Hi, Goku here, I was just wondering if someone could make a kekkei genkai called "Monkeys Bond"? I really like monkeys, and my friend told me about how when he was in this guild, he had a shinigami custom one.
I think that's pretty cool, but I like monkeys better, I could make one if you guys don't want to.

Bloodline: Tendril Threading
Why do you want it: I think it would go well with my character's nickname, as well as how the jutsu could help with my class as a Weapons Master.
What will you do with it: I would use it for my own demented preposes, as well as make lesser shinobi fear me in battle.
What you know about it: You can take peoples hearts and uses them to create dolls that can use one of the elements. You can also stitch yourself back together.
RP Sample: Mugen ran as he was being chased by the Anbu. Mugen was on the verge of being captured for the most serious of crimes: killing several important members of the Hidden Cloud Village. Mugen murdered the members in the most brutal of ways cutting them to pieces and ripping out there hearts. "Sir why would he take there hearts?" one of the Anbu said. "It must have been to prove himself to whoever he is with." the leader said as they closed in on there target. Mugen had stopped running and had stopped in an empty field and waited for the Anbu to catch up to him. He smiled as the Anbu circled around him, one of them charged at him and managed to cut off one of his arms. "Your are wanted for the crimes of murder, surrender and die." the leader of the Anbu said as he readied to strike. Suddenly tendrils poured out of Mugen's severed arm and out of his arm socket and connected as they pulled together and re attached itself. The Anbu were shocked at what they had just seen, and were even more stunned as more tendrils poured out of Mugen's mouth and began to take form onto six masks around Mugen. The Anbu quickly reacted as they charged at Mugen and the tendril creatures but one of them used the Water Decapitation Jutsu, killing three of the Anbu. The Anbu Leader saw three of his men get cut down in a mater of seconds and fear for his men and his own life caused him to order the retreat, but it was too late. Another of the tendril creatures used the Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique), spitting out a flame incinerating the rest of the Anbu squad excluding the leader. "What's wrong Anbu? Are you scared?" Mugen said as the tendril creatures returned into his body. The Anbu leader froze unable to move as Mugen walked past him stopping just behind him. "I don't think your worth adding to my collection." Mugen said as several tendrils surged out of his arm where he had reattached it, stabbing the Anbu in the back and ripping out his heart and pulling it to Mugen's hand. "Stupid fool. That's what you get for coming after me." Mugen said crushing the heart in his hand and heading back to his village.

Bloodline: I'd like to head the Ukyohan Clan
Why do you want it: My RPC is going to become a missing-nin. I feel as though the mastered chakra control and the unique skills would be interesting to use, especially since I've never actually used this clan before. I like it because of the peaceful nature involved. I intend to create an organization, a peace-keeping organization and this clan would make my character whole. P.S. IT IS LIKE SO AWESOME!!! (Jk)
What will you do with it: I will be able to manipulate to whatever need arises. I most likely will be using it in combat and such, with the intent of victory, and defeat of the said opponent.
What you know about it: Well, from what I have come to understand, this clan has several branches. Some parts of it went onto becoming sealing experts, whilst others continued their growth of chakra control knowledge. The jutsus are specialized in absorbing chakra and manipulating it at the base to gain mastery and control over an opponent. Chakra gates may be delved into draining the energy from nearby sentient life-force beings such as plants or trees. This would be similar to a parasitic relationship with nature. Of course, after using the gates constantly you eventually lose control of chakra altogether. Oooh. Techniques are exclusive to the clan, and are not to be allowed outside (though I fail to see if that is a natural thing or just one of the insider clan ideals, if it is an ideal then the techniques probably can be taught outside). Hmm... The specialization of chakra, makes the clan member lack in taijutsu, but be advanced in chakra control, a trade-off of course. Oooh, and the clan members have an advanced affinity for wind elemental techniques, I figured that out from looking at the jutsus.
RP Sample:

Whomsoever I name my RPC, began to gently swim into the cold and cruel tempest of the Kirigakure waters. I dive backwards down a tenth of a knot into the water, through a school of scaly creatures. The fish nipped at his feet, only to cause no effective scathing damage. As he spun gallantly, a sudden rush of spinning water came towards him, and he was forcefully knocked into a funnel. Desperately attempting to break free, he drilled sideways, strafing rough strokes to break free. He was successful. He then shot upwards, rapidly rising from the water and focusing chakra to his feet, he stood on the surface of the water, scrutinizing the entire area. He saw the creator of the funnel, a ninja of the opposing village. He was an Iwa ninja, who apparently knew some form of water manipulation techniques. "Who are you stranger? Why have you disrupted my tranquil training and melding with the glorious antiquity of the water? This is my time... and not one to be blatantly intruded upon." Whomsoever I am calmly, yet warningly stated. The ninja did not reply, he merely began to form handseals, some type of water technique. "Water style: Multiple Water clone technique!" He stated promisingly. Suddenly, arising from the waters next to him, four clones made completely of water had arisen. Whomsoever I am, did not waste time, as he had begun handseals, so did whomsoever I am. The four clones began to charge towards whomsoever I am in a frontal assault, separating each clone from one another three feet each. They moved in on him quickly and assuredly. Whomsoever I am, then whispered the words. "Spirit Guard technique." Wind carefully wrapped around him as the four clones reached melee distance. Using his chakra, he allowed the wind to envelop him like a full-body shield. The clones began to pummel him all over, however unable to successfully cause damage due to the wind technique. Whomsoever I am, then unsheathed Raijin, his legendary sword (pending later), and carefully spun himself round, forming a twirling lightning sword strike, dispatching the four clones effectively, due to lightning's keen advantage versus water. Whomsoever I am, then sheathed his sword, and then began to swiftly glide across the surface of the water, moving his hands around one another, forming a condensed chakra ball. This was the rasengan. As he closed in on his opponent, the Iwa ninja dove sideways, last minute, barely avoiding the incoming ball. It dissipated in the air. The Iwa ninja was right near whomsoever I am. Rushing to him, the Iwa ninja who had been still recovering, whomsoever I am attempted to clasp onto the Iwa ninjas arms. He then used one of the chakra gates his clan specialized in and directly began to absorb chakra from the man, as he grabbed him successfully. The technique used was Gateway Transfer.
