Also can we allow people to have legendary swords with bloodlines? Yes Sy and Hv are very pissed... So, I am not sure if we can allow people to have Legendary swords with bloodlines and you have to speak with Cory, Tenshi, or Jade first before you make new profile. Why are they mad? Because They are mad because who copied or steal their stuff who made their own bloodlines or etc like that... so, We don't want to get in trouble if we tried but I won't let that happen if I see someone who tried to copied or steal them to bring here then I will warn or ban them before they have to get delete it who stole it.

We ALL know that story and I am in the clear. I made it clear to the guild leader of HV. I was given stuff by a guild member who later on was banned from gaia for some resaon (ha i know now). And Cory can even tell you as everyone else. I never been in trouble with any guild until after the dude was banned. All because I am the one who sets up bloodline and clans in different guilds and from it being under my name yeah I got in trouble for another's problems. Also if I recall.....a certain number of people in SY holds grudges against me for w/e reason. They even tried lying saying I brought stuff into this guild when the evidence showed I did nothing of the sort. SY are a bunch of stuck up brats who bear grudges quickly and will do what ever it takes to get back. Trust me soo many people warned me ever since the leader currently became leader. Alot of people warned me about the guild.

I don't think there is enough info on the legendary swords to make the worth while... For example I have Hayates sword but I don't know how long it is or what I have to do to obtain the Crescent Moon Dance [Ronell has told me what to do] I think the info should be updated on the swords. If they are and the weapons skill are updated and buffed a bit then maybe they will be used more. I think they could be a powerful part of the RPing world if everyone understands what they can do better

The Rinnegan needs to be elaborated on, especially in the whole 'Six Paths area'. This is up for debate but I personally believe the Six Paths technique is Pain/Nagato's own invention, not a Rinnegan given technique. Also the Rinnegan's jutsu could be upgraded in a way to give a description of each Paths general power such as the Deva Paths Attract/Repulse technique.

I agree with Martin. And we should follow the Anime/Manga more. As in, the Eternal Mangekyou can be only achieved by an Uchiha Clan member. You can obtain the Mangekyou after meeting the requirements, and killing a fellow Uchiha, without a rank restriction. Itachi is a Chunin. He is completely bad a**. Rank just means your duties, that is all. Not your experience. However, maybe you'd have to be a Genin for like 6 months w/ the Sharingan... just so that it's fair.

I believe that the Mangekyo Sharingan should have some tighter restrictions on it's abilities, instead of them being auto-learned. And the forbidden technique [SPOILDERS AHEAD. DON'T READ UNLESS YOUR CAUGHT UP] Izanagi or something, can only be used after displaying advanced literacy, excellent understanging of the sharingan, and by killing three Kage level ninja. I mean that technique is some hardcore personal reality warping physics.

Alot of people warned me about the guild. Wow I am surprised now I don't think so Tenshi copied or stole stuff from Hv, Sy, or another naruto guild. cuz I know him since I met him... I believe that Sy's Vc told me and another members (Sy guild) about Tenshi who stole them and brought them in another guilds... But They are just rumored There is no proof so Tenshi is inncount... but If He did then Well I must be doing my job as my power to speak with him and another guilds.. But I don't think so Tenshi did.

Wait, if the suggestion about not bringing in original customs becomes a guild rule, does that mean we can't bring in custom bloodlines that we made ourselves without the guild leader's permission?

As far as I am concerned, if you created the custom... It's yours, by all means. However, some GLs are retarded (Said like Allen from 'The Hangover') and think that the guild owns it...

What a stupid concept.
...besides, what's the big deal? Are people that uptight about membership and content that they would be willing to shut down another guild simply because they copied part of their system?
That should be considered a HUGE compliment that your material was so good that someone else wanted to use it. Give credit where credit is due and be done with it.
