well honestly how is he the kage when he cant rp? two out of three is real bad. he should know whats an auto hit

The post I posted I deleted So we realy don't have to worry about it. The rain technique I was thinking about is called Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will. Pain uses it when Jirya comes to rain. It just tells the user someone is in the area and how powerful they are.

Yeah it is on my Guild's Akatsuki character. So yeah. I want it on here but I would have to learn it. Unless Huntur will allow me to Auto-learn it but I don't think that will happen.
