Debris from the explosion hat hit her when it nocked her back and a few peices of glass could be seen litering the area around her. She had hit her head pretty hard and a small line of blood dotted her white hair. It looked like she wasn't going to move at all. But when Vincent called her name it sounded far away. She opened her eyes slowly and could hear distantly the roar of the flames the explosion had caused. She moved on sitting up unaware Vincent wasn't holding her hand anymore.

"Owww"

The movement made her dizzy and she didn't want to argue but she had to. "I'm alright" she said softly her own voice sunding very loud to her ears. For some reason that blast had clouded her hearing. "We....have to go find..the others" she said closing her eyes a moment and taking a deep breath she smiled. "I'm alright" she said looking up at him. "Are you ok?" she asked. The byakugan was gone now and she looked her normal self.

Hiniko closed her eyes as he kissed her. She would have leaned up to return the favor but it hurt her head to much to move much. She smiled at his comment. "I could never leave you" she replied. These last words were kind of faint. She worried about Zin. She prayed he was alright and no harm had come to him. He was her teammate and preciouse to him. He was a wonderful friend to her and a lot like a brother. She didn't move or look at anything she had just fallen silent thinking. She felt very tired and just wanted to sleep. But...

She had to get up and help everyone.

Hiniko blinked and looked up at Vincent curiously. She had heard him right...but really? "You love me" she smiled as if waiting to hear him say that for a while.Her eyes grew soft and she took in a breath to say something but winced. Her head throbed and her vision clouded. "I love you to" she responded. And it was true. She did. she had felt clost to Vincent and even Zin from the start. She hadn't heard those words since she was little though. Those simple words. She felt the ground shake beneath her and could tale the Kyubbis tales were lashing out randomly. She knew they had to move but she was so tired.

"I won't leave you..but you should go..help others" she said softly. "I can catch up just..give me a minute" she sighed but didn' move to get up. "I love you"

"You are so hard headed" she responded smiling at him. She used her strength to sit up though. She was able to sit up straight but again the movement made her dizzy. She put a hand up to her head and felt it was sticky. She groaned.i'm never going to get that blood out of my hair she thought ironicly. She looked to Vincent and kissed him. "I love you to. thank you" she said her voice still soft. She looked into his eyes and put a hand on his cheek softly. She couldn't dwell to much here. Despite her pain. She was on a mission. And though she wanted to pass out it Vincents arm she knew it would be hard to wake up again.

Hiniko closed her eyes as he picked her up. She hated moving around. But he was comfrotable and she didn't think she would be able to walk effectivly. She leaned her head against his shoulder.

(and uhm..I have no idea everything is destroyed lol)

Vincent had carried Hiniko as far as he could go which was to the rubble and wreckage of the place that was once the Hidden Leaf Dorm. It seemed so unimaginable that this place that had once been his home for the past few years had been reduced to nothing in a matter of seconds but there was no time to grieve. He turned back to make sure that that Shinobi wasn't following them. He didn't see anything and so he relaxed and set himself and Hiniko down on a relatively smooth patch of intact drywall.
