^ I think if you want to set up a classroom, you should try, and just make you sure you control upkeep. But I'm not in charge. KT!

Not at all. Got the go-ahead from Pinkie. Although I can't seem to figure out images on my computer, the rest is all already there! Eventually I'll get a picture on the front.

Is there a place where we can submit the house points that people have earned from doing homework so we have a tally of house points from all the events? So houses can see their standings like the one in the Great Hall?

Demarest Is there a place where we can submit the house points that people have earned from doing homework so we have a tally of house points from all the events? So houses can see their standings like the one in the Great Hall? That's a good point... sweatdrop Normally Pinkie just adds them and posts to reset your points... but that sorta got confusing... So I think teachers should post here their point tally, then they can reset their points in their classroom... But it might be a good idea to keep a record of those points in a word doc or something... so then if your post gets deleted somehow, you can make sure your students get their points... Then, when a mod has added the points, they'll just reply to the post saying so, that way there wont be any confusion to what has and hasn't been added... 3nodding
I'm beging to think it might be intelligent to make a mod-only sub-forum to keep track of edits and gild acceptions and what not... I just wish there was some way to let the teachers in there... I suppose the only way would to be to make all the teachers mods... but I'm pretty sure o0Pinkie0o wouldn't go for that, I, myself, would be a bit nervous giving so many people that kind of power...
it's not that I want to keep this forum secret from members, I just don't want them posting... Unless... Maybe we could make an "Up-keep forum" or something...'Filtch's Office'? We could have a suggestion thread, a complaint thread, an event cordination thread, a 'List update' thread (since I've learned the lists are an ever going project), an "Activity Awareness" thread (where we can keep a list of members who have been neglecting their posting responsibilities...),and I'm sure I could think of more if I sat here a little longer...

I like you idea about Filch's office subform thing. It might help everyone out in some way or another. I just wish there was some way to award the house elves with something for completing homework sweatdrop

I'm assuming that teachers can't participate in other classes, or can we? It's not in the "Everything you need to Know" section of the main forum.

I found this in the phoenix lament thread. confused_much well, Ice Princess, you are now officially raised up in my eyes as one of the intellegent people of the guild. And I'm not just saying that because I've found a guy so noobish, he's at the bottom of the status chain. But it helped. you have a point there, with the not having time to read all of the pages. Now lets move on to our new friend. "I can't believe Snape killed Dumbledore"???? I'm extremely dissapointed. I wrote this...I can delet it if I shouldn't have. Quote: Thats really rude you know. The thread is for people to comment on the book, if that's how he feels he should be able to post it with out being called a noob, or saying he's at the bottom of the status chain. I thought you were nicer then that, I guess I was wrong.

@Demarest- Yes, teachers are aloud to sign up for classes, they are not required to, and I know I sure don't have time to...
@Celestial;s earlier post- I wish we had something to...got any ideas? @the later one- you are free to say whatever you'd like, but if you feel that you should be a bit nicer as a teacher, then feel free to delete your post, I do not expect any of you to loose your passions or standards through teaching.... 3nodding
There, anyone else?

Oh and, as of now, I am invoking "Operation Scougify 2.0" With this clean-up, I hope to be rid of more than just the members who have made a few posts, but those who once were active but haven't been around the guild since the last clean up...

KT: Your new Operation list looks good. As for something for House Elves I've got nothing. I posted an extra credit assignment for them if they want to do it, but other than giving them cookies(which I feel a little stupid about) I really don't know what else I could do to reword them for finishing there homework sweatdrop
