C a r l y l e .. H a n k .. O . ' H a r a Birds flying high.. you know how I feel. Sun in the sky... you know how I feel. Reeds drifting on by... you know how I feel. It's a new dawn, It's a new day, It's a new life... For me. And I'm feeling good. Carl nodded a hello to the familiar figures approaching before turning to Brook. "We won because you're a competitive psychopath." he said dimly.
"Scared? No. Tired. I think I might even want to get going already." He replied, surprised he was saying it himself.
He wasn't really one to get excited about things but he wanted to get this little trip going. All the sneaking and running around town was getting tedious, and in any case the longer the hung around the more likely it would be they'd get caught.

"Close your eyes Bite your tongue And pretend you never Saw the sun rise Or heard a song sung With wistful wonder" -Omg A Name- Kathrine Jean Johnson :.Kat.:Kat really needed to hear some encouragement, so, thanks Kyle. She didn't say anything though. Even when they stopped and were still, her breathing didn't slow much, and her heart rate not at all. She could feel that pounding in her chest like a clock, ticking faster and faster toward their doom. A little melodramatic, maybe, but still. This was crazy.
"Ok. If we're going to do this, we do it now. Right now. No time. Before I leave. And before it's to late." No joke. It was all she could do not to completely freak out. She had never gone along with a scheme of Brooklyn's anywhere near this crazy, ridiculous, insane, one.
And she still had a death-grip on Kyle's hand.

Brooklyn Elizabeth Madison --------------------------------------------------------------------- Cause I’ve been housing all this doubt and insecurity. And I’ve been locked inside that house all the while you hold the key. And I’ve been dying to get out and that might be the death of me. And even though, there’s no way in knowing where to go, promise I’m going because,
--------------------------------------------------------------------- Brooklyn flashed a fake dirty glance towards Carlyle before jumping to her feet and greeting the other two. Kat looked terrified, clenching Kyle's hand. She raised an eyebrow to that first off but shrugged it off easily.
"Alrighty Roo then, lets get going." The sun was mostly gone now and they could escape pretty easily by the lack of people around them. Hopefully.
Brook grabbed her bag and slugged it over her shoulder. "Whos first?" She looked across the area they had to make it across and the wall they had to climb. "I was thinking weakest link to strongest..."
--------------------------------------------------------------------- I gotta get outta here. Because I’m afraid that this complacency is something I can’t shake. I gotta get outta here. And I’m begging You, I’m begging You, I’m begging You to be my escape.

Kyle Tanner Crawford Kat had a death grip on his hand and he couldn't help but chuckle at this fact. "Its a good thing that I'm strong and not whimpy like Carl over there." He nudged Kat before Brook jumped up.
He sighed. "Kat, calm down," He nodded, looking over the running distance. "So, whos the weakest link?" Since, obviously, he was the strongest.

He watched as Brook jumped to her feet, and looked ahead to the distance they had to run and the wall they had to climb over to reach their supposed freedom.
Weakest to strongest? That kind of made sense.
"Before you two stare at Kat and me, let's try and figure an actual plan out." he said, putting his rational cap on.
"Brook, you're fast, Kat, you're stealthy, and Kyle, well, you're a robot, so if anything, Brook if you run on ahead and drag Kat with you, when you climb up the wall, Kat can keep an eye out, and then when you're over, Kat, you can easily go over the wall unnoticed. Kyle and Me can watch from a distance, then when you two are over we'll follow?" he suggested, looking around, his eyes quickly adjusting to the dark that was soon enveloping them.

"Close your eyes Bite your tongue And pretend you never Saw the sun rise Or heard a song sung With wistful wonder" -Omg A Name- Kathrine Jean Johnson :.Kat.:Weakest link to strongest eh? Brilliant. Kat called herself out on that one. But there was no flipping way she was going first! "Shouldn't Brook go first because she is the one that figured out the path the cameras don't catch...?" she asked quietly, but then she heard Carl's idea. "Or that works... I guess..." Kat still wasn't sure she could even get over the wall sooo....
Still, from what they had to go on, Carl's plan sounded best. Brook still needed to go first, so ok, and Kat certainly didn't want to go last either. She would worry about Kyle, but she knew he could practically JUMP over the wall, and Carl wouldn't have as much trouble as her at least.
She tried putting things like this into her mind. Think logically, but only about the fundamentals, not about how completely stupid this was. Just how to be successful, not how likely success is, or what would happen if they failed.... Or what would happen if the successfully made it over the wall either. Just the getting over the wall part for now.
One thing at a time, right?

--------------------------------------------------------------------- Brook chuckled at Kyle before nodding at Carlyle. Okay, made sense. Why hadn't she thought of that? "Okay, so me and then Kat," She nodded, thinking aloud.
"Sounds good," She smiled at her three best friends in the whole world. "All or nothing, no kiddo left behind." She turned to face the tree covered ground they had to run through, hands on her hips, she stared out across it for a few seconds, the path running through her mind.
Slowly, she turned around on her heels with such grace, which Brooklyn never did, she was usually very silly with her steps. But not clumsy, by any means. Her eyes locked with Kat's and her face was completely serious. "There's something, very serious, that I need to tell you love." She slowly took her hand and squeezed it, leaning in just slightly. "Its something.. that is very important, and I've really been meaning to tell you for awhile now,"
Brooklyn had that look on her face that actors did in movies right before they professed their love to someone. "TAG! YOU'RE IT!" And with that, her expression broke into a huge smile and she took off in a mad dash through the woods, dodging every camera.

Kyle Tanner Crawford Kyle could hardly take his eyes off of Kat. He knew she was freaking out, even if she hardly showed it on the outside. He almost missed Carl's comment abuot him being Mr. Steroid. "Right, like I could get those in this town." He made a face at him before laughing lightly.
While Brooklyn was turned around and Carlyle wasn't paying too much attention to him he mouthed to Kat Its going to be okay darlin' And offered her a small smile. But then, Brooklyn was looking pretty serious, all eyes on her. Or at least, his were. She never got serious like this.
Though, of course.. It hadn't lasted- Or really been serious at all because she broke out with a band of giggles and ran off. "Might wanna go chase her down, or you're gonna lose her." Kyle shoved Kat just slightly, hardly using any effort before turning to scan the grounds behind them.
No alarms yet..

He shook his head and told himself to stop being paranoid and looked to the other three.
Brooklyn was in some sort of serious moment by the looks of it. Or rather, bullshitting one. Brooklyn didn't do serious.
Carlyle raised an eyebrow when she seemed to have something really profound to say to Kat, but then smirked a little when she broke back into her childishness and announced a game of tag, speeding away from Kat along her camera-safe path.
Carlyle nodded at Kyle's comment and sighed, putting a hand on Kat's shoulder. "Do it for the normal people of this group." he said, meaning of course, Kat and himself.
He crossed his arms again and watched Kat in the distance, nearly at the wall, and kept an eye out for any movement in the trees around her, or the path she had chosen.
"Anything?" he asked Kyle, keeping his eyes fixed on the grounds ahead.

"Close your eyes Bite your tongue And pretend you never Saw the sun rise Or heard a song sung With wistful wonder" -Omg A Name- Kathrine Jean Johnson :.Kat.:Kat watched nervously as Brooklyn stared out over the field, then tried paying more serious attention when the girl turned around. It seemed like she had something important to say...
Then Kat was just confused as Brook went on. Like, she didn't catch on that it was a joke necessarily, but she had no idea where the girl was going with it... until she tagged her and ran off.
Kat didn't move at first, then with a push from Kyle, she took off as fast as she could go, throwing her thoughts to the wind, heart beating erratically in her breast.
She made sure she moved in the exact way as Brook, as closely as she could. She knew this must be the path, she couldn't mess up!
And there it was the wall! The wall! She had never been anywhere near the wall!! Kat almost collapsed against Brooke, because she had run faster than she ever had in her life probably. She had to catch her breath, but then she looked around wildly... no alarms? Really?
To be honest, Kat had never imagined getting this far.

She nearly ran smack into the wall! But instead, she hit the wall and pulled herself up just a bit, when Kat nearly smashed into her.
Brooklyn smiled down at her friend, laughing softly. "Come on, keep moving." When she climbed a little higher and looked back, something you should never do but everyone always did, just in time to see the two boys running after them.
No alarms just yet. But she expected by the time that they got over the wall, someone would realize what was going on. Thats when they would be gone though, no one could touch them once they were really ... Free.
--------------------------------------------------------------------- I gotta get outta here. Because I’m afraid that this complacency is something I can’t shake. I gotta get outta here. And I’m begging You, I’m begging You, I’m begging You to be my escape.

Kyle Tanner Crawford Kyle nodded. "Go kid," He shoved his friend forward and took off after him. He could see a speck of red dashing in the trees, and Kat following close behind. Good, the clumsy girl hadn't fallen yet.
But after he made sure that they were mostly safe he blocked out everything else, just focused on the tensing feeling in his legs and the tight pulse in his chest. They followed Brook's exact path and as they neared the wall he could see her starting to climb over the wall.
God, were they really going to make it?

Carl took Kyle's usual silence as an all clear, and then after a light shud from the Mr. Steroid, he quickly and quietly followed route of the two girls.
Stepping in and out of shadow, carefully timed, and almost in sync, Carl's heart was racing in his chest, the constant thumps bellowing in his ears. He grit he teeth and soldiered on the last couple of feet till the wall, where he could just about see Brook climbing up and over in the shadows, with Kat looking ready, but maybe not as eager to follow.
Getting caught this close would be such a trainwreck.
