Yeah, that is problematic. Perhaps a worshiper base would have to be the trick--more worshipers = more height. A similar link has perhaps already been alluded to...

It's not that different, honestly. A little anatomy differences, and remembering them, and maybe a little knowledge about how we kind of view romance and sex, but otherwise the same thoughts and feelings are there.
If you've watched ranma 1/2 or other TG manga, it's not a bad reference base either. about the biggest difference to remember is the sex organs, but those rarely play into things.
