At the sound of a familiar voice, if you could call it that. He hadn't heard it in a while. Not since... That class, and a time before when he was younger. Twin ears perked, and he glanced over to finally pay any real attention to the group, and their words. Ah yes, they where getting their eggs too? He blinked as he spotted the familiar face of the spotted feline girl, smiling slightly. "Sahra right?" He asked, testing to see if he recalled the name correctly, but it did seem to fit. "We're here to get our dragon eggs! I read about dragons in a book!" He called happily, tail waving too, and fro. He couldn't stay completely still as it was, and this would be better than running around. He had to behave somewhat, mum had made him promise. "I can't wait to see mine, the note said I had one... So... So I bet it will be really awsome!" Though he still wasn't sure what kind he was getting.
The golden haired woman watched her son idly, as she tried to read the papers, gaze only half focusing on the printed words to watch for if the boy did decide to dart off. She knew enough to know that... Running wildly was one of his habits, as well as disregarding danger. And certainly this room screamed 'Do Not Touch' to her. Thus she felt it her duty to enforce the hands, and paws off rules. Idly brushing a strand of hair from her face, the corners of her mouth pulled up as she spoke, her voice more calm than it had been in the hall. "Shh, Keanu calm down a little, patience is a virtue." She said, repeating it for the upteenth time that day. Though it had about as much effect on the boy as usual. She'd just count her blessings... He was staying with the group, and hadn't run in the street today.

Laial clapped his hands once out of sheer excitment. "Ya! Maji says she hope I dun get a fas one becau' I still can' move fast without crashing, plus Maji say she no want a fas' one anyway, she says Me an Nex are trouble Enough and who are you guys? Are you cats?" he asked the two newcomers, finally stopping to inhale.
Maji chuckled slightly at Laial's rant. He must be really be excited. About time he be hyper. She stretched her arms and hung against the wall. This was about Laial. She was only here in case something happened to go wrong. Which it probably would.

"...yeah, yeah I am." She was now, feeling the urge of excitement pumping through her veins, if she really thought about it she had heard about such a thing somewhere, although she couldn't really recall where. It must have been one of those little awkward moments that you never remember, the type that happen right before you leave a room! Yes, people always did tend to act funny when they exited somewhere, didn't they? Something she had managed to notice while 'observing' the activity around her.
Yin had quickly come to notice the confused tint that was toned into the cheetah's features. What could possibly have stumped her, especially this early in the meeting? Had anything even happened yet to cause confusion? "Sah." She called, although not overly loud, because she knew she didn't need to, since she wasn't all that far away. "You don't know what a dragon is, so you?"
Sah turned about, staring at the brown furred cat wide eyed; she shook her head, an innocent grin framing her lips. Yin had always had a knack for pin pointing what was wrong, she never understand quite how she could do it, but she did it, so, what was done was done. She shrugged, knowing that she would most likely end up being informed by someone other than Yin, she wandered off a slight distance back towards Vivina, but ulitmaly stopping in her tracks before she had much of a chance to advance. Had she heard her name? Or was she hearing things again? Sahra twisted her head to the side, her slit shaped pupils eyeing the direction she thought she had heard her name come from. "Eh?" She blurted out, pawing at the ground with her bare feet, "Someone call me?" It didn't take her long to spot yet another familiar figure, spotted, much like herself, and that only meant it could be one person she knew of. "Keanu?" She asked questionably, turning her whole body.
And there it was again, dragons; everyone was talking about them, was she really the only one that didn't know about them? She must be; her mother had always taught her about odd creatures, some even she could never imagine to ever have truly existed, but never once had she spoken of a dragon. So she listened intently, ears flicking about, waiting for more signs of dragon facts she could soak up before what ever was going to happen happened.

"Haha...whichever one you get, I hope it looks awesome! Mom got frustrated when she couldn't figure out which one I might get. It was funny watching her go crazy." She added a grin as if implying that she wanted to get Et to be mad with her. Sometimes toying with you mom's emotions can be enjoyable. She watched as Sahra walk away to some cat with spots. Lots of spots. What kind of cat has lots of spots? She has seen them in the picture books, but currently her mind was on dragon eggs and only that.
Smiling, she watched Vivina interact with Laial. He has grown a lot since the last she saw him. She saw that he even had specially designed clothes to fit. Amused, she wondered how they managed to get them on him. As soon as she heard Vivina mention her being crazy, she glared at Vivina. "Funny, eh? I don't see what's so funny about being frustrated..." She sighed and smiled again. Let's hope she doesn't talk about her too much. Looking at yet another person enter, she wondered how many people were going to be here in total.

Laial laughed. "I dun think Maji cares wha I get, long as it don't wreck the house or anything. I thin' she thinks id be good for me." He nodded at the end, as if to prove his point. "She says I spend too much time inside, but I dun like outside because of the bright light." Yes, his eyes finally began to move toward the 'Nautilus' side of seeing.
Maji, hearing Laial and Vivina chattering away like birds, finally looked their way. She regarded with mild surprise how much Vivina herself had grown since they last met. Her mind flashed back to her 'blackmail' picture, and she allowed herself to smirk.

"Mom says I spend too much time inside also. I don't like the light too much either. Some stupid camera made me get these glasses." She pointed to her silver rimmed glasses that had lenses that were slightly tinted black. Flash cameras were one thing not to mess around with when near Vivina. "I wonder when we'll get out eggs...the creepy guy looks like he's waiting for another person to come." She pointed to the boss and cocked her head. Now really, who was that guy? It seemed her mother didn't know either so it was pointless to ask.
Et glanced over at Maji and saw her smirking. Wonder what was going though her head? She was unaware that Maji had a blackmail tool with her and merely shrugged, allowing herself to slouch over on the wall onto the floor. Staring at her boots, she noticed that one was purple and the other black. Whoops, she mixed up her boots again. She metally noted not to buy more than one pair of the same shoes at a time.

((Gebus slow down people. XD *smushed in mass posting*
No, you're fine. XD *teasing yeh all >B* ))
The boss set back to watch the kids.. It was almost time to get started, wether the last child showed or not. He peered at the watch on his arm, idly leaning against the wall, pondering over what exactly happend with Blade... he'd never been hurt around dragons before. The whole tale from the labtechs seemed odd to him.
But whatever, he'd just ask the man himsself about it when he awoke and was coheirent.

Turning about on her clawed toes, Sahra gazed about the room, seeing just who else she could spot. Well, other than herself, her spotted counterpart, and Vivina, there was only one other child around, and she had no idea who he was. She hadn't really realized earlier that he had been referring to her, since she had been rather on the zoned out side again, so she hadn't really noticed. She toddled back over near Vivina, tilting her head when she spotted Laial. "Hi?" She said curiously, "Have I seen you before?" She didn't think that she had, but she couldn't be all too sure.
Mabyn cocked her head to the side, having seen movement a ways away from the small crowd; she wondered what could possibly be prowling about. "Spooky." Yin sighed, and let out a long yawn, sharp teeth bearing as she did so. She was rather tired, and only wanted to get back home to go back to bed. But it couldn't be to much longer, could it? She surely hoped not.

Keanu nodded as the other spoke his name. Well of course it was him, who else would it be? Though nothing more really came, save for listening, and then she was off talking to another kid. Which didn't mean much, as Keanu was quickly distracted by the nearest oddity of the room. Which didn't go so well as a voice, called as he started to move closer.
"No, just wait like th eothers." Raja was giving Keanu a rather stern stare even for her as the boy turned to look, and as she seemed to think the point was made, turned her attention back to the papers. "If you misbehave I'm certain you won't be getting a dragon egg, so just hold tight."
He knew she was right, in some form. But he wanted to see them now, and nothing was happening. They where standing around, with some guy he didn't know... Well no a lot of people he didn't know, around. The only one he did know was Sahra, and she was talking. Perhaps he should talk to the others, and get to know them? No... That seemed too boring, there where dragons to be seen. He flicked an ear, frowning. He really wasn't good at this patience thing.

Laial had wondered why she had glasses. "They look pretty," he added. At the 'more people needed' part, he looked around the room. There were quite a few different people in this...place. He poked Vivina to make sure she knew he was talking to her. "Do you think they all for D-Corp?" he asked in a hushed voice. Jerking back when another person began talking to him. "Uhhh..." she didn't look familiar... "I dun think so?" He wasn't sure...he imprinted better when he analized things, although he was getting better. He didn't need to touch things or people as much to remember them, although things or people he felt he remembered more.
Maji suddenly relized that Et didn't know of the pictrure she took when Vivina hugged Laial. She made a mental note to show Et the picture sometime...it might be able to be used for Vivina blackmail when Vivina gets older.

"allright." he shrugged, moving foreward to the group. "RUles are... You must allways stay with your guardian. Do not touch anything unless it's okayed.. and, you may stay with your dragon egg while the rest of us move on."
With that he stepped foreward to the first egg. The egg seemed almost impossible to see amongst the gravle it was surrounded in. A heat lamp set over it to keep it warm... "Heres our first egg, a lindworm for Sahra. It's cleverly disquised a a rock. The dragon inside is probably the fasted dragon on land.. It had adapted to only having front arms and a snake like end to move quickly across areas. We figured Sahra's knack for speed would help her keep up with the speedy creature. They're also both desert related, so both have the same ability to withstand heat."
He paused, offering a faint smile to wait for any questions.

Sahra grinned, bowing; she just had to be sure that she hadn't met him prior to this moment. Her eyes wandered from Laial to Vivina, and then around the room, just generally observing things as they happened. "Well then, I guess we've meet now! My name is Sahra, by the way. Oh, and sorry if I seemed a bit to on the straight forward side!" She didn't like bothering people, but had simply had to let her curiosity get the best of her. But to the up side of things, she meet someone new! One less student in D-Corp that she didn't know, which made her feel somewhat accomplished.
But as she had just taken a step back in the direction of her guardian and her spotted friend, she saw movement on the edge of the room. Rules? Why must there always be rules, and who was this guy? Not that she wouldn't listen, she just wondered. This must be it! The happening was going to happen now, that excited her. But she needed her guardian, so, she quickly darted over to Yin and yanked at her arm. "Come on!" She said impatiently, as the man began to move. "Please?"
And so it began, that meant this whole ordeal should quickly end, which was entirely good, especially since she had to cook dinner tonight. "Okay fine." She aloud the girl to pull her along, although not exactly going at a fast pace, for once she wouldn't argue.
Sahra leapt excitedly towards the gravel pile, looking around curiously, not really able to spot much of anything. Was there really a egg in there somewhere? She wondered, but listened none the less, trying hard to spot her soon to be new friend! "Okay." It all made sense to her, the creature was fast like she was, oh, that would be awesome! Finally, something that could keep up with her; maybe she'd actually be the one getting left behind for once? "Why does it look like a rock? I can't find it, is it so stuff doesn't hurt it or something? And he won't like the cold then, will he? I'll have to remember that." She leaned over the contraption, her anxiousness once again returning to her. But other than those simple questions, she had nothing else to ask, and was rather content, anyways, and probably wouldn't have paid much attention to the man if he did answer her, she rather answer her own questions.
Mabyn watched, eyeing the girl in a protective manor, she stepped closer, looking down upon the gravel, almost immediately spotting the egg. What was the point of this? This dragon, and besides wouldn't it be rather disastrous to introduce two such beings to one another?

Laial cocked his head and listened to the strange man talk. He was pretty sure he just needed to stay with the group and he would be fine. He wondered if Maji would actually come along, or if she would just disapear. She probably would disapear like she normally did, he reasoned. Ah well. He stared into the gravel, trying to find the egg. He was glad he didn't have that egg. It would move too fast.
Maji stared into the gravel, also relieved that Laial wouldn't have that dragon. Too fast for him...and her. She made a mental note to keep an eye on Laial, to make sure he broke no rules.

Vivina was about to answer, but it seemed that they were moving along now. It seemed that Laial met Sahra. She guessed they could now get together one day and do something nice. Looking up, she saw the strange man talking about an egg in the gravel. Hold on, she didn't see an egg. Well not until the man pointed it out. The egg really did look like rock. That's not the egg for me. I don't like running and I don't like dry heat. Looking around the man and ahead, she wondered when they'd get to her egg.
Et glanced over at the group leaving and realized that she was the last one behind. Laughing softly, she ran to catch up with Vivina. Good, she wasn't too late. The man had just started talking about Sahra's egg. Sighing, she dove into her own thoughts, doing some last moment predicting on which egg Vivina would received. A lindworm was definitely off the list now. She knew how Vivina couldn't run as fast as a normal child would with her patagiums acting like parachutes everytime she tries.

Finally the boys prayers where answered. No more waiting. Though he did have to bring along his mum, who was... Filling out paperwork, or something like that. He quickly sped over, and tugged her arm, receiving a light nod as she started to walk along at the same slow pace as before. Much to his dismay. Well he'd just stay fairly close by. Try to keep her with the group.
Raja sighed, rubbing her head as she wandered after the monotone boy, rolling the papers up so to pay attention for a while. Just long enough for Keanu to get his egg, and go home so she could finish working. Not that that would be anytime soon by the looks of how Keanu was still as eager to go as before.
Keanu walked along happily with the group until they reached the first spot. He stood back from it a ways, not really big on warm places. He'd asked Raja to turn down the heat before, so...It seemed best to keep a little distance. though he couldn't really see the egg they where talking about. Too many rocks... But that was neat, like when he hid in his spotted blanket? Though likely it didn't work as well...
Thank god he wasn't getting the fast one. She had enough trouble keeping tabs on him as it was, she didn't need a dragon that ran around the house at the speed of light to deal with as well...
