 Soi Nécessita Engarde
Soi watched as Elanore came out from the closet, she had not freaked out about the light this time; which threw him off a bit, and then he was even more thrown off as she went into a fighting stance for a few moments before returning to normal.... "oooookay" He said to himself quietly before looking back at Echo. "She dragged me here" He said looking back at Elanore, pointing at thumb back at Echo who was still clinging to his back.

Echo
Echo perked up when she saw Elanore. ''Oh, hi Miss!'' she greeted Elanore with a bright smile and waved, Oddly enough Echo was still clinging like a monkey to Soi's back. ''I was thinking you could teach us a few things about a Soul resonance, eh?'' she asked with a curious look and tilted her head slightly ''Think of it as a private tutor maybe?'' Echo was trying really hard to sound convincing. It just turned out to be weird. She just couldn't be taken seriously with her rainbow attire.

 Soi Nécessita Engarde
"Wait.... Soul what?" Soi asked confused looking over his shoulder at Echo; the last time he had heard that he just said okay in order to get Echo to get him go to bed. But now that he was actually paying attention; he had no idea what the hell Echo was talking about.

Echo
Echo perked her head up when he spoke to her. Giving him one of those expectant looks.''You don't know?'' she said with a curious look and poked at his cheek. ''Well, eh. . "Resonance of the Soul" is a special technique used by Meisters and Weapons, in which, they synchronize their Souls wavelength. By doing so, they can release highly powerful techniques and, more often than not, change the tide of a battle. Savy?'' It was creepy how Echo knew exactly what it was, especially for a person like her. She let out a light sigh and rested her chin on his shoulder. That took more brain power than she thought. .

 Soi Nécessita Engarde
Soi looked back at Echo a bit shocked. "Do you know what ability you are going to have?" He asked looking over at her as she rested her head on his shoulder. "....and savy?" He asked raising an eyebrow at the choice of wards that Echo had picked to use while speaking. He then paused and spoke again. "And you know that; but you still act like a space cadet?"

Echo
Echo gave Soi a sheepish glance and mumbled.''Er. . .well not really, I remember my mother had something. . I think it was an attack she used when daddy swung her into the air to release a powerful energy wave that leveled and cut right through a few houses that were in the way.''It took a good portion of Echo's concentration to actually remember what it was, but it was also something her mother could do. Though, she was the same weapon type. . if not her mother was a few feet shorter in length. There could be a possibility she could learn it as well. ''Eh. . .though, daddy only used that attack to chase off my sisters boy friend.'' she said rubbing the back of her head nervously and let out a sigh. ''That's all i know.''

 Soi Nécessita Engarde
Soi looked shocked at he listened to Echo talk. "A few Houses?" He said still shocked. "That would be.... interesting to figure out how to do" He said thinking about how something like that would work. He had seen a couple things in some older Manga that gave him an idea about what it looked like. "Heh, when we get some free time off, I think i would like to see your parents do that" He said with a smile still looking back at Echo.

Echo
Echo nodded in response to Soi. It was always fun to watch her mother and father fight together, but that was before they settled down into a stupid meat cleaving shop. It really disappointed Echo. . .but if it wasn't for them choosing such a boring life, she would have never left and met Soi and so many other people. ''Maybe you can meet them sometime!'' she said with s cheerful smile. Though, she couldn't help but feel she was leaving out some kind of small detail with her mothers Soul resonance. Oh well, if she didn't remember, then it wasn't important.

"Heh, I'd like that, my parents still think i threatened that Shinigami, so i have no idea what kind of punishment they would do to me if i went back home when we got a vacation" He said rubbing the back of his neck slightly; which was slightly difficult to do due to Koji being on his back. Which now didn't really bother him at all; she was light enough that it was actually sort of fun. "My parents are.... boring, thats the best way to describe them" He said tilting his head to the side slightly so that his head rested on Echo's

Echo
Echo was surprised from what she heard about Soi's parents. They would let something like that get in the way of their familial relationship? That must be tough. . .''I'm sorry to hear that, Soi. . .Must have been pretty hard for you.''Hard was probably an understatement. Some families are quite serious when it came to a certain activity like Fencing or even Kendo. ''Ey, you're welcome to our house anytime if you just get used to the flying meat cleavers that get tossed at idiots.'' She stated with a reassuring smile. ''My family probably isn't as proper as yours, but we're very tightly knit.''

"Meat cleavers thrown at idiot's?... then why do you still have all your limb's you too clumsy to dodge them; you can barely do normal functions" He said jokingly with his head still resting on hers. "And thanks; its okay; and i will go home with you the first break we have if you will still let me then" He said with a smile. As this happened he then looked back at Elanore; who had still yet to say anything to Echo after she asked about the training.

Elanore had just been standing quietly as the pair spoke to each other.
Only now she was waaaay closer; standing right next to Echo and Soi. How'd she do that..?
"Soul Resonance..? Ushishishi, you've only been in Death City a few days and you already want to learn that? You're pretty sharp..." she grinned severely, "Think you can handle it..? Just the other day you were struggling with synchronizing enough to be held, much less produce any true Soul Resonance," Elanore's smile was condescening. Even if she was only an inch taller than Echo, it still felt like she was looking down at them.
"It's my duty as a teacher to teach, though, so I guess it really can't be helped~ Ushishishsi..."

  ________
The doors suddenly burst open, and in tumbled a very disgruntled-looking Rydel and a borderline rabid-looking Seven. But that was to be expected, given the fact that they’d run here from the alleyway, and arrived in under five minutes. Or something like that. Anyway, they were both downright exhausted. Seven actually collapsed upon entry, face-planting into the floor in front of her. Rydel didn’t go quite so far. He was more upset about possibly missing class.
“Are we late….?” Came Seven’s muffled inquiry. She didn’t even bother picking her face up off the floor before asking.
Rydel looked at his watch. He was quiet for a moment, and then straightened up a bit and smiled triumphantly. Of course they weren’t late. He’d forgotten that he’d set his watch an hour ahead to ensure that they arrived on time. School was one thing Rydel didn’t joke about. Serious business. And it was even more important now, seeing as Seven had never been to school. Not even normal school. From what she’d told him, she’d just been wandering around on her own since she was a kid. She’d never had a house, let alone formal education. “No, I don’t think so. In fact, we may just be early.” He explained.
Seven hopped up. Her face was beet red, partly due to anger and party because she’d landed on it. She grabbed him by the shoulders and proceeded to shake him back and forth like a rag doll. “Early? We ran all the way over here just to be early? Awwwwww, Rydel! Being early is so moderately lucky! I feel moderate!”
Rydel managed to get her to stop shaking him and call her attention to Soi and Echo. They’d been so worried about arriving that they hadn’t even noticed… “In that case, we aren’t the only moderate ones.”
And the teacher was there too. And the students were very obviously talking to the teacher. Perhaps having a one-on-one conference about something important. Whoops.
“Oh, um…we apologize.” Rydel muttered, looking sheepishly at the group that was already there, edging backwards toward the doorway as he spoke. “We didn’t meant to interrupt. We should probably go...”
Seven, on the other hand, didn’t seem to understand what the problem was. She just stood there, regarding the group curiously, before finally pointing at Soi with her index finger and exclaiming; “I know you! Lookit, Rydel, it’s that jerky unlucky guy!”

"Ushishishi, they've got your number~" Elanore chuckled from behind Soi. She peered around him and Echo and gave the newcomers a once-over.
Bright colors. Blindingly so. It made Elanore want to scream, but she'd only recently had a talk with Death about "professionalism". Mostly about how having to buy new desks for her classroom interrupted the time he could have spent online shopping. Whoops.
"Right, right, you're those students who didn't bother showing up yesterday~" she continued with a rather evil-looking smile. "Ah! That's right! Lord Death was just telling me about you two... Lucky Seven and Rydel Platt, correct?"
Ahaha, that's right, they were new students. Whoops again. Elanore's grin warmed around the edges.
"I'll be your teacher, Elanore Blanche," she greeted. If it weren't for her dark, figure-obscuring clothing, she could almost be considered normal.

Echo
Echo perked up and turned her gaze to both Seven and Rydel, Then hopped off Soi's back and onto her feet. She slowly and cautiously approached the two like a curious wild animal. Echo was naturally friendly, but these two were an interesting pair. It would be weird to just walk up to them and blurt out how much she liked rainbows.''I've seen you two around! It's nice to finally meet you.'' Echo jeered with a grin on her face. She then turned her full attention to Seven. . who was pink! One of Echo's favorite colors!''P-p-p-pink! Pretty colors!'' So much for acting normal. All of Echo's hopes of carrying on a intelligent conversation were lost at this point, She was baffled by Sevens hair color.
