They do say that a child is born to become avatar from a nation, but never said that the baby's parents had to be powerful. The avatar is the reincarnation of the spirit of the world. So it would be impossible for Aang and Katara to give birth to the next avatar. Also, the next Avatar would be Water. Air Water Earth Fire This is the sequence in which the Avatar travels. add to that the baby might inherit more than 1 element, once it's at the age to awaken that power Way to totally miss the point. miss the point think about what you wrote, katara's from the water tribe which means thier baby could be the next avatar duhh wouldn,t aang have to die though

Thats tru but if the baby is out of two different clans (water,Wind) thats a 2/4 chance 50 50 its pretty possible mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen

Hello, I'm new here to the guild =) But I agree with some of you that Aang and Katara should have a baby =) How cute would that be? They're perfect together, and it would be awesome to see how their powerful baby would turn out! heart 3nodding
