking needle in her hand. When she got close enough she literally pounced on him, raising the needle in one hand and scanning his face and his chest. ''Soi, don't move i think you might have Rainbowcookieaphiliocptagitis!'' she squeaked. After a few quick seconds she noticed he was unscathed. Echo let out a sigh of relief and jumped off him.''Hmm it seems normal, bland foods don't carry diseases. . '' she muttered under her breath. Echo jumped when she heard a huge screeching noise and a bunch of crashing and banging going on in the kitchen.''OH DEAR GOD IT'S ALIVE!'' she shouted and bolted out of the room with her arm transformed into a portion of the Zanbato.

Ase saw Soi was woken up by Echo his eyes went wide. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" He yelled as he saw the needle in Echo's hand. He then quickly got up off the bed and ran out into the kitchen as Echo yelled; only to have Echo almost crash into him as she ran out of the kitchen; nearly cleaving him in half with her transformed arm. "Whats wrong?!" He asked looking at Echo as she ran past him.

Echo grabbed Soi's arm and pulled him back into the room and slammed his door with her back against it.''It's got a knife. . .''she stated with a surprised look. Echo turned to Soi with a nervous smile and cleared her throat. ''Well. . .i couldn't sleep. . so i decided to invent a new color. . and it morphed into this huge ugly blob thing- AND NOW IT'S COME TO KILL IT'S MASTER!'' she yelped with her back still against the door.''Oh! and good morning, Soi.'' she said with a cheerful smile. Echo. . .wasn't helping. It was clear she needed to be supervised at all times of the night, but if anybody told her that they'd get cleaved in the face.

Soi let out a long sigh as he watched Echo put her back to the door. "You even make trouble at night" He said with a sigh then grabbing Echo by the shoulder and moving her to the side so he could open the door. Which he then opened and walked out the door. After that Soi headed towards the Kitchen to see what Echo was freaking out over. "...So where is this thing?" He asked with a sigh as he looked around the kitchen; there where a few pots in the kitchen which had multicolor burnt on Goo at the bottom. "Great....." He said knowing he was most likely going to have to clean those later.

Echo glanced around while hiding behind Soi, The blob thing. . .was gone? No. . .it had to be somewhere. Then she glanced up and saw the huge goo monster. It seemed to be completely compressed against the ceiling.''There it is!'' she cried and pointed at it. The thing itself was a dark purple and green color, it would be about the size of a small dog when it wasn't compressed. The giant goo monster spat out a few knives it had digested out at Soi and Echo then disappeared in the vent. That wasn't going to be the last of it's appearances.

Soi ducked as the knives shot over Soi's head. "Echo, thats it, you NEVER get to be in the kitchen alone again" He said glaring at her. He then looked back at the blob just to see it vanish into the vent. ".....well that was slightly creepy.... lets go" Soi said looking over his shoulder at Echo. "I'm going to go get dressed and then lets head out to the school" He said standing up and walking back to his room.
