 Ororon frowned, what an annoying wish, "Alright, you are human. Technically." He lifted her gently from where she had fallen. His frown remained in place as he set her down on an already crumbled plot. He wandered off and heard the figures emerging from the ground speak to him"Sorry Ororon, we have nothing against you but I must kill you" "Maybe next time we'll be on the same side." Already suspicious, Nadine interpreted the demon's frown to mean that he didn't want to save the rest of humanity. The silly loopholes irritated her- why couldn't he just help her without such deliberation?
Refueled by her anger, Nadine moved cautiously up the hill. A building had collapsed, and she was heading that way when beings began to burst out of the earth.
At first, Nadine was just confused- but when she saw them threatening people, she snapped. "To hell with looking for survivors," she muttered, and joined the somewhat one-sided struggle against these abominable earth spirits.

Ororon looked down at the crying girl in his arms, such an odd feeling. "Stop that" He snapped irritated, surprisingly she did and looked up at him confused. He jumped above another spirit and continued running. Where could he put her so she'd be safe?
