Pic:  Name: Hayabusa Clan (its kind of messed up because most of this stuff i came up with is from the top of my head so i'll try to fix it so it can make more sense) Description: This Clan was founded in Kumogakure when two refugees left Konoha. One refugee was a male of the Uchiha clan while the other was a female of the Hyuga. The two married each other in which it gave they're offspring a combination of there's Kekkai Genkai as a result the Takagan was created. Strengths: -Can see long distances -Fast moving oppenents appear to be moving at normal speed Weaknesses: -Cannot see through objects - Ability: Takagan (Falcon Eyes) - Iris turn yellow with blackish lines under the eye (to reduce glares) and vision is heightened to be able to see far distances, fast moving objects appear slower,The user can see 4 miles away and their eyesight is acute especially at dawn and dusk (equal to a 3 tomoe sharingan) Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:

Laytolia Lance Fulgurant alright just a few things I want you to change, 1. "All users must be from Sunagakure, Sand Village." I don't agree with this simply because it limits people in what kind of character they could have, I don't want people to be limited to certain villages based off of their bloodline or clan 2. "Must have Great Chakara Control, this means be in a class that allows this, you can not be a Medical Ninja." this isn't really a problem so much as it doesn't make sense for the guild the way you have it since we don't have a class system. You could have a shinobi type restriction like, "Must have chakra control as a shinobi type" instead 3. How much chakra does it cost to activate the arms, and how much chakra does it use each post when it is activated in combat srry I didn't take a look sooner, i've been busy with both rl and guild related things
1. If they choose to use this bloodline then they limit themselves to Sunagakure. Besides, I said they must be from, they can travel and live somewhere else as long as they once lived in Suna. It can even be that a family member was from Suna and moved or the mother ran away, leaves room for a creative bio.
2. It still tells you that you need something that allows you to have chakra control, if your character is a teijutsu user with hardly any chakra control then it wouldn't fit. Also Shinobi type and Ninja Class is pretty much the same thing, just worded differently. If your a ninjutsu type then your obviously going to gave higher chakra levels if your a weapons master (someone who only uses weapons) type then your not going to have a high chakra level.
3. It takes a lot of chakra, nearly all but not to activate but to maintain form. The outer layer which is solid is created by the chakra flow inside the vector skeleton. When a user activates them they are unable to use jutsu's the would normally take a fair amount, jutsu's or anything requiring chakra that don't need large amounts are still accessible to the user. Just to mention, the vectors themselves elevate your chakra level so when you cast a jutsu using her vectors, then you can use all your normal jutsu's it just lessens your activation time to I'd say at least 3 posts (only if you've used at least 3 high level jutsu's and 5 medium level jutsus). It would take about 10-12 posts to reactivate, and that would be for a short while, it all depends on the users rank.
Normally without any use of jutsu or chakra consumption, I'd say it would last as long as the user wants. It doesn't really consume chakra in the way jutsu's or any of that does. Instead of having your chakra flow all through your body it would just relocate into the vecotrs. Sorry, I'm really bad at explaining things so if you still don't get it or if this makes little sense I'll try describing what I mean better.1. alright just make it clear that a character with this bloodline must have some sort of relation to sunagakure, but does not necessarily have to be a sand-nin 2. Well that's not necessarily true, being a ninjutsu type does not automatically mean you have great chakra control, in fact you could have mediocre chakra control and still perform jutsus, when we talk about chakra control in this guild we're talking more about efficient use of chakra than the actual ability to utilize chakra, so a ninjutsu user with poor chakra control could still use many jutsus, but they probably expend more chakra to achieve the same results as someone with great chakra control 3. I think I understand more or less, but make this very clear, the limitations of the bloodline need to be clear so that people don't have room to abuse the system

Laytolia Pic: Clan Crest/Symbol:Appearance.Name:Yottsu-Ude Vector of the Mikitali Clan.Description:A clan created in a medical experiment. In years long ago when the medical field was just beginning to advance a small group of scientists began to do their own experiments underground without permission from any of the great 5 nations. Innocents from all 5 nations were taken and used as lab rats. No one ever knew of the experiments that went on for many years, more then half of the innocents taken had died. Many different kinds of experiments had taken place, many failed and very few succeeded. During one of the experiments a man tried to make an escape and he did manage to get out of the grip of the scientists and he made a run for it. The experiment he was part of was incomplete and unstable. During his attempted escape he ran into another unfinished experiment, chemicals herbs and other experimental contents had fallen onto the man causing multiple reactions, in the end he fell into comatose. Weeks later it was discovered that an unusual emerald green diamond like X appeared on his back between his shoulder blades, generally where an angels wings would be. It seemed that the reaction with the other experiment had created a metamorphosis inside the body of the man who still remained in a coma. Curious more experiments were done on him for they wanted to know what this was and what it was capable of if anything. They tried to duplicate and recreate this unusual phenomenon and managed to succeed after much bloodshed and deaths. The man in a coma, the original possessor of the Vector Arms had died as well as many others who were involved. Finally after a year the scientists would get an answer to their question by a young girl who possesses the Vector Arms, for she managed to destroy them with her newly found power and abilities. Her body changed in a way that her eyes had turned from their original eye colour shade of brown to green and four strange wire like skeletons which where the same colour extended out from her back, out of the X on her back, it was deduced that those skeletons were made of pure chakra and another surprise was that the chakra skeletons grew a transparent cover int the form of arms and hands. These were later called Vectors. With this new power the young girl destroyed and killed nearly all the scientists, her and the other innocents escaped from the underground lab. All those containing the Yottsu-Ude Vector stayed together and created their own clan which is know known as the Mikitali Clan, which was named after the original victim the the cruel experiments that went on. They built their clan within Wind Country of Sunagakure. Over the years the people of the Mikitali clan have adapted and learned all or nearly all the secretes of their power. Rules:1. All members must have Green eyes and the Green X on their back as well as Green coloured Chakra.
2. All users must be from Sunagakure, Sand Village or a tie to Sunagakure.
3. You can not have more then 4 arms, and start out with only a 4 meter reach.

6. You can not amputate and pass on your vectors through medical means like the Sharigan and Byakugan can, if this is attempted both users die. Strengths:*Extended Reach makes them great for Mid range and Close range battle. The minimum and maximum reach for the Vectors are 4meters which is the minimum and 20meters which is the maximum length.
*Enhanced Strength, the users of the Yottsu-Ude Vector's can lift things using their Vectors that is 20x the users own weight. This does not increase their own physical strength, only the Vectors.
*Increased Chakra control and Reserves. The users chakra is relatively higher and stronger then normal, but not by much. But users of the Yottsu-Ude Vector can not become Medical ninja or expert users of Taijutsu. Also they can only master 2 elements no matter their Ninja class.
*Sharp Blade Technique. (Will Explain in Ability). This simple means that they can go against weapon users with equal advantage. Weaknesses:*Limited Reach, which means they have a disadvantage against Long range fighters as well as aerial fighters.
*Slow Healing: This only applies to the users Vectors. When an arm is cut it can be healed but it takes days even for a small cut to heal. If an arm is cut off then that arm is gone forever and their isn't anyway to get it back or create a new one. Also those of the Mikitali clan can not become Medical Ninja.
*Can cause Psychosis, meaning the user can become insane which can lead to them to become severely Homicidal or Suicidal.
*Most Members do not have a long life expectancy. Members generally don't live past the age of 38.
*Less affective Jutsu when preformed normally. Because the vectors move the chakara flow within the users body to the vector arms jutsu's that are preformed normally have less power and take longer to cast. High skill level jutsu's can not be preformed. When you cast jutsu using the vector arms, your jutsu is much stronger and takes less time but it lessens activation time. The higher the jutsu level the less activation time you have. To reactivate it'll take from 8 to 10 posts, Depending on your rank.Ability:Like most Kekkei Genkai the Vectors must be activated but their are no hand signs to do so, this is done by the users will. Once activated the users Chakra is enhanced and is mostly concentrated within the Vector Arms Skeletons. Because of this the arms tend to vibrate at a sonic speed thats so fast it seems as if nothing is happening, but because of this vibrating the arms are capable of cutting like a blade, this is called the Sharp Blade Technique. This cal also be activated by will so the arms are not always vibrating. A second note on this, when the arms are vibrating they lose strength.
The user is granted increased reach and flexibility with their Vector arms since their isn't any bone, so these vectors can move in all kinds of directions and they can all be moving different ways at the same time. It is all controlled by the will of the user. The outer layer is also strong like armor, but can by cut and injured. The user is also granted enhanced strength, again only the Vectors become can lift things 20x the users own weight.Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:N/A.

Takagan (Falcon Eyes) - its a mix of the byakugan and sharigan minus the copying jutsus and seeing chakra and chakra points
Laser Circus - A Storm Release that creates several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot. They explode on impact.
Demon Dragon Storm - A Storm Release that produces a massive thunder cloud that can infinitely absorb chakra.
(i'll post more if i can think of any or anybody could put suggestions up) Alright well my first problem is that the clan allows the use of both an element combination release and a doujutsu, so that's a no go Secondly you need to make sure that for every ability there is the limitations are very clear so that there is no room for people to abuse the power of the clan But again you cannot have both a combination release and a doujutsu And of course these abilities would be a kekkai genkai and not a clan

Crystal Element (Kurisutaru: Crystal) Crystal, Colorful, Tough
description: This bloodline utilizes the ability to turn anything into crystal by combining earth and lightning elements. The element turns to crystal immeditly as the hand signs are completed. The crystal is broken by taijutsu from a higher rank. Ninjutsu does not break it. This crystal is very strong and is hard to be broken by someone the same rank. The color of the crystal depends on the color of the users chakra. Also the users eye color is the color of their chakra color which is the color of their crystals.
Rules:
-Must have Doton element
-Can be chakra charged to enhance power
Ability: This clan can turn anything into crystal by combining earth elements. Jutsu's are listed below. All jutsu's are more powerful and better when higher rank. The higher the rank the stronger the density of the crystal. If someone is higher rank then the user of crystal then it can be broken. The same rank can break the crystal but with much effort.

Technique List
Crystal Dragon Jutsu:
Description: The user makes handseals and turns any element into a crystal dragon that can't fly but slides accross the ground like a snake. (Size depends on rank)
Crystal Coffin Jutsu (Chunin):
Description: The user makes handsigns and small crystals come up from the earth and shoot towards the opponent quickly. If the opponent doesn't or cannot evade then they will be encased in crystal only to be let out by stong taijutsu or the crystal user. (Cannot kill someone with this jutsu. Also a technique that preserves the body that is encased)
Crystal Shuruken (Genin):
Description: Sharp crystal shuruken form from the air or any element. They can be shot from the air or thrown after creation.
Crystal Barrier:
Description: A large crystal barrier is formed. The barrier is like a big dome over the earth and it can't be dug under because the crystal goes under ground as well. (Depending on rank is how big it is.) If you are genin then a barrier large enough to hold a person. S-rank or kage miles of land can be covered with this barrier.
Crystal Blades (Genin):
Description: Crystal forms on the back of the users arm creating a blade that is very sharp. They run up the forearms.
Crystal Hexagon Disks (Genin):
Description: A large crystal snowflake like disk forms on the finger tips of the users spread out hand for the user to throw and cut the enemy or if shattered, pieces of crystal stab into the target. The disks density and size vary with rank.
Crystal Prison Jutsu (Chunin):
Description: Spikes shoot from the earth and create a teepee-like prison around the target.
Crystal Gyrodes (Genin):
Description: Bullet sized crystals form on the users finger tips and shoot from the fingers like bullets. (Like what kimimaru used against gaara with his bones, but these are crystals.)
Crystal release: Crystal Instantaneous (Genin):
Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, and the user disappears leaving almost microscopic pieces of crystal that sparkle in their place. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Crystal Release: Crystal Armor (Genin):
Description: The user controls the crystal to move over their skin giving them crystal hard armor. This protects against oncoming weapons and taijutsu. The armor is more easily broken with ninjutsu but does protect against ninjutsu somewhat. The crystal also slows down the user when it is over their skin.
Crystal Release: Crystal Spikes (Chunin):
Description: The user makes the appropriate handseals then slaps their hands on the ground. Spikes of crystal 5 feet tall will shoot from the earth to stab into the opponent and will stay above the ground. The downside is the crystals shoot from the earth coming from the user so the opponent can see the oncoming attack. The crystal can only shoot up from the earth in the user's field of vision.
Crystal Release: Crystal Fists (Genin for crystal and strength of RPC):
Description: The user covers their fists in thick crystal to enhance the strength of their punch and the damage.
Crystal Release: Crystal Leg (Genin for crystal and strength of RPC):
Description: The user cover's their leg in thick crystal just as they are about to kick their opponent increasing the damage, speed, and strength.
Crystal Release: Crystal Senbon (Genin):
Description: The user makes handseals then waves their hand in front of them and crystal senbon form in the air in front of the user and float in front of them until they release them to send them flying towards the opponent. They can either be focused to one point or wide spread but can only be shot in the user's field of vision.
Crystal Style: Crimson Fruit (Genin):
Description: The user chooses an ally then makes one handseal and crystal fruit shape shield is formed around the ally. This jutsu protects the ally when they are unable to fight for themselves and the crystal style user is still in combat. This shield can be broken only by taijutsu that is higher in rank then the crystal style user, the death of the crystal style user, and when the crystal style user releases the technique.
Crystal Style: Wild Dance of shuruken (Chunin):
Description: The user jumps into the air or stays on the ground and makes handsigns. A sort of aura of the user's crystal color will fly wildly around them. Then when the user flails open their arms the aura flys out and shoots hundreds of shuruken in a wide range at their opponent. (If the user jumps in the air and performs the technique they are able to float in the air until the technique is completed.)
Crystal Style: Arrow of Light
Description: This technique can only be activated when the user is in a near death state and are very low on chakra. (They have to be seriously damaged.) The user goes into a furious rage and becomes engulfed in chakra and their pupils turn completly to chakra. The user can stay on the ground or float in the air momentarily. The user makes the handseal and lines of chakra form around the user creating a 2 pyrimid looking thing that is stacked upside down on eachother around the user. The user can be protected from very high ranked techniques while in this state. Then a beam of chakra shoots from the point in front of the user and the beam can do damage on the opponent enough to almost kill them but if the opponent is higher in rank the less damage it will do. After the technique is completed almost all chakra will be depleted and the user cannot attack any further and most likely the user will pass out.

Inazuma Dorobo Pic: Name: Hayabusa Clan (its kind of messed up because most of this stuff i came up with is from the top of my head so i'll try to fix it so it can make more sense) Description: This Clan was founded in Kumogakure when two refugees left Konoha. One refugee was a male of the Uchiha clan while the other was a female of the Hyuga. The two married each other in which it gave they're offspring a combination of there's Kekkai Genkai as a result the Takagan was created. Strengths: -Can see long distances -Fast moving oppenents appear to be moving at normal speed Weaknesses: -Cannot see through objects -Even the littlest flash can leave them momentarily blind when using the Takagan Ability: Takagan (Falcon Eyes) - Iris turn yellow and vision is heightened to be able to see far distances, fast moving objects appear slower Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: alright how far can they see, and to what degree can they track movement?

Laytolia: sorry I forgot about this, you need to create a progression rate for the vecotrs, in other words explain how you get longer vectors and more vectors, and how many do you start with
also for the Vector's strength I think that 50x might be a little much how about we say like 10x and just be aware that if I see anything that seems god-moddish, or if I hear any complaints about such problems there will be consequences. I'm not trying to scare you I just have seen people abuse bloodlines/ clans too often
but yeah, just change those things and post the final version
