sw33tmischi3f Lady Yazoo Dude...I'm too scared to even go underwater because of emerald. Due to the lighting of my tv he looks gray, and like a shark, and I'll get anhilated by him, I fear teh emerald. But i watched a guy beat sephiroth with only tifa at level 7 biggrin do you mean 70, b/c it's quite impossible for a character to be hat low in a level b/c as cloud's lvl go up, the people who are not in the currently main group will also go up a lvl like every other lvl that cloud go up........unless you keep him ko'd almost through out the game just for the purpose of .............something........ No, I saw it too, LV7 tifa, she had about 100 HP. I think they Ko'ed her and kept her in the party, that way she wouldn't get any EXP, that would explane how they mastered all there materia they had on her aswell.

okiesh i no care what anyone says ruby and emerald were some hard a** bosses that took forever for m to beat the first time around mainly because i wasn't that great in my levels but i made a mistake the first time and now i haven't made the mistake since

I think you can get ribbons from Tonberries, but I can't remember how now... Oh, it may all ready have been mentioned, but I've got an interesting tidbit on Emerald Weapon:
You know that Aire Tam attack? (It's Materia spelled backwards!) That will inflict on each character the number of materia they have equipped, times 1111. So... Have 9999 HP, equip two materia each... Instant All Lucky Sevens. And then, when you've exhausted that attack, you can still heal back up to a full 9999. I found that W-Summon, Knights of the Round, and Mimic helped immensely. (I went to all the trouble of breeding that gold chocobo for a reason...)
PS: I did use Underwater, so I guess I'm not very bold. ^_^

Ortinbras use morph to get ribbon from master tonberrys in the n/crater ummm i had load of friends say tht but im to scared ... can u differntly go back up? i feel so lame i havent beaten both of them crying iv been tryin soo haed but vincent continues to turn into a frog or get confused and kills himself!!! i hav to find another Ribbon. i need help please!!!!

I've beaten Ruby before, but Emerald continues to annilate me. I think I'll try for all lucky 7's.

But i watched a guy beat sephiroth with only tifa at level 7 biggrin lol we should make a guild for ppl who wont go underwater in ff7 funny story tho i went to the gelnika undrewater to lvl up like 40 levels and did and tried to leave it without saving andright outside the plane i ran into emerald weapon....8hours of leveling up wasted.... crying crying crying

Any of you ever go into that crag where you get the key then have Emerald Weopon standing in the way of the only exit. I remember the first time I ran into him I had beaten the game a few times and was looking around for all the hidden stuff. Running into him allowed me to eventually find out all of he materia combinations and the best equipment. I have to say even now when I restart that game and see him I generally go the other way till I am ready to face him, then I hunt him down.

The first time I fought either of them were easily the worst experiences of my gaming life. I never got my a** handed to me on a ruby or emerald glistening plate like that in my life. It happened a couple times after that too, until I finally devised a strategy to beat them. Of course that entailed days of training to get 3 mimes and several Knights of the Round, but hey, it was worth it to watch them die in my first file.
Now, theyre pushovers. I cant wait to face them in my current file. Im already level 99 and im at the beginning of Disc 2. So yeah...Im kinda in a heartbroken mood right now....
