Description: The user condenses some water into a small orb in the palm of his/her hand. The user then holds his open palm towards the target, and a forceful geyser of condensed water erupts from the user's hand capable of causing a fist-sized hole in the target's body at point-blank range.

Lightning Style: Static Sound - The user speaks, screams, or sings, and the sound waves of their voice shock the enemy. The power of the shock wave is based on how they amplify their voice. [D-Rank].

Fists Of Raiton- The fist of the user becomes covered in lighting, This jutsu does a hard impact and is rarely used because of the amount of charka that is needed to perform this.
Lighting Edge-The users whole entire body becomes covered in lighting, What ever touchs him whole in this jutsu is not felt until the jutsu ends.. (Jutsu lasts for about 4 minutes, Depending on the rank he or she is)
Silent Destuction- The user can use the lighting from the sky to direct it in any direction he or she see's fit.
Outbreak-The user slams the ground making lighting come through his hands touching the ground breaking the earth as it comes towards its target.
TAIJUTSU
Leaf Hurricane- The user Spins knocking the oppoenent away from him, And delivering series of powerful kicks.
Weapon Mastery (Numchucks) - The user hands and body are one, His speed becomes amazingly fast, His hits with the numchucks do amazing damage (This jutsu matters what the rank of the user is, If he or she is a genin this jutsu rarely works unless in a time of need, As his rank grows so does this jutsu.)

Description : This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.

Ninjutsu: Lightning Current: engulfs the user in a small layer of electric chakra, causing anyone who touches the user to be, well, shocked and usually at genin level, to cause the muscles to lock down and cause temp. paralysis. Description : A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

Description : The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spits it out, and ignites it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.
