Chaon, I have a couple of comments about your latest posts.
1- I am fine with you using my NPCs, however I have trouble with you adding information about them which you have not discussed with me.
Ex: Kaine being a close friend of Bert & Lizzie, I let it go for once. But then you mention Mark as being known for his actions against the Mei'q? I never said that. The fact that he spoke up in favor of Falconer is all that the man had ever publicly and privately done so far...
2- Information which you know as a player are not necessary known by your character.
Ex: So far only 3 NPCs have seen Serenice entering the Fat Pig the previous night (Monday): Bert, the drunk & Mark. Only one person knows she is a woman: Mark. We are now Tuesday morning & Mark is still at home. How can you: a/ know that Serenice entered the pub dressed as a man? b/ know that she followed Mark and that he accepted to talk to her?
I am fine with you finding out these elements (like SilithDark) but I would like you to explain how...
For example, the fact that you might have found the vampire based on the fact that there was no blood on the wounds was good. However how did you learn about that? Is one of your men always in faction next to the Pig Tavern? As Kaine is a friend to the family, did Bert's servant run to your family to share the sad news...?
3- About Senerice...
a/ we are in a medieval society, in which if a woman wants to be left alone & travel anonymously, dressing as a man might be the only way. making that the privilege of Serenice is really far fetched...
b/ you are making her a known and famous figure which is not. Serenice is the shadow of the Princess, however she never gained the popularity of Falconer who has always been a public figure. most people have no clue who Serenice is...
4- I recall you doing 'replacement' however I don't recall any of them happening within the walls of the Fat Pig Tavern. Your first post said 'nearby building', it never mentioned the Fat Pig. Would Kaine take the risk of killing so many men in the middle of a Tavern? Bert would not go for that! Despite your friendship & her hate of those men, she needed to survive!
Anyway...wow...that's longer than I intended. sweatdrop
Just to say, I am fine with your character finding out about stuff but you need to make it realistic and to develop how he comes into possession of such or such information. smile

Alright, I shall address your quarrels, now, if you'd also note, the answwers will be to the queries in the order they came;
1. My bad about Mark, and yeah, I should have addressed the thing with Lizzie, as for the friend of Berts I never said anything of that until you brought it up, then I embellished upon the thought.
2. Kaine knows a lot of people, and in a time of quartering the enemy people alert him of things, especially about close friends and their families, with a man like Kaine both are few and far in between, as for points a and b, A. One of Kaine's replacements, those being they who take over once Mei'Q have fallen, are still trained soldiers, even dressed as a man Serenice would step more lightly. B. If said soldier was still there he would've seen the woman dressed as a man disappear somewhere, and if he visited the Fat Pig often he would know of Mark, and that the only person the woman dressed as a man would've been off to meet would be Mark.
3. I'm sorry, without the view of the regular public also put in, it wasn't clear to me that Serenice was naught but a shadow to the Princess, since the main people are the following; Serenice, Pomme, the Princess, and Silith's char, don't recall the name, sorry, no commoners who would only know of the Princess and Falconer are present. :/
4. Kaine replaced some 19 or so, only two of which I did in a post, ensuing the other 17 were replaced earlier, and even in the nearby building Kaine never risked open combat, he would've slit the two or three men in the tavern's throats like the others before them.
