Jes-sama
You've got a good character here ^^ I like him. One thing, though-- your "true release" of your resurreccion. That suggests Second Resurreccion, a power that none of us (not Temor or myself or anyone else) has. As of yet, it's been ruled that the Second Resurreccion is too stupid powerful.
Since that's the case, you can certainly have your True Release waiting in the wings for if/when that sort of power is ever approved by the rest of the crew. In the meantime, you could either choose to leave it out altogether or incorporate it into your normal resurreccion but scale it back.
Also, I was just curious-- when you gain someone else's powers... Well, if they control an element, do you have control over it, too? And who would win out in the end? And, is there a limit to the types of things you can copy? Obviously it would be in your character's best interest to find and copy some shinigami's powerful bankai and it would make you extremely powerful to copy three powerful bankais. I don't mean to say that you'd powerplay or anything, but what prevents you from doing just that? You do respond quickly.. ^_^
The "true" release, was meant more along the lines as the true face of Zenhansha rather than a second release, and his power-level between his copy-release(s) and his "true" release is at an equal stance. He is also not healed when he goes into "true" release, unlike an arrancar's normal regeneration when releasing their sword. (The copies are technically not his resurreccion, but rather an expression of his release.)
If you say that it is too powerful however, I will abide by your decision and strike it from his character profile.
3nodding As for the checks and balances..
Bikou still has to learn to use each power that he steals, so technically, while he gains control over the same element as the person he cppied, in the beginning their control would still outmatch his, as he is not used to using it. (Continued usage would cause that to be nullified, in which case I imagine it would be whoever was the most creative who would win out in the end.)
Bikou can also only access one form at a time, and must switch forms if he wishes to use a different one. Meaning that even if he did have three incredibly powerful bankai's stored, he would technically only have one at a time.
He is limited by one thing however, in order to copy a form, he must either come into direct contact with the thing he is trying to copy, or he must
see the release of whatever he is trying to copy. (He can technically copy someone's bankai even if they themselves have not achieved it, but in order to do that, he basically has to let himself be hit by their zanpakuto. He can also copy anything he sees, or feels, being used.)
