Ruby St.Claire Kat's smile sharpened at the edge as she pushed off the fence and started walking towards the seedier part of town. "A bar would work, a bar would work nicely." Rook paused, looking around, and raised an eyebrow. "You might need a disguise... This'll be a little uncomfortable for us both, but you can 'wear' me in a sense. - - - Back at the smoking hole that used to be Roxanna's home, Marcus and the Guard wasted no time in responding to the explosion, several vehicles already on the scene, workers scrambling about, putting out flames and searching for any survivng injured. Marcus, on the other hand, was far more interested in the cause, rather than the effect. Lou was nowhere to be found.

Kat stared at him a moment. "That's sounds incredibly freaky, you know. I was thinking along the lines of a wig or something....not exactly a human suit."

Ruby St.Claire Kat stared at him a moment. "That's sounds incredibly freaky, you know. I was thinking along the lines of a wig or something....not exactly a human suit." "Trust me, Kat. As mentally freaky as it is for you, it's that physically uncomfortable for me. But, you'll be unrecognizable, new hair, features, everything. And you'll be able to breath, hear, see and talk normally. Unless having a full-body suit bothers you, like claustraphobia or something."

Ruby St.Claire Kat let out a small sigh of relief. "Over clothes is better, much better." "ALright. Let's get into a dark alley or something. And having you in my mind again would be helpful for coordinating things, as well." He replied, scanning about for the aforementioned dark alley, finding a nice building entry to hide themselves in.

"Why a dark alley? Why not just an alley?" Kat grumbled..."god this feels like a horror movie." Kat followed him into the dark alley, groaning at every step. "I still don't think this is necessary, Hell, they should think I'm dead. They shouldn't be even looking for me. Besides, it'll be a crummy bar...who shows up at a crummy bar?"
Kat overstepped puddle as she talked, and stood in the cleaner corner of the alley, which wasn't saying much.

If we don't give them a reason to think we're alive, they won't come after us. And some hairdye and new clothes a disguise not make." He replied, walking over to her, "This'll be short-lived. Just long enough to snag some wallets and leave."

Ruby St.Claire Kat closed her eyes. "All right...fine, just do it. But if I start screaming, get off." He raised an eyebrow. "As long as you don't make it sound like I'm raping you or anything..." He said, walking over to Kat. His body fanned out, and he enveloped Kat, quickly adjusting himself to her body, trying his best to make himself unobtrusive/

Kat wondered briefly how he was able to do any of it, but didn't argue. She simply made note of getting to a bar as quick as possible. Once inside she wasted little time picking someone out, and made her move.
Within a half hour, she'd gotten enough spare cash to cover them for the next day or two, and when that was finished she moved quickly to an alley. "All right, all right. Get off now."
