Kudo smiled, "Do you really think I'd let anything happen to me or to you? I definately don't want to loose one of my only friends." Kudo tried to make Hiryo feel better but he didn't really know what he could do.

Kudo went and sat on the bed next to Hiryo. He looked at him, "I said, nothing will happen. They'll have to kill me to get to you and I don't die easily." Kudo smirked at Hiryo. "It doesn't matter, I'm just happy you told me."

"Kudo..I.." he didn't know what to say he never had someone who would die for him. "Thanks." He said smiling. "Perhaps their is something we can do now..I don't want to contiune think about what happen."

Hiryo sat up playing with his hair. "I'm not sure what to do Kudo..I don't even now hos to work a telvision correctly anymore." He rubbed his temple with two slim fingers. "Everything is just a mess."

Kudo pulled Hiryo into his arms, "It's okay, it's okay, I'm here. I'll help you Hiryo. It's alright you're not useless, not to me. I can help you with things, just ask."

Hiryo relaxed in Kudo arm resting against him head tilted looking up at him. "Their are so many things to thank you for always trying to help me." He smiled beautiful. "THank you. "

Kudo smiled at Hiryo. "I'm your friend, always and I'll always be here for you Hiryo. You don't need to thank me." It felt good, to finally have a friend ... someone to protect and to trust. It made Kudo happy, but perhaps he was being too trusting again, just like last time. He grew afraid that last time would repeat itself and he tightened his hold on Hiryo.

Hiryo closed his eyes and cuddled against Kudo, his hands gasping the foxes as Kudo tightened his hold. "You alright Kudo?" He asked softly head rested against the foxes chest. "Your scared."

"I'm afraid... what happened last time... last time I had a friend, last time I got close to someone... they turned on me... they made my life... a living hell, and that was only ... only a few years ago..." Kudo said hugging Hiryo with his eyes closed. He didn't want to remember, he'd locked those memories away.

Hiryo placed his hand down on Kudo hand resting against him comforting the other like he did to him. "Kudo I won't hurt you I promise. I will never hurt you." HE said softly.

Hiryo wiped the tear away leaning up and hugged Kudo gently resting his head ontop of the foxs. "It's alright. We all have a reason to be scared." He said softly wings moving making soft music. "ANd you don't have to hide your weakness from me to be strong."

Kudo looked at Hiryo. "I wanna stay with you, and I want to protect you, we can protect... each other. So ... stay with me, and then we won't get hurt by anyone."
