still not sure of the red intruder i stay back. Ears back, head and tail high i'm not ready to submit to any threat, thats not the way to go about becoming alpha one day.
relaxing a little as she lays down i take a step closer trying to get a better whiff of her scent. Its faint. Weird!

kira slightly growled and crouched down ready to pounce. kira lived in the wild it was hard for her to trust anyone. she could barely smell a scent on the wolf which made her more sucpicious. 'Pheonix?' kira thought to her self.

Cherry arched an eyebrow at the wolves, somewhat amused.
She yawned and closed her eyes, getting ready to sleep...

kira sat up and tilted her head. "vetala?" she trusted pheonix, but she eyed cherry making sure she made no sudden movements. "What's vetala?"

"A vetala is a demon spirit that haunts cemeteries and thirsts for blood. They were known in Hindu," Cherry answered with her eyes still closed. She heard the wolves speak.
"They are hostile spirits of the dead trapped in the 'twilight zone' between life and afterlife. They were said take over the bodies of corpses. They usually make themselves known to people by doing all kinds of madness. Gave pregnant women miscarriages. Drive men insane. Kill children. You name it. But they make good guards."

Kita looked at these others, they all had odd scents, scents she could recognize. "Who are you guys?" She stepped forward approaching the group that had formed.

kira took a huge step back from cherry and looked at kita, still behind pheonix. "Where are all of you coming from...." kira said under her breath.

"We are all friends here Kita don't worry. Kira calm down, the vetala has taken over for a little bit, I heard about vetalas before I became a wolf, this vetala is only in control until the wolf she has been trapped in takes back control," said Pheonix as he got into a guarded stance.

Kita understood that this would be an odd way to meet new people, but it worked out for her. "Alright i trust you for now but one thing still bothers me, how did you know i had phoenix in me?" She tilted her head to the right to personify the question.

kira calmed down and sat down. she didnt trust the one with vetala but she knewe she would be safe.......for now. kira listened to everyone and stayed quiet.
