Well, it's not all that dangerous at the Human Village; Youkai very rarely ever attack there. But that's assuming you make it there without getting eaten. Moreover, how did you plan on getting past the border in the first place? .w.;;

I got cut off as something explodes with my back facing it. It was harmless due to the distance, but the noise must've been powerful enough to catch my attention.
In fact, anything suspicious... well, more supicious than usuall, caught my attention.

Oh well, I've been doing some training and research, and I think I'm set. I think that instead of being Mirror/Mimic/Copy, I'll pick an ability more like This, there's nothing quite like the Ol' "Heart Breaker-Soul Breaker". Yes, I just recently finished "Shinkon Gattai Godannar".

Oh. And did you ever figure out where the f*** the Mimetic Beasts actually come from? Or somehow Lou's outfit grew with her as she did? Seriously, watch Sky Girls. It's much better and explains where the monsters come from.

I found it all easier to understand when I thought of the Mimetic Beasts as Highly-Evolved Bacteria.
Just look at what the Insania Virus did to Max, Shadow, Moukaku, and Goh. (in that order.)
It makes even more sense when you consider that it's transmitted by prolonged contact with the Mimetic Beasts.
So my theory is that the Mimetic Beasts are merely ordinary animals, insects, and etcetera transformed by the Insania Virus.
Which is somewhat lampshaded/explained by Knight's remark of "I think this one's a male, we just don't get along."
As for Lou's suit?
It can be explained as her getting a new one that was just like her old one.

Well, watch Sky Girls. I'm not going to spoil anything but the WORMs (the resident giant monsters) are kinda in the opposite nature of what you just described for the Mimetic Beasts. Also, about Lou, from what I gathered, she is more-or-less a fugitive, so tell me how a fugitive can get her hands on a government-class giant-robot-pilot suit? Or can you buy that at your local clothing shop?

But in all relevance to the topic at hand, I came up with this amazing idea to impress at least the Prismriver Sisters. You know how popular bands like JAM Project(Super Robot Wars!) and Psychic Lover(Gaiking the Great) are in Japan right? Well, what if someone who would be in the expedition party were to memorize songs like: Can You Feel My Soul?Legend of Daikyu MaryuGaiking The GreatGONGBreak OutCan you tell tell that I selected the most Hotblooded tunes I could find? xD Can you blame me? I'm a guy, it's in the wiring. Of course, since my instrumental talents leave...something to be desired, it's obvious I'd be relegated to one of the vocalists. xD

[I decided to switch out my avatar's outfit again, and this topic made me think about making a "evolving" avatar (Preperation, journeying in, being there, etc) for lulz.]
Decided if you guys where to go, I'd attempt to tag along. *Sharpens the large stock of sword/knife/sharp pointy objects in my inventory*
Oh yea, anyone know if bullets work on any of the youkai? I know a bunch are resistant (which gives me deja vu of Hawkeye from FMA saying: "Bullets don't work on anything these days!"). If all of them are resistant... Ung... Sure hope one of us somehow gains magic powers in Gensokyo. neutral
Anyway... Brought some yen with me... *Notices a conveniently placed donation box* How convenient.

@Above: Don't forget to find some really good remix of some touhou tunes, undoubtedly they'd love one of them. (Their own theme-song would be funny to do.)
