 A divine light split the sky, impacting the Dai Tengu with the accompanying momentary scream of the pain the only requiem he'd ever receive. The world lit up in a brilliant light at that moment, alive with the vibrancy of color and tingeing with a tension of energy still lingering in the air. There was nothing left of the great Tengu save a vast hole where he once had stood that now belched forth a tremendous amount of steam from the explosion of heat that had been quickly vaporized by the chill air of the later afternoon. Sunset was almost upon them now, a red sky promising a better future.

A while later (AFTER THE EXPLOSION), Maha had stirred and groaned as she rolled over on her back.
Her head hurted. Not to mention she didn't know what was going on.
... Until she had opened her eyes and rolled back over on her side to sit up.
Was it over? Did they win? What had happened?
"Ughhh..." she moaned, lying back down on her back before twisting her legs around and getting up back up to her feet.
"Warui owes me big for this... " she hissed, holding her head as she looked around.
Indeed. Boy was it hot all of a sudden...
Never again was she going to help him with his summoning scroll.
Ever. Because by the look of the mess he made, something told her he had too much fun...

After the light had faded Hakubo looked up at the Bright red sky. "If it over?" He asked then looking around at the others.

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou blinked as there was a brght light and she shielded her eyes with her arm. "W-what...?" she said and blinked and waited for the temporary blindness to wear off and her sight to come back. She looked at the place where the thing had been and blinked. "It's... gone?" she said.

Asleep through it all, Warui rolled was blown Aoi's head and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. Aoi simply looked over at him, unconcerned. The kid had taken more of a beating eating breakfast but he felt it was only right to snap him out of it.
One massive webbed hand nudged Warui, his high-pitched voice coaxing him awake,
"Tadpole... snap out of it..."
Whoever had been in the illusion with them had only used and his Sharingan to daze them both. Warui had been effected much more than the caster probably had anticipated. Warui had no defense against illusions and since the technique had basically internalized the Otokage- it actually effected him. Who'd have thought that an Inkei could be effected that way?
Warui came to a few moments later and sat upright rather drone-like. He resembled an insomniac that had been disturbed after a momentary sleep.
"Oi... Aoi... what..." He mumbled, licking his chops around his sharp teeth and stretching his limbs lazily. It was kinda blur for a moment but then it hit him like a brick and he shot up.
"Oi! Wher-" He started to say but the giant hole greeted him... the Tengu was gone... and so was the Otokage. He had a feeling he wasn't "dead" but it was doubtful even he could have escaped unscathed.
Turning around he saw the others... everyone was... a little worse for the wear but they where... mostly in one peace. (He though of Shichiyou)
"Oi... Looks... like it..." He guessed in response to Hakubo's and Shichiyou's inquiry- not entirely sure himself.

 After the explosion Zane stud were he was almost as if he was watching the explosion. The truth was that he was still blind... and dieing... " Zane fell to his knees as he grabbed his heart feeling the pain and torture his own body was giving him as he spit up blood. He felt a desent trail of it that led to him. It was a miracle that he was close to dieing and yet still alive. Zane put his Katana away and looked up feeling the warmth of the sun light for what seemed to be his life time. He sat there and continued to look up to the sky to feel the warmth it had to offer. Bleeding was slowed down to a crawl but he could feel it inside... his bleeding had stopped but his life was still in vain. Zane remained quiet and silent waiting for what was next.

 Keichii hardly had time to gasp before the explosion.
For a split-second, every snowflake spread across the valley seemed to shake with energy and refract light into the sky. Keichii went light-headed for a moment from the rush of energy.
Then the cliff gave way.
It wasn't a particularly long or sharp fall, but Keichii rolled down the entire length. That would bruise. He came to a rather sudden stop, barely softened by the snow. That would bruise too. After a minute of lying on his back, trying to piece together what the hell happened he willed himself into a crouching position. He nearly fell back over at the sight.
The Tengu, that massive, hulking collection of nightmares, was gone. There was a crater of similar size left in the ground, but other than that, the monster hadn't left a trace.
Keichii shot up to his feet. He was the only person around, except maybe Rakutsu if she had followed him down the collapsed cliff, but that didn't stop him from loudly exclaiming, "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!?!"
He was answered by a rather shrill series of echoes.

Hakubo looked over at the ninja form the snow village after he had yelled. "Ohhh" He said slightly thinking of the best way to tell him what had happened, he continued to think before shrugging and just telling it simply. "Long story short, I cut one of the Tengu's arm's off, Warui held it in place, and then i decapitated it and made it explode" He said shrugging slightly as though it was that was the most common thing he could think of. "You should have seen it"

Standing next to Hakubo- shoulder to shoulder- Warui stifled a laugh,
"Oi! Yeah- hell of a thing... something that big they'll be calling it "Inkei Crater" in no time." He mused arrogantly with a little laugh. It was more a laugh out of the sheer relief of the moment rather than out of any levity.

Hakubo laughed as he looked over at Warui; for once the two of them were not at each others throats. He then looked at the Crater. "Maybe if you had caused the explosion" He said laughing a bit. He was glad that the battle was over; things could finally calm down. Hakubo sighed slightly and interlaced his fingers together and stretched his arms far above his head; really only stretching his one real arm.

"Huh... pretty impressive..." Keichii weakly muttered--still in shock, "Maybe I can charge admittance ta see it 'er somethin'..." he trailed off. This was surreal.
"So... 'm I 'llowed ta b'lieve it's really over..?" He questioned, trying to get up to speed, "I... I, uh, it's been a while... since from the prisons 'n all..." Keichii decided his brain wasn't working properly and it would be best to start over.
"Oh, right. I saw ya earlier 'fore the whole battle, but never introduced mahself," he regarded Warui, "I'm Keichii Shiro. Yukikage of this 'ere village... crater," he amended blankly. This was a pretty nice crater compared to the "village" off to the east.

Maha had spotted Zane and had jogged over to his body, kneeling down as she whiped the blood from his face.
"Relax, hon. It's just me."
Poor Tiger... Was done for. And there wasn't much time for him here, it seemed. Yet it surprised her how he had managed to survive that explosion let alone still be alive after 24 hours...
"... C-can you still see?" she asked, smiling softly as brushed his hair out of his face, "... There's a pretty sunrise right now... D-Don't you think it looks nice?"
Her voice was weak. And shaking. But her eyes... they seemed to be smiling gently as she looked down at him.
"Can you... Can you still hear me, Zane?"

Warui shrugged and outwardly ignored Hakubo's comment but secretly whispering "Bite-me-pinokio" under his breath to his rival so that only he could hear.
"Oi... Inkei Warui, act'en head of the Uzumaki Alliance...'for now." He said a little amused that AFTER all this the Yukikage would deside to show his head. But he took the kid's hand shaking it anyway, giving a sharp-toothed smile.
"We've been look'en for you for a long a** time kid... could'a shown yerself..." He started but trailed off seeing Maha and Zane.
His mind had gone to Maha when he'd spoke about being the leader of the Alliance for now but only a moment later did he spot them.
" 'Cuse me." He curtly said- effectively ending the conversation in as blunt and uncaring manor as humanly possible (without even trying...).
"Oi! MAHA! Kid dead yet 'er we gonna have to put up with him for a while longer." Warui asked as he hurried over. His tone wasn't even sarcastic despite his attempts to be. Anyone who heard him knew he was scared for the kid and wasn't ready to see him go. It was as close to externally showing compassion for anyone other than Maha and Mikiru Warui had shown.
